Lisa VMA 2024 performance was a MESS

so billboard ranked Lisa's VMA performance last meaning she had the worst performance of the night compared to everybody else and after watching all of the VMA performances I can see why they ranked her last first let's talk about the stage with how much money Lisa brags about having in her songs you would think she would at least spend some of it on her performances I thought she was going to have one of the best high budget stage SL stage designs of the night especially since she now owns her own label but her performance was so lowbudget compared to the other artists that performed I was expecting a chapel or Sabrina type of stage but all she gave us was a few chairs a treadmill and that little rock star sign she keeps reusing her stage design was very disappointing to say the least and she didn't even have a concept almost every artist that performed even the ones that didn't have exceptional High budget stages they all at least had a concept going on or they sang with no heavy backtrack but Lisa gave us none of that Lisa's performance was just all over the place especially during her Rockstar performance a lot was going on during her Rockstar performance too much was happening that Rockstar sign was so awkwardly placed it just threw everything off the stage design for her Rockstar performance was absolutely atrocious no thought was put behind it they just recycled her Little Rock Star prop and called it a day it made everything look so bad and awkward and then there were way too many backup dancers towards the ending it felt like the stage was too small and everything was so clustered in together and that awful camera work just made everything look worse now let's talk about her lip singing she has been getting accused of lipsyncing throughout her entire VMA performance now I watched the performance and I watched her fan cams and you can clearly hear when she was lipsyncing and singing live the problem is that these K-pop Idols are so afraid and not confident enough to sing Fully live that they make their backtrack so damn loud that it Blends in with their voices so you can't hear any of their mistakes like when you watch other artists perform in the VMA you can hear their voices loud and clear because they are not afraid to sing live but with these K-pop Idols their backtrack is so damn loud that you have to invest tigate and watch their fan cams just to hear somewhat of their live vocals it's honestly quite sad and pathetic all in all Lisa's performance was very disappointing she could have done way better if this was the type of performance she was going to give us she was better off doing a pre-show performance like lesser film instead of a main stage
