was pretty good today but the walks ended up really hurting you uh yeah stuff has been pretty solid since I came back off the Isle uh I like where everything's at and and the the mix we kind of have going um but yeah just kind of lost it a little bit command wise um and the walks ended up hurting me was there any when you're getting ready for today any memory of the last time you were here and the last game you started here yeah I don't really care about that it's not really relevant to to what's going on this season it's a new year you know um I mean yeah it's sucked the last time we were here but I mean it is what it is you're such a great second half last year what are some things that you can do moving forward to kind of have a similar second half this year uh keep the ball in the yard for one uh limit the walks and and execute as many pitches as possible just no not two out of three not the result you wanted today but to win two out of three first series out of the break I mean you happy with have a team play these Series yeah absolutely uh I think June was a rough month for us for us um all of us were trying to catch our breath we had one of the tougher tougher schedules there um travel-wise and and whatnot and uh I think the allstar break was a refreshing break for for a lot of us and and uh kind of get our feet back under us and and continue how impressed are you with what santon D's doing this stretch here I he's a he's a good hitter man um there's there's not much he can't Barrel um and it and it's fun to watch
