I think it would be helpful too to share the profile of your employees because Danielle you just gave a hint of how Dynamic your day is and what you have to manage around almost being a little bit predictive but I think it'll be good for people to understand you know there's concession in premium employees but the fact that you know a lot of your employees are part-time temporary and then even the diverse group of employees you have maybe describe what your employees kind of look like from a profile perspective and even age probably a wide age range as well that might be good to share with with the audience yeah um so there are employees are split up into two groups concessions which is a much larger pool of people which is about 2,000 people and then premium uh which is about 500 people um combin 2500 people and I mainly focus on concessions um a lot of our employees have been working at BL food and beverage whether it be our company or previous company for many years lot of them help here about 20 years working there so we're a lot of about just fostering that relationship with them like making sure they're happy with their placement in whatever um area whatever level as well as just making sure that their orans were working together to have good um like R said a lot of our part-time workers um but they do have the opportunity to bounce around to other properties that we U manages or assist with f and beverage and they can work there um and then just come back to daughter Stadium when they have the availability according to their calendar and our yep pretty diverse group and I I do remember that at least for your site you know Spanish being SP you have a a fairly big group of Spanish speaking employees so that was kind of important to understand so thanks for sharing that
