and again it's my year number two watching women's college volleyball since last [Music] year we only have less people here today but tomorrow they'll be back here and will face against pen stain as a rematch from last year as AA what whatever that [Music] is be like ofp right when they're transitioning playing good defense most likely every ball is going to go to Taylor de she knows it but so does the opposing team as well Megan Bushell there with the set up for Kylie KN both times they were setting up KN second time got it through the double block yep I think tle to Alissa finister who had a nice couple of games yesterday the transfer from ECU finishing there and we have tayor D for serving so now she's in that back row where she's going to probably bring more of the defensive lineup tough Serve by Taylor and Temple getting a three ball so they really need to use these points right logic Sydney Jones on the K and there she is a freshman outside exting on thatall that's exactly what we want to see um happening and table Taylor de back on the serving line um one thing that Temple has done really well yesterday is they were very aggressive on the serving um this time it was a serving error by devonport um which is fine again you you want to keep attacking you want to keep serving tough and get those BS you can ex like from Mar Georg heard about that logic the set they go right side for the kill so sort of mixing up a little bit at the at the net that was a good call by the set first kill of the match for Cristiana green freshman outside hitter from South Carolina she had 13 kills across the two [Music] but can tell that this is pretty early in the season where um you know players are still trying out different things [Music] looks like David wi making some substitutions for fdu to clean things up a bit Elanor toy will come in transfer out of St John's so she set number one FD gradu thec of inana FKA from a year ago going Cross Court there for the win by that has went out of bounds I think and some of those transfers um especially the Italian players right like they they're certainly hoping they're going to bring more in their um offense and just game of the net they brought in three 62 or taller Italians toy was the one via transfer they had two freshman coming in only one of whom played yesterday Angel Mar though and that was some good defense on temple side however Taylor de um hit outside of the bounds um but I will say the defense is looking good in Temple side fdu keeps attacking which is I think what they want to do kley wton sends it long waron is going to be asked to fill a pretty vital role for this fdu side talking to David W who's now backto back NEC coach of the JY Jones she's from har toown psylvia he she ain't that far from again and it's just out again I see a lot of unforced errors on both sides whether or well looks like my fav famous team Georgia Bulldog aous got three nothing lead I know what kind ofu all right we don't want to mess up our record now we want to mess up from Charleston another short serve of Temple adjusting quickly setting to the right side um good block covering on both sides actually High set coming for not double block and this is one of the things where um you know using the block when you're out of out of system is um is a good way to go and this is exactly with f player did getting the set up there seen her attack from the left and right [Music] temp and we're back down to one now D make a tough of St guys and again we only have less people this is what this is what we expect to see a lot this seasoning the team yesterday 47 assists across the two matches and middle this one of the all right come on now we got to get ourselves together right back down to two like we in the season you know players are still especially middle blockers are trying to connect with their sets and especially as your as coaches try to see which Setter to play some Setters connect better some a little bit less um with their middle blockers but as the season goes you really want to see middle blockers scoring more not being there just defensively yeah you do former middle blocker yourself you told David on our call how much you love attacks from the middle right he wants to see a lot of hiss making oneon-one opportuni for his hits I mean middle blockers most of the time hit one-onone right so um if this is the vision of the cach that's something that I think you should push for Linda Hampton Keith head coach for temple is directing traffic a bit there with chel Banks and it looks like we've got a review on that last Point potentially oh was it a challenge or that's what it appears they are at the scor table discussing so we may have an official challenge here we'll take a look as as we get official word [Music] well it seems like we are back on the cour status quo number two Bell is going to serve for come on ladies oh come on come on so close to see from experienced players to be able to go through the block even when the block is well set up like in this case and that's the campus that I used to attend to scoring Ava is in to seric the sophomore set up coming from Bushnell and inside the line from the right side oh boy we're back down two again oh my Jesus like come on she hits that cross deep corner for which Temple really needs to adjust third kill already on four attacks for Kylie KN let me know and we have number one Jaden RAR serving for FD we're back at the scorers table here yeah we're not sure what happened there but there seem to have been some questions but we made another field goal today KS on four attacks yesterday the match against Radford floated over by Dav for Davenport good save by G and we're down to one corners and they're really trying to go for that again this was an unforced errors but the Deep Corners are really hurting Temple right now Taylor de back on the where she has a service error to give the ball back to FD a great day at the net for Davenport and attacking from the back row as well but she did have six service errors yesterday she already has two today and it's only the middle of the first set again I think that's part of the strategy of serving aggressively but there should be a fine line between serving aggressively and making too many errors right again recognizing this is pretty early on in the season so these things can clean up as the season progresses Alissa finister there attacking from the middle again I love to see middle scoring so and she was smart she used the one blocker she had there going crosscourt deep again for war now it's a TI ball game at 14 P so have a feeling that coach said go for the Deep corners on the serve push now on the set up good block at the net by finister they'll go for and we it just went out of bounds [Music] now players are using that block really well so a tight one Midway through the first set fdu by one as we hit our first and we'll be
