well it looks like Germany could be well on the way for another election earthquake uh with an election coming up in brandenberg now of course you did see those very dramatic State elections already including in thuringia where the afd actually won for the first time and responding to that development you've had the conservative CDU leader there Frederick Ms saying that his party will not work with the afd he said this CDU would be selling its Soul if were to cooperate with a right-wing extremist party in Germany though mer saying that irregular migration illegal migration repatriation and border control among the most serious issues facing Germany right now and he's quoted saying there we've been in intense dialogue with the chancellor for a good week now discussing how we can respond effectively to irregular migration in Germany and he says we have to talk about the issue of repatriation but Above All About limiting immigration well Germany of course in the EU with open borders but what they have talked about and actually this was announced by the government even before the state elections that saw the afd break through uh was deportations to Syria and Afghanistan uh scrapping benefits for Asylum Seekers the state deems should seek protection in another EU country and to remove protected status from those who leave Germany to visit their home countries without a compelling reason now Germany is actually deporting dozens of convicted criminals now to Afghanistan but look uh in terms of what the German voters think about all of this you can just see here that the three governing parties are way behind that's the SPD the greens and the fdp and leading in the National polls are the CDU CSU conservatives with the afd in second place and in terms of that upcoming Brandenburg Regional Parliament election well you can see here since the last poll conducted in July you can see the a D up for the SPD the party of alaf JZ the German Chancellor also up for but the afd could be on course here to win another state election you see there another strong performance by the new party on the left in Germany the BSW now what that would mean is that with a threshold of 5% required for uh to get into the regional Parliament you could also be looking at a wipe out here for the greens if they fall below that electoral threshold so another massive election in terms of German politics coming up and it looks like it could be another very dramatic result as ever though I will keep bringing you all the latest on this and much more guys so please do out this video a quick thumbs up and of course as ever cheers for watching
