I have a rock my name is Armand Kelly strand Paralympian I know these are some challenging times for you all and we just wanted to check in with you and see how you are and also give you a bit of an insult to what I'm doing to conquer a mental health mental health is a shootie now more than ever if you know that you people who are struggling or if you are struggling in yourself I know sometimes you know I don't want to be a burden or there's just a small problem these small problems can become really big and if you're fighting it internally it's gonna be really really tough so I do urge to reach out during these times it's also very important that you try and stay active also to stay on top of your nutrition and last thing for me is really look after yourself find time to do something just for you whether it is binging Netflix reading a book playing that favorite game of yours first Raya please look after your mental health
