Jackson you hit like 685 in high school you were the number one pick when is the last time you pinch hit um I had a few uh experiences in the minor leagues this year um we actually practiced it so I guess it uh it paid off Jackson I mean you you went after the first pitch I mean when you first ball hunting right there he looked like a splitter that was kind of left up in his own was that what you were looking for no I mean I I got to got to face him last night and uh I feel like I saw the the splitter well and um just got a pitch over the middle and was able to to hit in the Gap not trying to do too much just just uh put a good swing on it pretty timely what did you practice how do you practice p i mean Terry Crowley gets in today for Hall of Fame one of the great pinch hitters of all time what did your practice down there um nothing specific just uh just to get the experience and um yeah I guess I guess it worked so fortunately those guys will probably have to keep uh keep doing that down there Jackson uh you snap out of a little Hitler streak today what have you been working on with your swing not just as a pin shooter but overall the last couple of days yeah just trying to trying to get back to to what I was doing and and um just hitting Balls to the middle of the field and hit it hard on the barrel and uh good things seem to happen so not trying to change too much um just uh it's a it's a hard game and um it happens sometimes hey what were you thinking about when Colton cowser dashed the first base in the head first have you ever done that um I never do it head first but uh it was it was pretty awesome and um kind of set up the bat so I'm sure he's going to tell you about it too yeah definitely well power of the golden te I guess which was delivered today haven't got to play it yet but uh hopefully uh hopefully it'll be in pretty soon yeah it'll be a happy golden tea in the clubhouse congratulations Jackson thanks for joining us thank you Jackson holiday had that great Series in Cleveland with a golden tea game in the uh clubhouse there was one delivered to Camden Yards today maybe just the mere presence was all it took Orioles win it 32
