we found a way to win them we couldn't maintain it and we lost and we got fired right learning a lesson you know what's you know what's unique and different for me and I haven't been in a ton of buildings but the teams that I've played for the owner's office and the coach's office aren't side by side sure I think that in itself I think about that it speaks volume I think Arthur Blank doesn't get enough credit for the amount of support he gives you first of all um yes he's going to have an opinion he's going to be unbelievable listener before he gives that opinion and his opinion is not going to come from off the whim thoughts that he came with up with a loone right he's gonna he's going to he's going to diligently research it and be able to uh present it to you in a way where he means it and he owns it
