[Music] today as we scatter across continents remember that it's the bonds formed the hardships overcome and the Joy shared that frame the strongest foundations for our [Music] futures life is indeed short but we have a spirit of why not embedded in our hearts and a community that will always be in our Corner the events challenges and opportunities of the last few years have led me to a new conclusion leadership is not a title a position or even a set of attributes leadership is a choice as you strike out on your next PATH and take on New Opportunities I challenge you to choose to lead and to do so with intentionality take some smart risks with your business and therefore with yourself take your shot speak up raise your hand be the one who day in and day out jumps into the big hard project or blazes a new Trail when people see you taking a chance on yourself an amazing thing will happen they'll begin to invest in you too I think resiliency is the most important life skill one can have because no matter how talented you are or the more things you have going your way the more success you have the more competitive it will be and there will be times you'll get knocked down and so the question is not if you'll get knocked down it's how often how hard and how quickly you'll get back up we came here 4 years ago on the pretense that it would always be sunny in Philadelphia but I know each and every one of us has faced our fair share of cloudy days and because of that we also know what it means to overcome and The Testament to that is the fact that in just a few moments we're going to be graduates of the best business school in the history of the world [Music]
