we're just days away from the Oregon Ducks football debut in the Big 10 conference and fans are Furious after finding out Comcast Xfinity will be bling out their games locally thanks for joining us I'm Jennifer Singh Matt is off tonight in our top story at 4 ki9 news reporter Julio Mora Rodriguez spoke with fans who were caught completely off guard here in Duck country people are not happy with Comcast they feel the timing of this right before the season is all the more frustrating it probably is some kind of a contract issue but they had to know that before 4 days before the game Linda Rippy is a loyal Oregon Ducks fan and an Alum from the University of Oregon she's never missed a game in her life and she's also relied on Comcast for the past 40 years to watch her favorite football team traditionally she hosts a tailgate at her home with her close friends to root for the Ducks but this weekend she might be stumped if she can't find another streaming service the people that come enjoy it and I enjoy it and and so now it's like you know I've already got my menu worked out and I'm just furious because all of us are kind of getting the stick and we didn't do anything to deserve that it's not just Oregon Duck fans who are getting the short end of the stick other teams affected include the Washington huskys UCLA and the USC Trojans I reached out to Comcast to ask about their reasoning but they told me they couldn't comment at this time but according to Portland Sports commentator John kenzano the ISS issue lies with a dispute between the Big 10 Network and Comcast over the alleged stacking of games coming up in the 5:00 newscast what are some alternative sources that people are turning to to watch their beloved Ducks this weekend reporting inyene juliar Rodriguez K 9 News
