[Music] when they hear Sandstorm and Sir big Spurs starts getting those claws sharpened Williams Bryce Stadium comes alive in support of their South Carolina gamec we've got a sensational match up for you fans have been filing in and getting ready for this game as we'll see a squad from the Sunbelt the Old Dominion ARS taking on a team from the SEC the South Carolina game Cops for EA Sports college football ree stavis with you alongside David Pollock and Jesse Palmer time to get this game [Applause] [Music] started the Gamecock will kick it off to get us underway here he comes from inside his own five he was looking for more Running Room but none to be found as he stopped at the 23 the monarchs offense will take the first swing of the game and here it comes the guy who pulls all the strings in this attack I think what makes him so unique he has such a good understanding of this offense always seems to know what the answer is to the test always in control the receivers know they're going to get the football ball everybody believes in this dude they bring him down and he's going to lose a yard on that one well he was trying to do it all by himself at the end of the day it's a tackle for I mean the number of tackles he broke at some point somebody's got to get blocked to help the guy out a little bit man the defense was like a bunch of zombies on that last play they just would not stop chasing that ball car fires to the big fella he's brought down but there's a flag on the way let's see if it stand so the decision has been made and the coach will take the penalty this crowd full throat splitting the eard drums and letting him know it's going to be a long day they'll knock him down after a pick up of one to the 18 I'll tell you this is a running back who's very very dangerous and the defense did a good job getting him down there but they got to do a great job gain tackling cuz this is a guy that can break tackles and turn those types of plays into home runs on Third and long he'll need to push it down field they're setting up the screen they play that screen nicely he tried to find his way to the marker but it'll be fourth down they allowed the completion but this defense was swarming to keep them away from that first down line yeah and you allow completions in those third down situations underneath the sticks you come up and rally and everybody flies to the football that's great execution by this defense fourth down and the punt team sends it the other way he'll take it on the return and the coverage team able to make the tackle the Gamecock offense has its first opportunity of the day the offense lining up for a first down play [Applause] leaves it with the back makes one man miss continuing to turn and move it forward and they're closing in on Midfield it's down at the 48 and the Gamecocks moving quickly to the line they give it to him again really nice stop there from this senior [Applause] leader ball spotted right at Midfield as they try to convert third and short they'll try try to move the chains on the ground third down conversions are huge and they've got one and they're at the 35 and that is just an attitude run running it right up the middle right into the teeth of that defense the Gamecocks have it with a first and 10 holds and fires complete to the right and a good job in coverage there as they stop it after just a few well we knew coming into this game this offense was going to try and get this receiver involved and get him involved early so here they are just finding an easy completion it's not a touchdown but they just want to get this guy lathered up and get him into a r no huddle offense to the line they'll give it to the back now he he's got it all the way down to the 21 yd line and they are threatening on first down it's hard to stop break it really is that's why you run the football consistently you got a big offensive line a big physical unit you run the football like this man it will take a toll later but you got to tackle this guy over and over again who has this ability to make people miss and make big plays they're getting this guy lathered up pulled down after a pick up of six but he gets it inside the red zone is down down at the 15 got six on first down now a lot of options on second and four looking for room it's Sanders brought to the ground but not before getting it up for the first down you know they Pride themselves on being physical at the point point of attack dominated at the line of scrimmage nice job there picking up the first Ang they've moved it into scoring territory first and 10 from the 11 been showing them the run now they'll throw it snags it and he will score touchdown Gamecock and listen my job is to get it to my Playmakers like this guy on the outside they'll do the rest he'll get in the end zone nice catch but to finish it with a [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] touchdown they'll try to attack one more on their for the extra point and the pat makes it 7 nothing so that's a 59 yd touchdown drive and they finish it with an 11 yd touchdown Dart the kickoff team on the field as they'll send this one [Applause] awayi looking for an alley from inside his own 10 and good work by the coverage team to get the Return Man Down on the ground ODU ready to send the offense back onto the field Jukes his way for more that run epitomizes a veteran Savvy senior who knows how to find space and that is exactly why you stick to running the football haven't had a lot of success but boom you pop on right that's what you got to do you got you cannot become one-dimensional and just throw the football every down love the offense sticking to the Run nice job getting the first down off the play fake on first down to throw and that pressure just engulfed him a sack for this defense when it's a playaction pass that quarterback he really has to sell the fake he can't tell his offensive lineman's getting beat right away while he's selling the fake he had no shot after the big first down sack for the D it's second down they'll try the run and he'll be smacked to the ground really nice play call there on second and long by the offensive coordinator he was able to get a lot of that yardage back by running the football and now of course it sets up a third and manageable situation and the monarchs come to the line in the hurry up they'll try to run for it didn't get much picked up a yard and that will leave them with fourth and two [Applause] [Applause] the monarchs will call on their punt team this will be the second time they've had to kick it away he'll call for the fair catch here South Carolina ready to go on the attack in another offensive Odyssey Jesse looking to take it down the field for back-to- back touchdowns it's really important for them moving forward too to have a lot of balance right you want to be able to keep this defense guessing Wild yeah and you got me searching for answers after that last drive you stack another drive on top of this their defense's heads are going to be spinning all over the place 6yd pickup on first down leaves him with second and four they go right back to him picks his way and gets four out to the 27 listen I know that's not a huge game but those run plays add up they make tackle the back every single play physically you have to get some guy on the ground it takes its toll throughout a fourth quarter game fairly manageable distance here on third down from the 27 wide receiver coming across in motion to the ground to try to move the chains that just never had a chance as they controlled the middle of the field and stopped him in the back field on third down and a great job by the linebacker you could tell starting to crowd the line of scrimmage get up there in the line of scrimmage see it diagnose it get in the back field get the running back on the ground for the tackle for the loss and the Gamecock send out the punt unit the punter going to get his first work of the afternoon excellent coverage that time didn't give him any room to set up a big return as they get set set to snap at time winding down here in the quarter wants to throw on first down off the play fake picked off God room on the return the tag touchdown South Carolina and this defense coming up with points of their own what an interception return and doing a great job in coverage obviously you got to play run first as a linebacker always that's your first thought process but then reading the QB's breaking on the football catching it and then from there it was easy just take it right to the [Music] [Applause] house P unit on the field for the exra point the kick is up and good and put one more on the lead how about these two running games so far dominance on the ground as we look at the first quarter [Music] stats now the challenge here they've taken a punch but they can't let it get out of hand as we start the second kickoff team is on the field they'll try to drive this one deep on the run from inside his own five he was looking for more Running Room but none to be found as he stopped at the 23 Old Dominion has the ball back the monarchs will send the offense onto the field well the good news is they threw a touchdown pass last time it was just to the wrong team Jesse well that's an unfortunate part of the game for quarterbacks but guess what they do happen so you've got to be able to turn the page here and Lead this offense well I think you know this defense is going to be aggressive they're going to jump routes they're going to play aggressive you got to take advantage of that maybe use that this time to your advantage and the monarchs want to pick up the tempo Wilson to pass he LOF it high and deep down the left side he's got it inside the 15 and he cruises his way to the house touch down monarchs quick strike touchdown comes out and jump starts the offense and man we see this in college football so much explosiveness and Firepower and we get high scoring game after high scoring game and it looks like we're on Pace for one of those right now [Music] lining up for the Pat the exra point and the Pat will draw them one point closer this offense Prides itself on going after you and they did with that long touchdown pass to finish off a two-play drive they're just about ready to kick it away number2 set to kick it off he'll start the return inside his five he was hoping for something a little more Dynamic but they get him on the ground at the 20 and the South Carolina offense is back on the field here's another opportunity Jesse to stretch out this lead after punting last time I think it goes back to your Playmakers reys I think it's finding the guys that have been working for you earlier on in this game and getting them the football yeah and there's obviously no need to panic I mean think about it you got the lead you got the football you got to be smart with the football make your plays put a good drive together here a negative play to open the Drive let's see what they've got on second and 14 he'll try it again they bring him down but a solid pick up to put them in position to pick up a first down and as an offense having success on a run play like that early in the game just opens up all the possibilities of your playbook moving forward play action running the ball throwing the ball screen anything is at your disposal at this point third down conversions are a huge stat and this one would be a doozy if they can pull it off looking to throw it's sers he makes a catch a huge gain on that one before he ran out of bounds and he has the first down well after that last play you can see how electrifying this guy is and how special he is after he makes the catch if I'm on offense I'm trying to find a lot of ways to get him touches in this game the Gamecocks getting set on First and 10 Ed the play fake now to throw got him downfield he will step out of bounds but not before the big pick up and a first down for this offense and this has got to be so moralizing for this defense right now having given up multiple first downs on this drive somebody on defense has to step up make a play and stop the bleeding and the Gamecocks want to move quickly using his legs it's Sanders pull down after a pick up of six but he gets it inside the red zone is down at the 15 BR up second down got six on first down now a lot of options on second and four red pass it's complete they'll get it down to the 8 yd line on that throw and catch and the defense is backed up against the wall we've seen really nice balance here on this drive quarterback's three for three he's picking this defense apart they've also run the ball well too and here they are down close to the goal line this defense has no idea what's coming next the Gamecocks trying to cash it in on first and goal they'll try to get it in with the run and he wses in for the score touchdown game cop that touchdown gives his team a pretty significant lead at this point and that's what you want you want to start fast you want everything to come out start clicking make some plays it doesn't always work that way but when you do man the energy the crowd everybody's into it now the other team better respond [Music] [Applause] [Music] he'll try to tack on one more for extra point and with the extra point they pushed the lead out a little further so it's an 80 yd drive and it was capped off with the 8yd Run almost ready to kick it away after scoring the touchdown set to this one away and he takes this from inside the five really disciplined job by the coverage unit to get down there and make the stop at the 19 ODU ready to send the offense back onto the field not much there picks up a couple to the 22 at the 22 second down coming up picked up two yards on that last one they need eight on second down Wilson will throw quickly out to the tight end and that is good versatility there and a big H from the backer in pass coverage I like the idea by the quarterback there you're trying to get this first down so you find the tight end see if he can make a guy miss or shake a tackle not able to get it done the monarchs in the hurry up on Third and long try to convert through the air and the incomplete pass will bring up fourth down and now and the monarchs will line up to p away a fair catch called for and made South Carolina ready to go on the attack in another offensive Odyssey they Unleashed an aerial assault last time that took him right to the end zone David So ree with that drive I think you've accomplished something you wanted to accomplish make this defense think you put them back on their heels now shoot pmer you might be able to slip a few runs in on this drive to really Jack him up yeah I like that idea but I also like the fact that speed kills and they've got it at the receiver position so if you got one-on-one matchups man take advantage it'll be a first down from the 49 yd line Ed the play fake now to throw it's caught and they'll finally get him down after a terrific pickup all right defense it ain't working right they're stringing together several first downs here we're going to need to change this up find something we can disrupt the quarterback and and mess up this offense a little bit from the 33 it's first and 10 the give to the right and a pickup of eight opens a world of opportunities on second and two at 25 brings up second down after the good pickup on first down let's see if they keep it on the ground they weren't able to get that one off it'll be a delay of game delay of game [Applause] off that is a completely avoidable penalty the quarterback just went into brain lock and lost track of the play clock hand off to the single running back finds in crease at the 20 touchdown gamec and they take it in for six more points and the offense continues to run the football the second rushing touchdown from the running back the offensive line Paving holes continue to feed this man the ball [Applause] on to attempt the try is on for the extra point and they knock through the extra point and they're up 28 to7 quick work on that scoring drive just four plays and he finished off the drive with a 30 yd scoring Scamper lining up to cover the kick after that touchdown [Applause] Drive here's the return from inside 10 not a lot of space to be found good Hustle by the coverage team and they stop him at the 21 Old Dominion has the ball back the monarchs will send the offense onto the field off the play fake on first down to throw incomplet and man is he lucky to get that one back defense that close to an interception man the defense is making it tough on this quarterback early they already have an interception they almost came away with another one there they're doing a great job reading his eyes and breaking on the ball that last incompletion leaves them with second and 10 from the 21 they're trying to find some room off right tackle defense there to stop him after a gain of one to the 22 [Applause] [Music] thir now facing a third and long Wilson to pass throws to the wide out and a missed opportunity on third down as a defense knocks it free and fourth down is coming up that's one thing this defense takes a lot of Pride on they like tackling the catch and they like being around the ball that time he was in proximity to knock that thing loose nice physical play the monarchs will punt it away on fourth down fourth time tonight we've seen this guy come on to punt slips through the line very little will make the crowd hold its breath like a punt return and he brought them to their feet on that [Music] one out of the gun the inside hand off looking for a crease that's what you expect from a senior don't give them any extra yards great tackle there as we reach the two-minute warning they'll need to try to get a stop to keep this thing from getting out of hand offense in a bunch formation looking to pass on second down catch in the middle it's Simon and he might be known for run pits but that was a sure and heavy tackle on the tight end you know David this is really what game managing is nice pick up on second down to help them on the next play yeah I think people look at that negative sometimes finding a quarterback that's a game manager no use your brain set up good situations I'm I'm way more successful when I can keep those sticks at a more manageable situation and I'm not as predictable on a third down man they needed that one and that took every bit of concentration by the wide receiver there that was awesome big third down you got to make the catch but you got to make sure you stay in bounds and he did a really good job of securing that and keeping the chains moving to the air it's sers got it stopped at the three but it'll be enough to give them a first and goal this offense is clicking and clearly everything is working the offensive coordinators calling B plays the quarterback and his unit is executing and this defense right now they have no answers this offense has been a juggernaut and they have a chance to pad their total just before halftime he's looking to pass makes a catch they will score touchdown South Carolina you know quarterbacks and receivers they develop confidence and chemistry as the game goes on these two right now are definitely on the same page [Music] [Applause] [Music] lining up to add another on for the extra point and the extra point sails through and they have a 357 lead a very efficient five play scoring drive and they finish it up with a three- yd scoring toss about to kick it off after punching it in for the touchdown on the move from inside is five really disciplined job by the coverage unit to get down there and make the stop at the 19 ODU ready to send the offense back onto the field so late in the half this is really an opportunity David maybe to swing the momentum in their favor dang right there's no time to be conservative we're a little bit down listen I just think this is a point with the offense that they can prove like we're here we're going to create something now that we can build on in the second half coach said all week he wanted to be aggressive this is a great opportunity to show that right now at the end of the first half try and generate some momentum score some points before going into halftime grabbed over the middle it's Butler and the defense stopped him just short of the first down maybe needed a few more chain link to move the sticks a timeout is called as this offense tries to find a way to get more points on the board before the half wants to throw on third grab near the marker it's young and they wrap him up but not before he gets enough on the catch for the first down here's a Timeout on the field tight game here late in the first half and the monarchs will have it first and 10 he's going to pass grabbed behind the line it's Young and the defense had that one well covered just a short game there they were able to get the ball to the running back in space but that space just evaporated and a great job by the defense man it's tough to get those guys on the ground they're so used to being having the football as running backs and making plays and being Dynamic so usually one guy not going to get him to the ground you want many guys swarming to the football try to get that elusive guy on the ground Wilson will throw and the defense is all over the quarterback and down he goes they'll use a timeout right before halftime maybe time for one or two more plays running out of time here in the first half they're going to have to be efficient to put some points on the board before the break on Third and long a check down would be the last resort couldn't find a man and just had to throw it away to avoid a negative play that's why it's so important for this defense to win first in second down you set up third and Longs like that show your exotic looks you get the pass rush going everybody in the back and expecting throw that's how you force incompletions and Force fourth downs one more play before the teams head to the locker rooms on fourth down they'll pass for it pass is incomplete and that's going to do it for the first half that's going to wrap up the first half here and now we join Kevin with the halftime update guys you've been calling a lively one so far from there in Colombia and we've got to start our halftime breakdown with this super star running back his elusiveness his raw power this young man is the total package and his ability to catch the ball out of the back field is a differentiator a lot of guys can hit the hole this kid can hit the hole and hit the home run in the passing game and with that let's send it back to the guys on the corner of George Rogers Boulevard and Bluff Road Williams Bry Stadium the monarchs will line up to kickoff and start the second half he'll bring it back from inside his SP he was hoping for something a little more Dynamic but they get him on the ground at the 20 and the South Carolina offense is back on the field off the play fake on first down wants to throw makes the grab it's Brown and they picked up nine on first down it'll bring up second and short and quarterback dropping back understanding I'm getting Zone coverage all I got to do is be a little bit patient manipulate that defense a little bit my wide receiver runs that drag and I get the first down looking at a second and short now on the option and he keeps it himself a good decision there and it gives this offense a first down and I know it's not sexy but those little runs just keep you on your heels keep the sticks moving making you understand like I'm going to do this I'm going to be patient a lot of offenses aren't patient they get too play Big play Happy wanting to force the ball down the field this offense is staying nice and patient right now and it's incomplete it was wild high and wide on that one and sometimes you got to know when to give it up right as a quarterback you feel it you can't hold it that second too long when bad things can really happen you could tell the clock went off and he was throwing that puppy away didn't connect last time let's see if they throw it again on second down from the gun to G looking for room finds enough room to get three out to the 34d [Music] they line up and it is a long way to the sticks from here on third down he'll try to pick it up through the air they've got the screen set up oh the sweet Juke gets him free and they get him down at the 43 but this is the kind of explosive play you want to build on and they executed that running back screen to Perfection quarterback held on to it he let the rush get to him offensive lineman got out in position and the running back sold it too once he had the ball in his hands he just had blockers and Green Field out in front of him they pick up an explosive play on a running back screen and the Gamecocks are flying down the field they'll ride the running back and leave it with him and this defense has its work cut out to get this dude on the ground he was shedding serious tackles on his way to picking up the first in half time in this locker room there's a lot of positive things to talk about you got the lead but you know what else will be positive Palmer get the running game going early in this second half you're absolutely right here and I think this coaching staff is going to try to put this game on the offensive line a little bit let these guys take this thing over be physical and push this defense around C brings up second kept it on the ground on first down let's see what they do on second looking for a man it's sers a shot toward the end zone touchdown game cop and the punishment has been extended how about the day for this young play three receiving touchdowns hey defense that guy's good we might want to do something about him let's send two at him let's send three at him we can't let this guy continue to beat us time and time again [Music] [Applause] lining up to tack one more onto that lead and the extra point will tack another one onto this lead they March 79 yds on the drive and they covered the final 29 yds with that touchdown pass they lining up to boot it away set this one here he comes from inside his own five nice job by the kickoff team everybody stayed in their lanes and they'll stop him at the 16 Old Dominion has the ball back the monarchs will send the offense onto the field works his way ahead for three they'll spot it at the 18 picks up three second down coming after the three-y pickup they come to the line Second and seven he's looking to throw they're bringing heat and as he throws that pass is incomplete and they're probably fortunate that it wasn't knock free for a fumble he didn't have a whole lot of time to get rid of that one the defense was all over him right after the snap no wonder that thing fell in they're about to wear this punter out he's already been out four times times staring at a fifth if they can't move the chains on Third and long he's going to have to throw for it really nice job by the defense the offense has the whole Playbook open to him on Third and short they try to slip in the screen did not fool the defense at all nice stop by the defense and the monarchs will bring the punt team onto the field they've been busy out there to punt for the fifth time today another punt on the way got to make sure those hammies and glutes all activated don't want any muscle pulls from overuse South Carolina ready to go on the attack in another offensive Odyssey looking for a physical attack from the [Applause] gun pick up brings up second down halfway there on first down it's second and five out of the shotgun they go to the ground and a good solid pick up before the defense Cuts him down I think you run that play on second down knowing it's going to make Third Down Easy you're not trying to hit a home run you don't need the big play right now now you know third down everything's on the table everything's available High success rate third and short coming here right from the Midfield strike back to throw it's sers and there was no way to go for this quarterback and down he goes that Defender is a matchup nightmare for any offensive lineman to block he's got athleticism he's got length he's got flexibility he put it all in display on that sack the Gamecock will try to pin them back with the punt this will be the second time they've had to kick it away and the punt hits at the eight and goes into the end zone for the Touchback ODU ready to send the offense back onto the field off play action on first down not much of a chance there he just had to get rid of it to avoid the sack still at their own 20 after that last incompletion it's second and 10 misfired on the last play they'll go back to the air grabbed in the middle it's Williams and he's down at the 41 that's a first first down at the 41 yd and that's a first down for the off here's this offense with a fresh set of downs from the gun running back on the Move really nice stop there from this senior leader second down coming up after picking up a couple it's second and eight here's the give off the left side and the defense makes the stop after a minimal game [Music] let's see what they find in the playbook for third and long from the 43 Wilson to pass unloads to the wide out working the middle nice job to pick up the first down and they'll spoted at the 42 there's a reason third down is called the money down what a great find by the quarterback great job finding his receiver at the end of the game you look at third down percentages it tells a huge story and it goes a long way and deci who wins a football game that's the end of the quarter and South Carolina has the lead this has been a complete obliteration so far as the third quarter stats will show you so will the Beatdown continue or is this a comeback for the ages in store we'll see as we start the fourth they'll throw it on first down fires to the wide out tip ball put it up for grabs and I thought he had it but somehow it slithered through his fingers well the defense really stepped up in this game they knew they had to slow down this passing attack they knew they had some matchups they were going to have to win one-on-one they've been able to do that and as a result they haven't allowed 200 passing yards in this game and back to the air on second down oh kinds of room to throw that one in there and he almost ran away from everybody on that one a huge pick up on that play and that's why the Bullet Pass is so important sometimes these defenses they don't give you big Windows to throw into and you want to take that chance but you cannot lob that football down the field and get it in there nice use of the Bullet Pass my friend the monarchs will snap it on First and 10 from the gun they'll give it on the inside ball car by the running back he's tackled at the 9 yd line brings up second down going to work in the Red Zone they can pick up the first down without getting it into the end zone they move the tight end all over give to the back and they try the middle of this defense and that is not happening Stu the run is about physicality it's about I'm bigger than you I'm stronger than you up front really nice job by the defense showing their strength bwing of stuff in the run really need to pick up this conversion and avoid having to settle for the field goal they'll try to get the first through the air he's got it in the end zone touchdown ODU nice pitch nice catch and listen maybe this helps next game right like we're trying to find a rhythm find something that works find somebody to go to and this offense is struggling you're down by a thousand but I like that they continue to [Music] fight getting set for the point after on for the extra point smack crashes it through for the pat they put together an 81 yd drive and they cap things off with a 9yd touchdown pass the kickoff team takes the field to boot this one away on the run from inside his zone five and returner will be dragged down and the South Carolina offense is back on the field they just an opportunity to extend this lead the last time they had it Jesse yeah they got to be able to regain that momentum right go back to what was working earlier on in this one and David to me that starts with being the more physical team oh I definitely agree being the more physical team but understanding the situation of the game you're still winning you got the football back now put a nice drive together and execute didn't get much on first down it's second and nine out of the gun the running back has it knock down after getting six all the way out to the 34 yd line how nice is it as a play caller when you've got a running back as good as this guy right I mean you can just dial up conservative run calls nothing has to be too tricky too fancy you just know he's going to go make good things happen even when it's not blocked properly he is still finding ways to rip off long runs this guy now has over 150 yards rushing in the game doesn't look like he's slowing down guys that run epitomizes a veteran Savvy senior who knows how to find space this guy's been special today coming into this one they thought they had an opportunity really to get him going running the football and he has delivered you've seen the speed the vision his ability to break tackles well over 100 rushing yards in this game and that's why they have a nice lead here late and he'll find enough Running Room to get it just short of Midfield at the 49 brings up second down halfway there on first down it's second and five hand off from the shotgun and he's tripped up but not before picking up the first down and David how demoralizing does it have to be for a defense when you know they're going to run it everyone in the St team knows they're going to run it and still you cannot stop it there's nothing more demoralizing as a defensive lineman because it just it ticks you off it gets in your head you you know that guy's going to come off and smack you and you got to do something about it I think the defense maybe time to start committing more guys to stopping that run not worrying about the pass as much com didn't get much on first down it's second and nine they'll keep it on the ground to keep this clock moving and a nice run there before the defense finally makes the stop looks as if we have an injury on that last play and we'll take a break to check him out play number seven on this drive and it'll be third and two trying to get the edge on the toss smashes through he steps out of bounds but he's got a first down on the play it's a really nice job of the offense mixing it up on this drive we've seen some nice plays throwing it how about that one running it to Great push up front and the Gamecock have it with a first and [Applause] 10 he'll do it himself shows him the stiff arm he goes out of bounds after a solid gain on the play yeah and that's exactly what you want to do late in the ball game with the lead establish the Run establish the physicality and you know what helps that clock up there it continues to tick so let's see if they choose to keep the ball in the ground and stay conservative and run that [Applause] clock oh it's a reverse that one did not go well tackled in the back field for a loss of six it is so easy when you're a defensive player when you watch a little misdirection or the ball go one way to turn and to run that's not my job my job is to stay home the defense have did a good job of that defense stayed home made the play takes a hand off it's Sanders and he found plenty of Running Room on that one before the defense was finally able to get him down man this this is a punch to the gut when you know you're losing you know you got to get a stop and you know they're going to run the football and they still run the football down your throat it's been that kind of day for this defense they have declared their intentions on this drive keeping it on the ground it's first and 10 Again they're going to ride this running back trying to run it in in the Red Zone he's got four and he's down at the 12 second down coming up we've reached the two-minute warning and this offense will be quite content just to drain the rest of the time away going to work on second down in the red zone is still some ground to cover to pick up that first down they go to the ground and they're going to score again yet another touchdown down as they just add to their total well this offense has been physical they came out in this game with a lot of Pride and ability up front in the belief that they can block people and get it done they are dominating this defense three rushing touchdowns now in the game [Music] [Applause] [Music] they'll try to add another to their lead extra point and the extra point just tacks a little bit more onto this huge lead precise Relentless execution on that 13pl scoring drive and the scoring play came on the 12yd Run lining up to cover the kick after that touchdown drive on theball he'll start the return inside his five nice job by the kickoff team everybody stayed in their lanes and they'll stop him at the 16 Old Dominion has the ball back the monarchs will send the offense onto the field this one has pretty much been a bludgeoning but they'll try to finish with something positive late well they ran into a buzz saw today and I don't think it would matter what type of x's and o's they're out there executing David Jimmy's and the Joe's they just they're just not as good as the opponent today and as an athlete it sometimes hit you in the face and it stinks but you're not good enough and today they were not good enough and I'm going to do the best I can to try to flush this down the toilet not remember it forget it move on for the next game maybe something right here I can create positive that carries over to practice and maybe next week and he gets a big chunck of yardage to the 34 yd line and a big key on that throw to the slot receiver guys is putting the ball out in front the location of the throw is what helped that guy get extra yards after the catch they've got a first and 10 at the 34 he's looking to throw it got it in the middle it's Butler excellent job working through the air there finding a hole in that defense and picking up a first down well I know the tight end did some good things after the catch but got to give the quarterback credit too for the location of the throw because he put it out in front of his big man he was able to make the catch and accelerate creating some distance there between him and the defense they're going to throw it again unloads to the wide out wide open downfield he'll get it all the way down to the 8 yd line and the defense is feeling the heat excellent throw by the quarterback found the window between the zones and then delivered the ball on time and the monarchs trying to pay off the threat on first and goal Wilson will throw pressure coming hit hard as he released the ball on that first down pass and it never had a chance it's a nice adjustment by the defense here with a big lead in the game you're putting extra DBS on the field knowing the offense has to throw to get back in this one in the fourth quarter so your best cover guys on the field and they force an incompletion on the last one defense rose up deep in its own end on that last play now a second and long coming it falls incomplete he was trying to find his man for six at this point of the game in the fourth quarter it is going to be tough for this offense to get some completions here because now trailing by this much the defense is expecting pass and they're putting a whole bunch of extra DBS on the field to help them out in coverage third and goal from way back there from the gun wants to pass just about had the pick in the end zone instead it'll be fourth down you got to love this job by the defense here in their own end they're doing an outstanding job been coverage reading the quarterback's eyes everybody's getting to their marks they're breaking on the ball they forced three straight incompletions here with their backs against the wall they're happy enough to try to take the points as the field goal unit heads out absolutely perfect I wouldn't say they cut into the deficit they sort of microscopically uh edged off the deficit still a mountain de Cline [Music] so after the last Drive ended with a field goal the kickoff team out there to send it away and he takes this from inside the five really disciplined job by the coverage unit to get down there and make the stop at the 19 South Carolina ready to go on the attack in another offensive Odyssey final minute this game's on Ice they can take a knee and run out the clock this offense has to feel great with how they're able to go out execute and perform big plays all game long I think it's sending a statement too to Future defenses down the road on the schedule they're going to be tough to contend with yeah I mean they got Firepower putting up so many points this thing is easily over now they can just chillax go back to the locker room know they're going to get the victory right back to the well that will be the final play as they make the Stop and the clock has expired here [Music] [Music] on
