Lacrosse Hall of Fame' Rick Mang Interview on 2024 Mann Cup Game 1

D Miller here the creators game podcast we are joined by Rick Main and uh we are here at the man cup 2024 Edition and uh what do you think of the game so far oh it's fast it's it's like going to any NL game the talent that's on the floor it's you look at both teams just you a lot of NL players both teams good goal ending so it it it's going to be a good series now I've seen you were showing your ring off a little bit earlier so tell me a little bit about your history with lacrosse um I I've played for for a of championship teams I was fortunate to play in peterb and New Westminster and Northshore Indians and yeah I had a bit of success so I was lucky enough to to get a couple rings and it was you know a lot of time put in but well worth it and now who are you most excited to see you on the floor tonight um I I'm I'm excited to see Six Nations they uh they have such a star studed team I've never really seeing Thompson you know up close I have a really good Vantage tonight that I get to see Lyall and D Smith for the first and third period so just just watching the way they play the game and the way they shoot the ball it's it's exciting he uh last question what do you love about the creators game it just brings people together like like tonight everybody's here we drove 5 hours from Cardinal Ontario cuz you know we have some family close by and it just brings everyone together and it's just a medicine game everybody loves it all right I want to thank you for your time thank you
