what's up guys this is Aon and it's time for week two college football picks and predictions so I've got one two three four five for you this week um so last week overall um we were 11 and four and if you found everything on Twitter um my handle is in the description uh it was 11 and four that's plus 6 and a half units uh so if you followed everything you made some money all right so for this week Let's see we got ruggers laying 22 against akan um so basically ruggers has a by week next week and we all know that um shano likes to run the score up um in some of these games you know ruggers doesn't tend to win you know more than five six games a season even on their better years um so he usually takes advantage of these games against the bad teams to run the score up so he's uh 40 1 and 23 and one ATS against nonon foes um in his whole time at ruers um so last week uh they got a like a late cover against Howard um depending on where you got the number at but you know they're up big in the fourth quarter and shano is trying to score a touchdown late to cover the number we like that so let's take ruggers minus 22 uh we got Oklahoma laying 27 and a half against Houston so uh you know last week Houston was really really bad against unlb and this was a home game uh so I me obviously Houston a new coach you know lost some players lost uh you know their whole staff from last year so you know kind of had this team pegged as like a a 4 and eight type team um andan it really showed last week against unlb you know they got um it was 24 nothing there down to a Mountain West team you know they got some garbage time y they got some garbage time points um but you know the fact of the matter is you know they got no offense their defense is decent but you know this is a whole different animal here you know um and Oklahoma didn't look uh great last week against Temple you know they won 51 to three uh they covered for us so we got a winner there but uh you know BR uh Brent Venable's defensive coach you know so they're going to come out play some defense um you know we like the offense we like the quarterback situation uh with the Arnold at quarterback for Oklahoma um hopefully here in week two the offensive line plays a little bit better um I just think this is a mismatch and I think we're going to get um you know at least maybe a 31o victory for Oklahoma so let's lay 27 and a half uh number three is Northern Illinois plus 28 at Notre Dame so uh you know Northern Illinois they're kind of a scrappy team that pretty much all they do is run the ball um they're head coach hammock um you know he likes to chew clock you know playing these tough weather games and there's supposed to be a little bit of weather tomorrow um so uh like last year Northern Illinois um goes to BC Come Away with a win you know that's against an ACC team um and more importantly uh NRE Dame Scott um they they just came off this you know pretty difficult tough defensive game against A&M you know probably slightly beat up uh but next week they play at Purdue so that's one that they really can't take for granted um so let's take uh Northern Illinois plus 28 uh number four Navy and Temple this is a pretty simple one we're going to go first quarter under nine and a half points um so I mean obviously Temple you know pretty bad scored three points last week against Oklahoma um we know that um you know they're they lost a bunch of players anybody that was any good um the quarterback's going to Rice so they've got no offense their defense is pretty decent and they did hold Navy to 18 points last year so they do have the ability to kind of stop the option well enough um and navy you know the triple option they're going to try to chew clock uh you really just have to hope that you don't get you know those like chunk plays you know that one or two play action passes for 50 yards that Navy will hit once in a while um so I think at least early on as long as we can um you know kind of get past the the scripted plays on the first possession or two uh we should be able to get this home so let's go first quarter under n and a half the last one I'll give you uh South Alabama and Ohio uh over 55 a half um so I didn't like it when it was 57 and a half got lucky uh the line comes down so basically the handicap here is um you know Ohio played Syracuse last week on the road with like six returning starters on the whole team and still the game hit uh total hit 60 points uh 3822 you know so they scored 22 against Syracuse on the road with a bunch of new starters um you know the quarterback Parker Naro um he looked a little better than I thought he would you know they're not returning very many people on offense so um Ohio actually kind of dominated early you know first uh few possessions of the game it took a little while for Syracuse to kind of get in the game but you know you could kind of see late in the game where Ohio started giving up some of those chunk plays and points um so you got 60 there last week uh from South Alabama you know they played north Texas and uh you know they gave up 500 yards plus on defense and they achieved 500 yards plus on offense um so obviously you know they're throwing over 400 yards uh they gave up over 400 yards passing um so especially you know I mean Ohio is well coached um you know I kind of expect more of the same so you know if these uh teams are going to be a little more explosive on offense than in years past with their new coaches now um you know South Alabama lost their coach last year um he's now the DC for Alabama um so they got major Apple White as the new head coach you know um another guy from Alabama in the past you know so a more offensive minded team now um whereas you know used to for the past four or five years they played really solid defense so um you know that game I think it was 52 to 38 so you had 90 points in the South Alabama game you had 60 points in the Ohio game so hopefully we can kind of get more of the same here so let's go over 55 and a half so um I'm going to put my Twitter handle um in the description deson follow you know like the video share the video you know if
