With Labor Day. Now over the sprint on to election day is truly on right now. Candidates in both of the biggest races on the Texas ballot for US Senate are taking their case to voters here in the DFW area. Our Natalie Hadad is live with the details. Natalie. Good day to you. Clear the US Chamber of Commerce and Texas Association of Business today in Carol and announced their endorsement for Ted Cruz for re election to the US Senate. Both of them said that Ted Cruz, he's a jobs guy for Texans but it was just yesterday here that his congressman that excuse me, that his opponent congressman calling All Red was saying that Ted Cruz has a history of abandoning Texans upon his endorsement today, Cruz touted his bipartisan legislative victory such as some border bills and tax cuts. He also spoke on fighting for jobs and higher wages. Now, on that topic, I asked Senator Cruz about public education today, the Texas American Federation of Teachers. They're unveiling a bill of rights for job protection and higher wages. Texas A T plans to deliver their bill of rights to school vouchers supporting lawmakers. And while Cruz did not say whether he supports an educator's bill of rights. He did tell us that he does support school vouchers and he also took a jab at his opponent, congressman calling all red and Democrats for the state of public education. The position of Democrats on education may be even more defensible than the position of Colin Allred and Democrats in support of open borders. It may be even more defensive indefensible than their position in support of higher taxes and higher debt. Why? Because the position of Colin Allred and Democrats is to trap Children in schools that are failing. Now, on the flip side on Sunday, congressman, all red was in North Texas campaigning at a stop in county. He's promised that if he's elected, he would do what it takes to prevent cuts to social security and Medicare. He also took a job at his opponents absence during the deadly winter storm several years ago. Those people work hard for that. Now you're not gonna do it. Not on my watch when 30 million Texans are freezing in the dark. You know what working people do. We spring into action, we try to help, we don't go to Cancun. Certainly the fight is on polls show cruz and all red just two points apart in this race. So now for key dates and deadlines you want to know as we approach election season, really? We're already there, October 7th last day to register to vote October 21st is the first day of early voting. October 25th is the last day to apply for a male ballot. And then of course clear. There is election day that is on November family that is coming fast. Thank you.
