Citizens Of Humanity & Madewell Denim Try On - On The Model Vs. On Me

Intro everyone and welcome back to my Channel today I have four jeans that I'm tring a try on on somebody commented on one of my videos and said do a jean haul and I was like that's really funny cuz I had just put in an order for Citizens of Humanity I also ordered the mawell dart Jean and I was really hoping it would make it in time but I have to return any of the ones I don't like um so and I can't wait on the maw one unfortunately but if I whenever I get it I will do a try on and post a short probably they It came it came I'm going to post at the end of this videos I love their um horseshoe Jean which is why I decided to go all in and try all of them out because I'm trying to find the perfect Barrel like Jean that's not huge like the Horseshoe Jean is like really wide but I wanted something a little bit more slim but also balloony if you will um i' and I saw a couple models wear their murog jeene which I'm super excited about um I did see it let's see if it works on my body do the mro Miro Jean Jean as is first this is the denim it's supposed to have a little bit of a barrel and then it has a dart at the knee area to give it some shape so let's try her on so I'm wearing it with a white T-shirt and just regular shular black slides because I wanted to show you how I would wear it I wanted it to work with regular outfits and not be complicated to style here it is and I think this is a no I was so excited about these ones because I've seen so many people on Instagram wear these and they just look stunning the model looked amazing it just had the perfect barrel and the dart in the middle just kind of added a look but they're just not working with my legs at all it's a bit too long and there's no shape at all that Barrel shape that I was expecting nothing there's just it's just kind of like a straight leg that's kind of cragly on the bottom so these are a return unfortunately what do you guys think though I the the mwell um Dart Jean is supposed to I I want to say is a copy of this I'm not sure but it seems like it might be so I'm excited just have the made W version and it's also like a quarter of the price okay not a quarter but definitely half so yeah this is a no okay so next up we have the ISA Jean Ayla Jean in Black wash this is the cro raw hem in this like almost what is it called edgy black that's what I'm going to call it I don't know what the color is exactly but it's like a edgy faded black color raw him and it's supposed to be like a wide Barrel leg I think is what it looks like let's try it on and I will show you so here is the ISA I just I was so excited for all of these I'm so disappointed it has so much fabric in I don't know if you can see it like do you see all that fabric in the inner corner of my ankle like what is that for WID like it's supposed to go like this but it kind of has all the fabric in the inside not even on the outside look at that it's like inverted maybe it's just me or maybe it's just the sizing on this maybe I need to go larger and that will be the right size but I can only imagine that would add even more fabric on the inside I don't know and it's really tight through the hips which I think would relax so I'm not worried about that part but the inner fabric on this is ridiculous I just it's really funny to me because somebody else will wear these jeans and they will look stunning in them but unfortunately on my body this is just not working we actually have another second one I'm trying is also an Isa but it's in a Ayla in a light wash denim shade so let's try her on because sometimes different washes have different sizing I've noticed so we'll try her on so this is the eyw and I don't remember the color and I forgot to put on my shoes after but here it is this is way more comfortable actually it still has all that fabric in the inner ankle which I just don't understand why is it flaring towards the inside is this normal anyway this is a no but I do like the color a lot actually but this is just and I love Raw there's something more fun about a raw hem than a hemmed hem and so I really like that part of it but no this is not working for me unfortunately so this is also going back I'm really sad I was hoping at least one of the jeans would work and then I do have another one and that is this a it's a Cara cropped pleated Cara Cropped Pleated Trouser trouser in Black they have a beautiful brown color of this too so I was hoping I'll try one out and then if I love it I'll get it in the brown I just I decided this after I had to order cuz I really like the shape of it I ordered it they took out a brown one and I was like oh if I like this one I'll I'll trade it out or exchange it for a brown so let's try her on when I saw myself in these because I'm sorry but this is just doesn't just give like Dad at work kind of Vibes I don't know was it miss me I was really looking forward to the like plead trouser vibes this is just ridiculous I know that all of these by the way would work on a different body types so these would all look amazing on a slightly taller person maybe a but Slimmer but they're just not made for very curvy not average bodies I guess I don't know why like a gold day and um citizen of humanity Seven For All Mankind they're all kind of geared towards really tall five seven and more a taller women or am I the only one who thinks this because I've all of the inseams are 30 or 31 my inseam or the inseam that fits me best is 27 or 26 and2 I feel like that those are the most flattering on my body but most of the bougier denim Brands gear towards do 30 or 31 so yeah this is a no unfortunately I'm sad because I was hoping at least one of them would work out and I'd have like a fall like you know like those that piece of clothing you kind of fall back to every time when you can't figure out what to wear I'm still looking for the perfect denim or U trouser that I can just wear whenever I'm like feeling lazy and I don't want to put together an outfit it just kind of fits well and you just pop it on um pour the t-shirt on and then get going but we're still on Madewell Dart Jean the lookout okay I look like a drag it's airport day we leave in a couple of hours but I got the M well Dart jeans in and I thought I'd quickly show you before I run errands which is basically return these items here they are I hate the wash it was just the only one available in my size cuz they're completely sold out I think unless you're petite they have a couple of sizes or tall but the standard size is completely sold out so let's try them on okay so here it is I'm just going to tuck it in and I like them they're very loose and baggy and a bit tall honestly I don't know if you can see but they drag so maybe you should try the petite I will be ordering these in a normal size because right now they're a bit they're a bit on the looser end I don't hate them but I will try the petite and see if that one fits me a bit better I don't know here maybe that's how you're supposed to wear them oh that's better okay here they are and like I said they're a bit loose so I would size down cuz they kind of like are open a bit so this is my normal size I don't know they're very mwell does run big I've noticed in their jeans but yeah these are return CU I hate the wash but I'm going to try and get a size down in a wash I like and just maybe pre-order or go on the weight list and try that out but yeah that is all
