Two Waters

hi welcome to my channel today's topic is two waters in life everyone crosses two waters and in Bible we see this play out when the Israelites cross the Red Sea and the Jordan's Waters in The Book of Exodus they cross these first Waters the Red Sea and if you closely examine this scene you can discover that it was crossed with urgence and Desperation as the Israelites were chased by the mighty Egyptian army with chariots and there's no Escape except through the Red Sea and when we look at a Christian's life it's like that too we're often saved in desperation with great urgency but you do not know this until you are on the other side it's like the moment when Neo wakes up and see the reality for the first time in the movie Matrix the second water is a bit different rather than the urgence and Desperation this water is crossed by the faith for the 40 years Israelites have witnessed and experienced who God is and what he has done for them in the desert at the Red Sea God blows away the waters but at Jordans the priests have to put their feet in first and show their faith in order to cross it perhaps you can see it's better if we draw two lines one for Israelites one for a Christian's life like yours and mine at one moment we're saved like the event at Red Sea with urgency and in desperation but we don't go straight to heaven but have to go through life like how Israelites has gone through the desert for 40 years then one day our road comes to an end we are facing death and we're at the Jordan's re Waters I wonder why a person could hold on to on his death bed certain L his wealth or his failing body I think only thing you can hold on to is your personal relationship and the experience that you have with God and we can call this faith and this faith alone is what we can hold on to cross your own Jordan's Waters like the priests that had to step into Jordan's Waters with their feet first based on their faith and they could only do this because they've seen God and experienced God for 40 years they have a personal relationship now they can go anywhere if God is with them people sometimes ask how a person can have a stronger Faith your faith grows only when you invite Christ in your life and walk with them throughout your days this mean is like following what Christ has said and experience what that can do for you if you do this on your death if you do this um on your death bed you can be assured that you can confidently say I want to go where he is because I trust him so the Bible says like this for the Lord your God dried up the Jordan before you until you had crossed over and that is an amen thanks for watching and see you next time
