right I was in the other one today and I was like this run right down hill yeah it's it's been hit by lots of vehicles you got to fix it up when that happens you can't just let it go well I mean like 3 years ago we brought a Lo got that load of loom out there and it's still sitting there I mean now I mean we whack a Lo of loom to where's thaty store he's just like oh SL go I was in there today and it was just like they mow half the place cuz the rest of it isn't finished I mean the trees that got cut down and starting to Reg yeah it's just horrible no bakes yeah yeah they're they are I need to stay away from that whole TR live that thing ready to go all done call it to order to 605 any public comment you're the only public any comment no I don't think other than I've read some of this stuff and I think it's great I make a motion we approve the meeting minutes from July 10 10 that's minute second any discussion favor so the other waiting on the 27th we have those you no sorry when we hire a lady down here person person thought I thought the only people we were looking at were ladies but we we don't discriminate all we had interest business Tom will report all right so well uh well 3 is running it works they had to jump something happened inside the box as well that is uh they thought he thought it was a um motor uh a soft start but it's not it's something else he told me what it is but he's so I have to get the electrician there to replace that but I can run it what I do is I just we jumped it so I just run it off the breaker so I was able to grab samples I grabbed the quarterly fluoride I grabbed the first round of bacteria which it failed so the second round I'm assuming passed cuz she didn't call me if that fails I'm shocking the well again nothing's going to the system it's all just going to waste so it's not going to go to the system till everything comes back clean um but it is up and running I flush been flushing it every day for a few hours just to get some turnover um I'm going to start working on the SOP for that well as well I'm going to reach out to Tom Willis tomorrow talk to him and then I spoke to that's an sop for all Wells right yeah and we have like deadline next week yeah yeah I'll have that done um as far as well four they said the only thing you can do is frack it and well for remind me which one's that the one that doesn't produce up next to the 12 gallons per minute or whatever want yeah it doesn't um do we care is that anything we want to you entertain don't we aren't we producing enough from everything else yeah oh yeah we're producing a ton of water but from a permanent standpoint yeah from we need can we make some adjustments to I'll yeah I'll see if I can we can do something with that I'll talk to Tom on that sorry so be clear so they're saying the only thing we can do is we got to Frack it to be able to put in hopefully it which if I remember right that was Frack when they first put it in oh so cushion did it so he should have all the information on that y right on hand so but there's no decommission in it I am not sure I'd have to talk to Tom on that one so I'm going to reach out I'll reach out to Tom tomorrow morning give him a status update on everything that's going on um it's especially aromatic in here today I'm not going to lie I don't know where that's coming I don't know either I I noticed it earlier is it the beginning of like a dead mouse or something it might might be okay that's that's makes sense yeah it's like just it's just the hint but it's I noticed it down the hallway earlier and I was like what is that smell I mean we're at this sewage treatment plant after all so but but it does smell like more than normal all right my boss hello hello have a good night not staying I guess taking you right out of the minutes the ember's report we haven't done anything with that um back to the W real quick I mean even if it's only producing a couple gallons a minute I mean even if we just cycle it just to add to our sources is in that good enough right I mean I mean we we're making plenty of water so yeah is it an issue with it just sitting there stagnant I guess yeah it would have to be we'd have to flush it and test that so as long as we put it in in a cycle yeah within our sop we should be good yep yep that would figure as long as we don't have to repair it as long as it's well that's what I guess that's what I'm asking is like we're making twice the water we need right oh yeah so we're making twice the water we need so I mean so if we just put it in the so to be whatever we recycle it once a whatever it is once a month then that's that's that's the smarter way to do it I just thought that needed more attention than that I thought it need more attention than that but if it runs as long as we get it shocked and cleaned and and cycled and we don't have to put a 8 $9,000 pump in it to make that happen yeah no I think I'm pretty sure it is I'm pretty confident just I haven't tried it I've been focusing on three so yeah could you just put it on a timer so you don't that's that's wied future stuff like what we talking about that for two years now I was like putting all of them on timers so but he's there every day um ember's report we haven't done anything with as far as the basement getting that cleaned out yet or the the the pad what was the deadline on that one Justin do you remember I can't remember I don't know if he had deadlines baked into that or not I think he did I don't think he did either it's it's kind of like before he comes back next year all the crap should be done yeah we got the two reports 11 months apart and they had the same things on it so that's our goal should to not have that happen yes repeat which it seems like we're well on our way for avoiding that yeah um the generator Grant so I have called her and reached out emailed multiple times I called her and emailed her today no reply I've gotten a a ten a ballpark quote high ballpark quote from cat for a turn key system and it's pretty expensive so can we first talk about where we're at currently right I was just to say we need to get you got to you got to update so the they put the board in it's not the board the board was fried you could see it was smoked so it's more than the board it's more than the board it's something on the back side of the actual generator it's when he put the board in and tried to turn it on it was tripping a breaker for the uh the uh the back side of the motor so it's going something's going to ground so you can he said we could pull that out that whole unit out bring it to Ferrar they'll rewind the whole thing and get it back or but it's he said it's going to be like six grand roughly just to do that and then you're in the same boat with it still an old Generator that you still can't get parts for okay so let's so before you get to the quote so that means it's it's expensively potentially repairable he does he think that that's going to fix it potentially repairable but he was leaning towards not even bothering with that so and that's the the powers up guy service guy I guess my my question would that being like because the thing only has a couple hundred hours on it if it's six like let say just $7,000 to fix it it can we put a different control panel in there to a later model control panel is that plausible I don't know I can ask him I mean I I was under the impression when we talked earlier today that it was in the control panel that we were having issues now you're telling me it's the the windings and the thing so I'm wondering if we got the windings rewound and then put a a whole different control panel in there would be be because I can just imagine when you see extremely I can just imagine sry 135 yeah yeah there again we're talking about like a three-phase like how many kilowatt generator I don't was 60 I want say it was a 60 so when I Justin and I spoke about this earlier this this generator that cat's proposing is not um is actually moving at up on High Ground as well because we all know we got a plane issue down there so they didn't want to correct me if I'm wrong they didn't want to put the generator back in the building because of the flood plan so this would just be an outdoor standby like you see all over the place at hospitals he said that would be cheaper because you're talking a lot of Labor to put that slide it in slide it in they've got mechanical guys showing up to do all the piping Y and the 135 is for the putting it in the building or no the standby unit outside wow 135,000 just yes well that's soup the nuts ain't it that's that the whole they contract and electrician and everything turn key package but even then though um I I feel like when we were talking about a generator we'll get back to Grant stuff here in a second but when we were talking about the grant it was looking like preliminary Figures were in the $60,000 handle and that was eight months ago yep not even that I think our last quote was June 3D and what was the price for for for that 54,1 125 okay all right so so there's a yeah there's there's a disconnect here yeah but you going to remember back on that that was it was it was a ballpark shot too like that wasn't I don't think they came out and walked well if you at a ballpark that is not that's not in the stadium that's not in based on what the other quote I agree 110% I just um in any case so can we get back to the um the grant cuz I believe the grant was going to match funds on this so um I I when I talked to Mike briefly about it yesterday it sounded like he might jump in and try to help out maybe calling you know whoever's in the phone tree up there try and figure out who's going to you know how to get to get our answer for yes because really the biggest thing is if we were to buy one do we get reimbursed 50% ex get it like that's the my biggest question move forward with this and then fact that they're not returning calls it makes me wonder if this person is no longer um the contact for us or doesn't work there anymore I don't understand well I call their their office phone number and it forwards to their cell phone and who is this is it is it somebody that's helping WR grants or is it somebody from the Grant Office it's from somebody from the Grant Office it's the number who Ronda was contacting okay oh okay so all right yeah we got to sort that out well I'm like immediately and we are we are without generator yes okay there is no there's no backup as of right now but I'm leaning towards getting the backup down here I've got the quote on it but I just haven't pulled the trigger yet what is the quote it was like 4,000 or something like that that's to get every transported down here set up and for a month and the month okay we paid seven last time and then the month then it's a less charge obviously after that once it's here you pay the monthly fee but it was Seven Grand for that same exact thing you're talking about so that's that sounds way better yeah it doesn't sound like we're getting this resolved um immediately it seems like we have to get the standby here I know I was what are we I kind of like to know what I mean Ferrar I mean whatever it doesn't matter but get a phone call into Ferrar and ask that yeah about winding this thing and then right either either way that'll buy us a little bit of time to get this sort of if we can get a rewound and get a I mean this thing has value yeah so I think if we can get it rewound and get a new control panel in here right we have value here yeah cuz the $44,000 just just gone if we if we have to bring rental it's just it's just totally gone put Grand into the old junk than and honestly they keep I me get we did get a quote to take that thing out of there and it was phenomenal to to remove that thing out of that building I I don't see the big cost but and I think that to remove that from the building yeah that I me ad just adjusted and get it all hooked and ramp truck we have it out of there and two hour flat pull a massive massive fire pump out of milore last year so I don't like a 20,000 gallon a minute pump like huge pump we need that experience but I you know so I that's just my opinion how long would it take um to pull the guts out of this thing send it up to Ferrar and have them have them put it back together even if it cost us six grand or whatever along with that but I mean I you tell me I I think it would be better just to pull the whole unit power plant yeah pull the whole power plant cuz it's bolted in there however we do it it sounds like that's the that's the easy part is getting the thing out so somebody can you know do whatever with it but but for ours obviously we're going to drop it off at their shop and they're going to have to what's what's the turnaround time do you have any idea I have no clue can we get a phone call to them and tell them how important this thing really is maybe they you know and there again they may bust into it and be like nope it's this little diode right here and you're golden because they can load test it too you know they they must have a way to load test them and everything so would you bring the whole unit to them I would that would be my opinion but wouldn't it be yours I think it' be way I mean I I personally wouldn't and I wouldn't personally feel comfortable cutting that thing in two I got a little predator can bring down in the meantime I got hey I got two so if we put one on each leg Yeah think that'll work bill yeah we'll wire them up in parallel and get some get it going like the solar panels on Mid Street can we can can we just run an extension Cod from this one it' be a nice light bulb for about 10 seconds yeah so yeah Justin you're I guess really come down to is is is the control panel I can have Steve's number that from power's up I can give him a call and just so the control panel just senses the fact that the power's down and then switches over and turns the generator I AB switch I guess is what it really is right it just walks so when the power goes down it turn it starts no it's it's like a breaker inside the on the actual control panel itself for the uh so it doesn't automatically turn on you have to call somebody and you have to go flip the breaker no that's the transfer switch that's separate okay that's the automatic transfer switch this is actually on the control panel of the so this is all so like we pull the UN it out all everything we're talking about is going with it anyways no you can you can slide the slide it out of the bottom you don't have to pull the hole it's mounted to the generator itself it's not on yeah yeah y yep underneath sorry I yes it's mounted to the generator okay the Bott it's fully accessible you can get right to it he had the thing opened right up so it's not like you do have to pull the whole generator out of the building and can do it right there oh well it seems to me that we've batted this around you have some ideas from the from the commission and it's if I think it would be our our thought that that we if we could get this thing up and running um in the meantime that would be great if we can do it soon enough that we don't have to rent something that would be even better and continue to work the the grant situation and then and then we'll just buy one yep you do you want me to give him this guy a call and just see if it's if you can get hold them right now let's do it right I want wait till two weeks now what are we asking him this is the guy from pow up if that whole thing can be changed the control pan it can be updated to a mo be modernized currently we're still able to get that control panel because it's the second time we replaced it no this is a part behind it no I know that but this is Steve hey Steve this is Justin with the town of Troy water department hey we you're on speaker we're in a meeting here with the board of commission um okay just had some questions about the generator down at the pump station so School Street oh yeah yep school street now is it possible to replace that control panel on that yeah it's possible to upgrade it's probably a couple thousand bucks but uh the engine wise I think the engine saw it it's just it could be something in the back end that's uh shorted out so yeah we can put a controller on but the back end short then we got bigger issue so you're talking 5 to 10,000 rewind whole yeah yeah it's definitely possible to upgrade the controller on all right um what would be the best way to do that what do you think your what what's your opinion on it like what's would be the best way cost effective wise to do that that's the main issue is we got to get the back end tested maybe have Ferrar come out from there yep and they could uh Meer the back end and uh just make sure the back end's good and if the back end's good then we can swap out the controller with a you know new new updated voltage regulator in the whole nine yards I think you get by it for quite a few more years if the engine stay solid so all right sounds like that's our plan all right is there anybody Rec you talk to anybody have ferar you anybody in Ferrari you recommend we talk to or uh nice call over there they're they're all pretty good there so okay yeah just let them know uh you want him to come out and test the back in make sure everything's good and they'll let you know if it needs to be rebound or if just the Exciter is bad or something like that so okay and then uh if they say it's good then we can give you a quote for the upgrade control and all that so okay perfect all right all righty thank you bye there we go all right so I'll give him a I'll give Ferrar call first thing in the morning I see Matt at the gym in the morning sometimes too so I don't know if he's the owner now his dad's still around I don't know the group at all I we I remember going down there years ago we pulled the motor off a gravel pack too and had that redone this was back Jesus when I first started gravel pack two I thought that was or gravel pack one okay gra P point Sorry all right all right so all right we got a plan for that um meter replacement I don't know if you guys want to continue with keep going on this or table it um but I did get a the proposal for the census support all right remind us again what this what component of all of this this is the it's their support system through census so if we have any problems they so this is like an annual subcription Y and we usually we usually do it um I don't know if you guys continued it we always did it yeah it's 3500 bucks a year so all right so just a quick recap on that what what were we looking at grand total to upgrade everything and have somebody actually come in and do it the quote on that was I know uh Mike took the paperwork on that they got copies of it the grand total to have somebody do it was $234,500 annually our current subscription would go away whatever that is and this would be the new subscription is that correct okay do you know what our current subscription is on that I'm not sure I'd have to get all right it's it's yeah it's the software support what it is I think we need to go in this direction at some point I just don't think it's it's right now yeah yeah hopefully you'll have um after the next read you'll have open up speed to be able to go around and do readings he's he's taking it on pretty good showed him we've done some final reads so he knows what to do knows how to wire them um yeah he's go to turnning wrenches which is good uh yeah might yeah M uh Russell lab project so I finally ran into Gary yesterday and talked to him and apparently now I heard they're not Paving Russell lab this year I don't know because of they were told not to because what was happening with this spart because there was if was it going to happen was it not going to happen were you guys going to replace the lines or notl what lines the water lines yeah I know what what water Lings are the main lines or the are the all John said was lines so you got the biggest thing is we don't want to pave it and then dig it right back up right what lines though that's what that's what I'm trying to like I think there's a huge confusion here what lines are getting replaced well I think that's on us I think that's on us to figure out but um no no I think because there he he just said that he Johnny was told not to pay Russell ad because they're changing Alliance there's no upgrades to Mains going on any like we're not even even going down that road at this point no I I realize that but aren't we what where are we at currently from your conversations with John like what did we need to do I've been trying to get a hold of John I've called him then to the garage I ran into Gary and he's I would like to get the backo next week and get a couple Services done anyways but he the last I heard is they're not doing the Ser they're not Paving so I was like but I'd still like to get them done that way we're that we're if you PVE it next year great y okay so this works it it doesn't it doesn't Okay because what is the plan of attack that's what we need to know the plan of attack because we don't need to go down and change services if he's expecting us to pave all those P back in we we're just like throwing hot top in it yeah you see what I'm saying like I don't want to waste money onot I don't want to waste the budget on hot top and then we got a break over here and then we got you see what I'm saying like hot top are is minimal yep how many how many services seven seven Services yeah and what kind of digging does this involve like how much hot top do you need to replac I mean the whole Ro is terrorized like so this is we've had a bunch of repairs done a bunch of repairs already on the street because it was getting paved this year yeah now he he saying or they're saying that it it's not getting paid this year yeah but is just sounds like a communication breakdown between the Departments that's all I'm just trying to trying to find I get it so John told me he was coming to last meeting but we had a cur we had a shut off for that new hydrant we just put in was nuked by the loader yeah dur last year right yeah so I I don't know we got I guess we got to meet with them and the highway department and get on the board get a plant going yep okay yeah because we can do our service lines when it's appropriate when we feel like it's appropriate but within the timeline that they are Paving however however we want to do that but once we have an idea of when they're going to be Paving then we can take that action if we want to do it earlier we'll just put the hot top back in to hold the thing together until if we want to wait until spring and do it then if that's what makes sense I don't I don't know what we got manholes all upgrade down through there we got seven services and everything so I mean there's the manholes won't take very long no I no they won't but as long as once we get elevations it'll be right I'm just confused does the does the delaying of the paving help us or hurt us I'm not understanding what's going on it doesn't do anything I don't want I it doesn't do anything to us but unless we have to dig out if we dig it now and we have to pave it PVE in all the seven patches y it's just a waste of money right right but I mean what we talking about right 10 T th bucks plus truck you know what I mean we get charged for the one tons we get so I mean it's just like $1,000 means a lot to us at this moment yeah know I I realize that we got other hydrants that need to be you know we got like Water Street hydrant we got a couple other in town that could be changed y you know so we got better places to waste 10 ton a hot dog y so putting so putting this off until next year we'll give everybody an opportunity to talk about it with a solid plan so that I hate to see the project get put off another year but that's just my opinion well I mean as far as the water Department's concern we can at that point we can we can coordinate so that we can dig these things up and they stay loose gravel for a short period of time and new ASA will go in by the town and that way we don't have to waste that hot top is that that what we're trying to do okay well yeah but I guess where I'm going saying is is if are they saying the service lines that need to be replaced because that's only going to take him like 3 days y right or they're thinking that it's water Ms we're not doing the water Ms right so he said waiting on servic to be done last I he hasn't had a man to really talk with you yet because he's been swamped so now see that's where the confusion is com because he just said that they weren't Paving it he was he just said that he he Johnny was told not to pay Russell AB till the water lines were done that so my question is what water lines are you talking about are we talking about services or water means whatever water lines we want to change you am are they yeah are they saying the water mains or are they saying Water Services why do we care what they're saying told him to talk to Justin to figure out they're on hold because confused things wanted to be done this project has been put off for four years now because they there's some speculation that we're do upgrading the water Ms down through Russell AV and that's not the case and we're not doing that right so if if this is the role that we're going to start going is we're not Paving roads because the water Ms like nothing's ever going to get paved I don't that doesn't sound like the case is that that's not the case is it DJ no okay that doesn't sound like the case so so we're all in agreement that it's services that that are and we just want to be able to do the services right before Paving that way we don't have to he can do he just well if he does the services now they don't he can do he can do a couple Services a day is what I'm saying so if if they if he if Johnny says we're Paving October 1st done and over with he'll be done in a week right no I I I I get that but they but he just said Gary told them they're not doing it this year because and then he responded to that he said Johnny was told not to PVE it till the water lines are done yes he's supposed to work with the water and F Department because everyone was under this including your board which you sat on for two years that said don't do it until this is done because we are we don't want to rip up the road if we're going to need to do it so if it's easy that nothing needs to be ripped up then it's an easy he could have done it two years ago well question TJ is um is the is the budget available and could he pave it this year if they worked it out between the two of them I mean is it too late to to to do that could he get the contractor in here and could he pave it this year should John and Justin be able to iron out the timeline on like let's say October is pave time or whatever let me check okay he's going to he's got him lined up he's part of his block grant so where he spends his block grant is you're going on Russell AB is going on this street or you can use it anywhere he want it's only block grant money because I I'm I'm not remembering what the warrant had in it so it's just block grant money that's doing this okay so he has he has some latitude on on the funding but think cont lined up just where they putting that T I think we just need to clear up the the communication breakdown and and I just let John know that we we can get the services done if he wants to pay this year I think that's really the communication that needs to be laid out to John and then and then if John says yep we're going to that sounds good I can get a contractor in here for October he'll give you the heads up and and we'll we'll get it done and and you can and you could do that y okay so it's just a little more communication to get it done we everybody prefer having it done this year yeah that is that what is I I'm going to stay out of that I live on that street but you know what I mean okay you want people speeding you want them to go sa and slow I don't know he's done a lot of work on that street to to not I mean that was been the plan so for him to stop now with all the work that he's done on that street which seems a little backwards yeah and there again we would need some type of huge Grant to to upgrade water lines and that would be proud of P if that was the case I wouldn't even start with Russell La I'd start with North Main but and that's when my point yeah assum he's going to out you probably tomorrow okay I know I've got the transfer station to have a discussion so okay if you're around you can more than join us up there yeah and the the mains would be any replacement of mains is is a far broader bigger discussion based on age and known position all that so that's yeah that's a totally different an y y okay that's why I was confused I didn't I don't think even Mains were even being discussed well I and that was where I was going with it I think there's a confusion with that like I think some people are thinking we're changing Mains and moving on we're changing Services y yeah I think all they need to realiz is that we will be digging in the street and we don't want to do it after Paving we don't want to do it after right so yeah cuz South Main Street is is kind of that example that that got paved um before the services got done on South Main Street so that was a couple of years ago I think went us here I think just got here first that was one of the first world but anyway yeah that got paved and we didn't get a chance to do the services before it got paved so they're still there and we didn't dig them up to do them but at the same time it just seems to make sense to coordinate those two y thanks for entertaining me in my confusion all right solar project no my box property oh my box so I went down there went down there uh they do have water in sewer at those they are metered it is metered so I got to wire them up uh for a touchpad I spoke with Joel I'm actually going to meet meet with him as soon as he's around but he definitely wants to he tapped our SE without our permission I don't know that's he's got sewer unless there's a septic system there but his bathrooms yeah we'll table that for now um with that all right solar project any update on that I have no idea I don't know nothing about that you know anything Bill uh I know that he's waiting for you people to turn along I think Mike's that right yeah well I just I knew he was no some of these things are just placeholders also Jude contacted me last week I said I'd find out what I would find out here oh um he's just waiting but was there something about you're also trying to get a quote from somebody else I think it was a generic [Music] contract I know Mike yeah CU Mike was waiting on that he wanted to see the board of PL contract um he wanted to from what I could get from uh what Mike thought was that he was waiting for sorry have at least two contractors so just you do all the legality type stuff I'm not just going to one guy yeah yeah so he's waiting for he was waiting for that and so until that comes in uh the revision is going to just going to wait yeah let's wait for Mike to get back to discuss that further more information on that yeah right it says right here discussion second quote yeah all problem still on the running but just advice on what was going on all right the SOP tracker with Bill I do have an sop for you I'll send email it to you it's for a new composite sampler I want to get this tool up and running before I stop looking at any SS okay can we after we're done look my calendar let's let's see if we can squeeze me in for yep a half an hour or so or something yep organizations so the review of the personal policies for option did be good personel personel is that what I sense yeah so I just I sent this to Mike the other weekend I just wrote it up as an idea to adopt or adjust obviously this is just my stream of conscious typing just idea to have some documentation just so we run a little maybe have a little more structure to who's responsible for what and I think it's just a good to have kind of bylaws the committee anyways it's not really anything that's water sewer specific it's just more of board organization type stuff but I told them that I thought that you know everybody can look it over see if there's any sections that they want to add or if it's even think it's just not even worth the time to do that's fine also and then um just everybody read it not tonight just read it over and we can look at it end I told Mike maybe we can talk about it next meeting a little more in depth and then if it's something that we're all interested in going forward with we can vote on it later on well that just me I think it's an excellent idea to do because if something some Outsider comes in you know and it says hey why aren't you doing this is because this is the way we do things I like it so I write it over and I like to Thing by time I take you home homework the Personnel policies I think we wanted to do a side by-side comparison of the town's Personnel policy and the Department's Personnel policy and then pull out the the one that we want to use and adopt that policy I don't know I haven't seen a copy of Town's Personnel policy I got one day the Departments read that they're almost identical okay well that's good there's only like literally to that's the 10 I know Sarah had said that the the reward time not I think it's I think the only difference was reward and like to time over time something like that cough time not time are they functionally the same thing with different names is that what it is as far as I understand yes how does comp time work for the town and then so they could work overtime and instead of getting overtime paid they can put compound away now the one thing we had to we had to modify on that which I don't know if it's in there or not is you cannot put a stipulation that they have to use it within a certain time frame the only stipulation you can say is they have to use it within a year okay what we had originally on there I think you had to use it within 30 days and is that um yeah cuz ours is 14 days so it's kind of similar we down here it's just called reward time but it's the same exact thing so comp time reward time it's just a that was the one thing we had to change because apparently there is a state law about that now is that is that applied to um exempt employees only mean salaried employees only or is it a plot because you can't not pay overtime for for hourly employees that don't believe ours was for for um salaried employees only that's a good question actually i' have to find it in here 44 that's what it is under overtime comp time board hours are all 4445 compensatory time if I remember correctly non-exempt so the salary employees do not get that ability because Sal they have fluctuation in their hours but I know also the state requires that if you work over a certain amount of hours even as a salary employee you have to be paid over time okay I so I get it so this is probably what makes this actually work um it does still say within the 30 days on to say know that should have been removed it should it should say a year that was also brought to our attention because is it within the by the end of the current year or within 12 calendar months I think we wi with 12 calendar months because like um we use John as a perfect example plow plow time he's out there running extra hour as past as normal and then if he if he has to use it by the end of the year right he's December 25th use he' have to use it do last five six days I yeah and I think the way around it this is actually specifically for non-exempt employees which is which is non-salaried employees and it's upon their request to do it and it's paid out in 1.5 hours for each hour of overtime theyve worked so they're they're getting paid overtime they're getting paid one and a half times it's basically the same thing but they're using it as a as a basically can use as a FL so they can take time off yeah helps them out if you know they used up B their time but they worked all these extra hours and they want to take a weekend long weekend okay or a third honeymoon or you know some those lines bad only got once and the overtime working schedule here is kind of kind of limits overtime anyway over time will be authorized only when it is absolutely necessary for the best interest of the town okay and done so by a supervisor by work so okay any other glaring differences those are the only two I saw okay what was what was the second one just comp and reward sorry one okay there the difference between the two I don't remember if the the work week was laid out in there because they do have different work weeks or pay weeks uh the pay week is deal the thing that's different because the wars who are paid on like a Monday yeah instead of a Friday whatever it is that was the only thing I remember from it oh no I think the town employees are also paid on Monday but it's just the next Monday water and super employees are paid on the Monday immediately following the end of their pay week that's the difference so like they submit their time cards Monday morning and they get their check Monday afternoon Yeah Tuesday I you have to go in there and get you know poke a little bit go so um we Chang the other week so thought we were changing that so that at least Sarah is just doing payroll the push back I got from them from Sarah was that they were told it was you not allowed to change their pay date and it wasn't it's because it's considered um a uh yeah the to it got changed because it used to be if I remember right it got changed a while ago and there was a big because you can't take away a what the employee would consider a benefit that's what it is you can't take away the benefit of the employee that change all the time well I mean like this is considered a uh what is it called because we all ask the same question when it all keeps going through why we do two different days and stuff and it's was something to do with the I think the employees don't care well I mean and that's the thing if the employees don't care well then what happens is so you're if you changed it and you held it a week we'd go a week without getting a paycheck till we got caught back up and then after termination we'd get a check following right like it works with everyone else in the world well you do it like Midstream right like yeah it just happens to be Midstream but I I I was um when I worked at the credit union they went from weekly to biweekly and that's exactly what happened if everybody was notified well ahead of time and it was like you are going to have you were going to get paid for a week and then you're going to go two weeks before you get a paycheck and you will have a week without pay so when prare yourself when I started with the state there bu week we pay there so I went a month without a paycheck CU like started in that odd spot so then but when I retire I'll get a paycheck two weeks and then my retirement check yeah um just to uh I'd like to do a little research on that but how much thead time would you and toin need if we were to just make that change if we give you a couple of months yeah I would say a couple months Sarah say not H because we're such a small department and also once we fully move over to masoma that account can do um direct deposit what Justin's actually asked about but apparently the way the TD Bank account was set up it can't do for and and our and our checks are cut from the the TV bank account for now okay once you get go we can do deposit deposit then it's not okay yeah because I know what like um yeah it was everybody got their their paper checks on Friday but um direct deposit came in on Wednesday right like just happened to come in a little earlier because all the processing was done that way so um all right so a couple of months you on that it just makes it easier for the office to just have it all right and then hopefully once go to Mas you can get on direct deposit and just make it like E I would never want a paper check I don't know we used to have direct deposit year and I used to get a portion of it done and I went a few weeks without it being put in oh really yeah for some reason yeah that that should never happen well also in that it's not in Al to distant past the um the labor board was down giving us a long ration at the um selectman's office for all kinds of different things that happened in so they're very that's why she didn't want to change it because they're very sensitive to all that now so I think we're probably okay with um if that's what you wanted to do Ian you still get a paper check if you want do I get a direct deposit for the uh tiny little bit of money that I get for this and it comes through just yeah because I don't yeah I got so as a trust trust FS I got there yeah I'm just make rolling now I know how you can go to our lastly we got that ESAT come up to 800 bucks a year I mean break that down to the hour and it's it's at least a dollar I don't think so you don't get I'm thinking that's for here yeah a dollar an hour for here yeah I put seven hours anyway I digress Accord carry on sorry contract for the superintendent I haven't seen I guess we'll table that till Mike gets back I Feel Like Mike working on that one I'm pretty confident Mike was on that too he'll be back next we'll table that the next week all right Justin yep hang in there buddy all right the uh job positioning update posting rather I think postings have been yep so it's on HMA um and it's on uh Grand State yeah Grand State rural rural it's a hard Rural Water Association and they're going to email it out to they said they have 11 100 licensed operators in the state that will they get an email every Friday I guess oh yeah I get this this post will be I get duplicates that's good we need if everybody gets dup duplicates is probably only what 550 550 say 1100 with all the openings it probably is only 550 so that job posting was for another licensed operator yeah this is a um a um assistant superintendent gotcha office I haven't put together a list but I do have I started to put together a list that 20 hours that we talked about is that you think that still will work 15 20 hours yeah we should put together um that that posting for that as well and just get it out there and yeah get it listed I think that's an important thing to have especially if we can get a parttime and you know somebody good office get with file and input and yep and I know what it's like to try to be in the field and then get back to the office and and cram in an hour or two in the office and it's just not not ideal it is not ideal no uh what about Tobin's like computer skills is that I you know I was thinking about that I want to test the waters with him on that doing some theam throw spreadsheet in front see you have to know Excel I mean he is only 23 yeah right that's what I was just going to say he's like of that era that might be like but he doesn't I he doesn't act that way I'm very impressed he's not like gen Z or whatever it is he is he's an old soul he really is he has no problem getting his hands dirty yeah at all yeah it's very impressive the um so he's good fit for now yeah that just as an update that so we're working on the pump the blue pump we hooked the jumper cables up to it off the Ford having to look over and it's puking fuid fluid so I I get in this morning and he's already here he's got the F in fender well off the thing and he's like tucked up in the wheel well it's like it must be nice being that small you would fit right up underneath there had the thing ripped out he actually that was him texting me he went to he had to order the it was a power steering low pressure line yeah or return line and uh we got it at it was like 40 bucks at Auto Zone I sent him to keen and they had to order it but he was in Keen said it was in and they picked it up so nice we'll have that in the so we hook in the meantime while we brought that over here to get it out of the way we hooked up the Kabota letting the thing charge and he looks out the window and he goes uh oh that's not good we run out there the thing's smoking like crazy I'm like you got to be kidding me run out there shut it off it was overheating and so he ripped that AP fire yesterday and it was the um uh serpe belt that smoked on it so he got a C belt for it too so throw that in so we'll get those taken care of so it looked worse than what it was I thought it was I was seeing thousands but it's not even 100 bucks so you get both fixed if you're not pumping water yeah yeah so R the oh so back to um the job hosting this is kind of a little bit off topic from that but it does say something about license operator here so are are we working on Tobin for you know prepping him and and every way possible for um the O um you know LIC test in December all about it there's actually and there's a water Prep course I just got Granite State's putting on a water Prep course um it's for treatment and distribution and he's all about it once wants to do it so okay good um and he can take that immediately I believe but yeah he's coming in learning the labs he he does the labs I have to oversee him doing it but it's good to make sure he's doing it right and yeah jumps right on it and good yeah he's he's taking on pretty quick so yeah yeah cuz I when um well I sent you that posting from Kean where they are looking for uh an operator but technically they're looking for a person to come in and become an operator and then outlines in that schedule within what does it say within 6 months you will have your class one oit and you know so this it like has it's very structured in stipulations as far as when you get the job you it doesn't stop there you need to start to you need to pass these tests and and yeah you know within 18 months be oit on um sewer two or something like that however however it was laid out but it had it in the job posting itself y so I know we planning on that with with toin anyway but yep I just found that interesting as to that's how they you know they're basically hiring the people on to begin training and lay that right out so and I have I filled out today Ernie got the good graces from Hinsdale so I filled out today the multiplan endorsement with him so that way we can kind of work together good good it sounded like um Dees was was going to have no trouble I yeah I don't think so so I I forward that up that was on the online fors and then I sent him an email just to give him a heads up dick and Mark say hey just so you know I filled that out so good actually it said it's not due until like next month or something like that but hopefully they get on it so I know I know Ernie's getting burnt out he's kind of stressed that today that every single day sucks yeah he's got he doesn't even have regular help does he no if he needs help they so they're Ernie just does this the wastewater treatment plan but they have the so they have water guys licensed water operators that will come over and give them a hand if he needs something good yeah so go to the rfps RFP of upates so the was the chemical feed portion was awarded they signed the contract it's over there um the the electrician was in there he had a couple things for us which Tobin jumped right on and we got a bunch of barrels moved out of there we have a chemical delivery he's got them all rinell um he's got them organized by vendor because we got Holland we got Astro and we got heart cross I ordered chlorine which we needed for the wells I ordered that from harcross so we when they show up tomorrow those barrels can go is that like a deposit or something that we have on those yeah it's like a $50 deposit okay so they when they get we get y I didn't realize the there's quite a few of them well here's the problem a lot of those barrels are as or are um Holland he's got them rinsed out we got them stacked on pallets over here we can't return those okay I don't believe there's a deposit on them but we can't return them is there um is there covers for them are they are they seable you wouldn't be able to use them for food or anything like that just because they're chemical in them but can they go to the landfill and be put in the compact have no idea should have a recycle number on them right so like they should be able to recycle them with number two just put them in the compact we got them over there for now we used one cuz we drained all the fuel out of that pump and he's like where do you want like just take one of those barrels [ __ ] fill it up you whatever you going to do we should be is there any um is there any reason why we wouldn't want to give them away I mean I feel like this is something people can use you know waste oil and stuff like that we shouldn't it's something that was dangerous in there that we don't want it was right that no that stuff's not really dangerous would anybody mixing I mean I wouldn't drink it that's I guess what I'm saying a lot of people animal and stuff like that yeah I think we should yeah ipity standpoint I think we just should see talk to what's his name runs a dump Dustin yes recycle and just take him down there put him in the ba because that's what they do with plastic Y in Russia and just send them Mountain bals yeah one thing we don't want is is garbage hanging around you know if it's something usable for us you know we will keep a few of them for yeah oh absolutely keep a few yeah definitely but yeah there's no sense handling this so when we used to that when we did the chemical Edition that's why we had those totes those four totes piped together so we could get a bulk delivery bulk deliver is Cheaper by the gallon than ordering barrels yeah then we're not the ICB style the on okay yep are we going to go back to that J no hopefully they're what they're going to be getting away with that it's going in the head so that's going to take care of that whole unit down there that's like going away yeah that's what my understanding of it is the things are incredibly good holy [ __ ] keep them away from me I'm on that's why I haven't touched them I have to lose 13 lb so oh just try a crumb no Justin I'm trying to eat healthy I don't take a couple home to your kids I'll do that they'll love them there you go yeah absolutely anything to keep them up all night long summer it's great we have a hard enough time going to bed as it is so the preon meeting went well I heard a little bit from from Mike um what what did they what do they need from you and I mean obviously clear clearance and stuff yeah basically that was it he he said he was hoping to start within 10 days so be right in and out they just there I think it's going to get delayed a little bit because there was a little confusion on the um what they were going to use Ed for a float switch for the chemical so there's going to be a float switch in there that turns on the chemical of feed and then also the water the the carry water um I suggested that a float switch probably wasn't going to work very well because it doesn't come up in the tro only a couple where water come from it's going to come from the yep there's there's a SP it out there okay so that's induced water as part of the injection just to carry it that originally it was going to be constant and I was like don't do constant just cuz it's we're on a well here and our well is going to be kicking on and off on and off all mention we don't need much that so they they're in they're talking putting this uh an actuator in there so it'll only run when everything kicks on so and then the float switch he's looking at what there is because there only it only comes up this much so they could we Cascades down they can put a float switch inside there where it's going to actually kick it on and by the time it reaches Lagoon level it'll shut back off they wanted to put it in the trough I was like that's really not going to work unless you went to an ultronic you can put an ultronic in there but that's he said that'll be more difficult with and that's because of the moving material that's in the trough anyway the cuz I mean yeah it pumps at 940 gallons a minute on average when the Well's going but you've got a 24in trough it doesn't 940 gallons a it isn't much in a 24 in wide trough it's only coming up this much so if you think of a float switch it's going to come up before it kicks on it's going to be so he's looking at different float switch that just have a little yeah but I think down where it Cascades down would be the best so that's something they're working on and they they were in agreement with it they're in agreement with the carry water so so what's the um in the end are they going to have a full-blown schematic for this a um they're supposed to proced whatever mainten and all that going to be part of all this you're going to have that when it's done y okay are they going to do any sort of like training on this or whatever when it's finished I don't know how complicated it actually is without being at the meeting I would hope so I would at least the engineers would step in on that one okay I would I wouldn't hope for it I would ask for it yeah yeah so one thing I I replied to Mike when he sent this out I know it didn't go to you guys cuz it it was BCC but um I think we should put together something for public consumption about this like people are I think still worried that we're not doing anything down here because they're not seeing anything done so now we've awarded a contract and work is beginning I we should put out a you know four paragraph press release that says you know as part of the whatever the right wording is of the plant upgrade p such and such contractor has been awarded a contract for the town of Troy water you know cuz I think it's important that they see something is happening because the the public still just you know sludge hasn't happened yet so they're getting yeah I think each time we have a milestone we do it yeah yeah I would agree Mike's reply to me was just that it was you know he wants to get an answer on when sludge happens so we can kind of roll all together but I think that's even more reason not to wait until we get the date is because we don't have a date yep and it would be honestly even if we spoonfed it a little bit it would it would it would people would see that it's happening over time you know each of these things are happening over time and and if we do it all at once then then they won't realize that actually things have been happening before this update right yeah no I I would agree so who's volunteering for that four paragraph looking at you Adam at TJ he doesn't do much uh it won't go out July AUST the September edition's the next one no I mean like we'll put it on our the town website we'll see if we can get the S to run it huh what oh I thought he said something else like what and just just to have you know the the Jane Smith Share it as just like a you know no comments attached just ears yeah we got the jam sh block comments right just so that's a release to people so they can see the prog information so I don't mind writing it um our next meeting is not till the 14th which I guess is fine so I I'll have it for the 14th how long does it take for them to do the project you you they said they were going to be getting started inside of 10 days right to complete project he didn't say but it wasn't going to be very long like multiple days or multiple weeks no he said like a week two weeks maybe okay think it's going to be very long be right in and out of there yeah there was discussion of they're going to have a trailer or any of that job that like no it's not going to be any for a porter potty is like use the bathroom here what's the um what's the plan for um dismantling and and maybe repurposing the the conx unit that our old feed system was used for what's on that I mean it's not a rush I haven't got a well I talked to Tobin about it a little bit but I was thinking it would be nice to just clean it up and use it for storage y yeah the last time I looked in this one over here was like yeah that good stand to be H out yeah big time but I mean if we even stack it beside that one right or no they're very handy for that they are or even what would be nice too actually now that I think about it is if we took that one spun it around this way put the other one a certain distance beside and just put an overhang Y and span across the two of them and then you can just park under Park something underneath it that you don't want to something you want to keep out of the weather like trailer or something y want to keep snow off it in the winter time okay that would be really nice so and then have storage in between yep that one's all insulated too so right right that's right we don't which I don't think we need he in it but but that's interesting anyway um as far as the complete mix they're still working on getting they have a contract aligned up I they ran into some another issue with something to do with banking I'm not sure yeah they so they have to I think Mike Mike gave bur down on that when I was talking to him yesterday so it's required that they have um a line of credit financing um to cover various costs associated with the project and that needs to be a letter of I don't know a letter of intent from the bank or a letter of credit from the bank something along those lines from their bank and um that's been some push back from the contractor as far as being able to provide that or or why they even need to provide that so y I don't know what the end result of that is going to be I don't know if we need to be looking for another waiver like we were looking for for the bond and and um we were talking about the bond yesterday we weren't really clear on what kind of bond it is whether it's a performance bond or a sh Bond or what actually the bond was but anyway we got the waiver for that last so um yeah so on on this part of it um don't know another waiver is going to be asked for by um Underwood or not so that's all I got on it sounded like it was in discussion which is frustrating because thees wants us to get these things done we have a limited number of contractors that actually qualify for doing this stuff and then they have to jump through all these additional Hoops that yes even they um don't want to do and and when they if they don't want to do it and they're willing to not take the project on because of these additional Hoops that they have to jump to that jump through that tells me everything I need to know about their scheduled that means they're full they don't need our work they don't need this job you know and it's like for yeah to be put in that position is is tough for us I don't yeah hopefully hoping Dees will give a little more wiggle room here to try and get the stuff done yeah because we can't we can't be demanded to fix our problems and then be hamstrung the whole time as we're trying to do it we we we got we need to we need to be able to get some of these things done without so much red tape so we went we just did complete mix and sledge removal according um and went over that so we a new business uh has control generator or other areas so I put uh traps up at the tank side or at the um Pump Station how'd you do make up haven't caught anything no damn I I don't I check what's in there I don't it's kind of a bad time of year for it fall and winter time that's when they really get in there but I pulled in the shop and her was letting a an AOS himount of P heart trap that he had captured at one of the one of the apartment houses nice we've been catching apparently melon is catches every all everything you got catches ground we had groundhogs pawsome billing and shut off payment plan so I've got a for you guys to review for payment plan request is this the is this a new one or that's it was in my box couple days ago so somebody up up to the White House engineered this MH oh this is just I thought it was someone looking to actually do no just a in a a form we did we we never had one of them before in the past or rather I to see she did have something cuz she would put it together based on basically what their bill was and she'd break it down into monthly so they would pay x amount each month to get them caught up so what do we give them like yeah just just pull that out of the thing probably send it to I would um I would add a little I would change this a little bit it's U so it says I further understand that that failure to pay as promised will result in rejection of any future payment plan request I would change that to May right you just can't lock in like that because then future board might change yeah and it's it's you can't keep track of who screwed up I mean once they get caught up it's you know um so yeah the last line reads a little funny so I further understand that that failure to pay as promised will result in the rejection of any future payment plan requests in addition to the interruption of water and S Services I get what they're trying to say right could be rewarded to make a little more sense but may seems like the only change I would make there always word Smith a document but necessarily may may noticed yeah May is May is something that should be changed but the rest of it is just how you write you know it'll change how somebody write something did we ever get a water and a shut off list and I don't know how formal it was we I think Justin and Adam had it distributed at a meeting a while ago water shut off uh pass do accounts list I believe I Mike is missing tonight this is what she had in the past basically it would just be edited that President's name is still on there so basically she used to break it down into monthly oh this this name brings me a memory I I know favorite tenant I didn't do that purposely it was the first one on there this was drafted by an attorney had to have B this way the way it's written yeah here in it's very much le le we roll that one it would be nothing to take names and numbers out of that and just the Blank Spot and make a draft I I honestly I kind of like the form this that form letter a little bit better but I do like how this one States in it it says um I understand um or failure to meet my payment agreement shall result in an interruption of my services without any notice because this is after all notices been issued so without any further notice I would add that into into that but I think a little hybrid of these two would be would make sense Jesus you can do it while you're uhare time yes but I I think the the the way it's written Covenant this you know here and that is is it's too wordy it just they owe the money it's yeah it doesn't need to that's what I heard understand should we make a motion and a vote no you didn't a motion and vote for me to do the other one so do this is this just a copy or is this some original of yours uh that's no that's the original I got with me you want to make actually I need I need digital versions of this if I'm going to mess around mail merge exactly I need I do not want to retype any of it I'm getting pretty good at this machine excellent like it that's important just don't start using ai ai how I submit my state report de immediately knocks on the door right you're right do you need a that one scan too I can email that one too I have a copy of that well the original document so that I can actually edit it and scan's not going to do it for me just like no yeah like the original document whether it's if it's in word that would even be better than it then it's editable editable not edible edible kind of like those no bakes yeah I loaded those up with um oils that I bought from a place down in winon the red what there bu the bud bu was that a was it Little Anthony it Little Anthony's Fish House for a long time oh yeah that's right yeah I'll have to get I'll have eie send that original okay thanks and you can send me later Justin that's fine I don't need to do that right in the middle of the me but just make a note of it and send me the editable versions and I will make some adjustments otherwise it's good I think I think it'll so we're on Town admin looking for answer to ATT text letter regarding firewall protection you guys should have a copy of that yeah oh it's sent all of them so one of them I just noticed one is apartment so these are everybody got one of these yeah he sent it to everybody he didn't bring out break out anyone special I didn't realize it until I printed 5525 oh you should fill the paper they're printed on the the real one heavyweight paper oh really C stock almost I was like holy crap we're spending some money on the paper Troy water department firewall software essential Protection Service suite for TZ 270 whatever that is one year was did you say there was some sort of note along with us or was just a quot that's all I have okay I printed out like everything oh makes sense he basically won't sign it or won't agree to it until you guys agree to it say who won't 55 everybody has a reinstatement basically it's he doesn't want to step on anyone's toes so police police chief's going to have to approve it uh I get you looking for yes we let it laps or something no it's just they always charge that according to what I was told from every vendor from every account though that's kind of so it's it's worldwide now on here so water [Music] departments oh yeah it did laps if you look at the spreadsheet it shows the Red Gate I'll so everybody laughs everyone did yes okay wow did they bill us and we didn't pay it or they let it lapse and then get to bill us 70 bucks each that's a good a month and a half later I a person who usually pays all the bills no I sign checks I don't pay any bills I signed checks yeah I would like an answer to that question definitely um as to um whether or not the the lapse was caused by wwcs or by us we're paying this bill to wwcs so they are the ones that are paying for the Suite on their end essential Protection Services Suite is that a suite that wwcs has proprietary ownership of or is this are they you know they just reselling us McAfee or what are we talking about here good question opinions go lore and I would love to revisit this vendor entirely but I'm already working on that yeah if we don't if we don't do we need it yeah I would want to know the $69 fee part of it and I would want to know do we do we need this is it something required it clearly um hasn't been that important since April right so I don't know what it is it's a it sounds like a very um Broad uh name essential Protection Service Suite look like we we've been you saw this to check for that question so some vendor had been billing us for a website listing the town Y and like it's not hosting the site it's not managing the site it's not fixing the site it's a listing service that they build us 150 bucks a year I was like the heck is this door I know what listing means Y and so we're done paying it cuz they literally make it easier for you to find our website on the web yep oh so I know this one is your firewalls so when sounds more important everyone tries to log into the system if you do offsite work remote work remote into the system this is supposed to be to stop Jo Blow from C being able to get it yeah and that's fine if that's what it is you know if if it's a it's a required thing then it is what it is but I know the P town hall is required and I think it's that's that's where I want to double check with the expiration if it's the support that expired or if it's the actual program that expired yeah okay I I will definitely assist Adam in figuring out what yeah because firewall since well you go down if the PD hasn't if the PD hasn't had firewalls since uh since April that sounds that sounds awful and we're just being and they're just being notified about it now that sounds really not good the rest of these are probably not as as you know critical but this is aage town hall and the town hall has been without as well yeah basically everything has been yeah that's not good and at different times I mean town hall is bad enough cuz it's got everything yeah and state computers and things like that but the PD has to have a higher grade if you look they're the most expensive because they have the highest grade m firewalls just me that's a lot of stuff on there well if it's if it's required um minus the $69 this is within Justin's authority to take care of this and send the bill to town hall with the appropriate coding on it comes out of the right account so I'll fire off an email tomorrow and then I'll copy on it Roger report yeah so we've gone over the wells and that's up and running I do have to get a hold of the electrician on that um I let you guys we talked about the the truck the pump we have a copy of this no okay that's fine um the pump update on that the blue pump so we've taken out what's this thing for in case you have to Mo move a ton of water something one spot to another yeah it's nice to have very nice to have um it's still not running we're not sure what's going on with it we're getting fuel to the top to the injectors now so there was it's got uh mechanical fuel pump injector pumps mm one of them was seized we pulled all of them got one of them one of them was seized got that one working and we replace a fuel line drain the fuel put some Diesel 911 in it got it to fire at once or yeah it'll fire on ether okay but it won't stay running right so you go it primes good um the there's a fuel shut off solenoid and Tobin was doing some research on that we pulled that fuel shut off Cino we tested it it's working but inside there what it does is it has this little finger that clicks exactly how that works yeah so and it pushes a spring so they said that spring is supposed to be able to move free you should be able to reach in there and push that spring well that was seized up he got that freed up so that's going now we Reed it and we're still not firing is it smoking when you crank it over does it smoke at all no sounds like you're still not getting fuel you crack the top of the line you're getting fuel from the top yep we pulled the injectors clean those pull them broke them apart cleaned them rebuilt them put them back together should call Josh and see if you can come down take a look at it is it on how hard is it to get the injectors out of it not very hard does it spin over wicked fast though no you put the charge on it a will it's not yeah it not like it's loose like it's burnt up but well I know but sometimes they get they get dry cylinders and they won't create compression which makes them not a fire so sometimes you you just put a couple drops of motor oil in each cylinder could try that complete they run on complete combustion yeah it sat for years that's why that's why I'm saying that and then when you had a that that oil injected injector not priming itself yep tells me it's that's why you're not supposed to give a ether because it dries the cylinders out yep so I mean if the injectors come out that easy I'd drop some a couple drops of M Oil in each cylinder real quick yep and then you're probably going to find a whole new animal yep I mean cuz if you're getting fuel in the cylinders the only other thing is compression yeah it's not try that yeah that won't take long at all and sometimes you is to is uh mix gas y you know or we used to so rag mix gas and put it over the intake when we did that you know what I mean so she's drawing oil infected just so everybody knows Danielle said I cannot bring the CRI home why cuz she made another b a whole bunch more at home I'll bring some home for the boys there you go I'll bring a couple too all I'll couple my wife EXC but we got something out of [Laughter] this so just a real stupid question I guess I got to ask is how far of a shot from that pump station to the first gravity fed man hole as a crow flies yeah to the first gravity fed from to here though yeah Jesus from the pump station to you got to go across the river don't the vent yeah you have to go where the vent is right up the road here how far you thinking about just Cas you have the pump when the power's out mhm and and the poo is still flowing yeah but yeah I mean it's it's a crazy idea but I mean it's like get probably maybe over the river through the river top the line we're fine stupid this questions one that's not asked um I let you know about the multiplant I did that you got to come down and hold the end of the hose when that when that is going on you if this bails this town out of [ __ ] I'm on board don't let go [ __ ] we get to back stack packed on it um basically just been trying to keep up with paperwork and be out in the field at the same time no so are you able to to as as we progress along are you able to capitalize a little more on I know he's limited what he can do by himself yeah you'll be able to utilize him in times where he can stay busy and then you can get some office time absolutely I did that oversight yep I did that ear had him out there cleaning the barrels the other day last last week yeah there's quite a few things you can do yeah it's almost like on as you're going along just be penciling down these things that that he can do on his own because you're going to need that time away from him but he needs to stay busy you know y exactly and he's good at staying busy absolutely he had a he had a few minutes last week and he took and just hopped on the Caboda and started backd dragging out here cleaning up the road just we should kind of put the uh some paint on headworks on some type of priority list too that i' I've mentioned to him as well I want to the the bunker up there across from where Bedrock one is I'd like to get that pressure wash and painted y just so it's those things we need to start getting caught up on all the stuff that and that's great for for Tobin to do I head Works should be done with a roller right we can get a one inch nap on some stain and just just lay right to it the tank could be pressure washed too but I don't want him up there by himself rather be there yeah speaking of a tank notice the gates been opened at very hot hours 2:30 in the morning yeah I left it open the other day on accident the generator guy was going up there to service the generator so I wasn't sure yep but during the day I've been leaving it up open because I was waiting for Barry Miller to go and finish up and I didn't know when he was coming so I didn't want to be just dropping everything go and run up there so you're aware yeah okay just want to make sure you're aware cuz I said 2:30 in the morning when I drove up that way that was that was an accident I realized it the next morning I was like totally forgot to shut that there's someone doing backstroke in the tank yeah they can't get in it they need a ladder and they need the key yeah ladders are very easy to come by don't you you see that one in it recently I've been up there haven't been in it but up there several times is that something you can wash from on top of it or is it to Ste no you can walk up there it's so the last time I went up there I sprayed it with like a bleach solution but it got it did get pretty slipper that's I guess that's why I was asking there's that like a lift scenario where we would need to get a lift in there um just clean it up may be helpful off point like in the middle of it up top that you could there's the vent you could you could tie off too yeah we definitely want to do that yeah sure we don't need broken well no we don't need the broken guys yet no um especially three minutes three months into his just start yeah that's all I got great um I had a so we have an opening Bill I know this is not on the agenda um on our commission Bert has resigned I don't know if you were made aware of that no I was um we're charged with appointing uh his replacement um obviously we're not ready to have that discussion tonight but are you interested in said position on a it would it would be until the next election and then you would run again if you wanted to or if you didn't want to have you but just want to see if you would be interested in being nominated for the position and if you are we can we can talk about that at greater L that rather wait till Mike comes back but of course know and you can you can wait to respond maybe send us an email or something if you're if you're interested but just wanted to throw it out there no no I didn't know that um on on that I I had a a comment about this thing here when you have uh somebody that's not available you got somebody has a 5year term maybe they have to go through cancer or something and they have to be out for six months but you don't want that person not to be able to finish his 5year turn I would add another little caveat here that you can have that you can appoint a temporary until the person comes back I have to look to see if that's allowed yeah that might be legal issue I think we spoke that before yeah because a legal voting member even in in in the intern needs to needs to become that based on specific R has also but I don't know if we do I don't know I never never looked into it yeah because if you got to have an alternate for somebody then I mean a little experience I got youra it takes a long time for you guys to get up the skate and that's not negative you know exactly there's a ton of stuff you got to to know and uh I'm I'm I'm barely keeping up with you and just absorbing what I'm absorbing it you the mindset so if there is a way to put in uh that you can have a temporary person appointed I mean if you've got the right to appoint something you should be able to be able to have somebody fill that Billet until that person comes back because maybe you don't want to lose that person that's a resource yeah I think we we'd have to look into that because my I have kind of a theory on that as we're talking about it that because the um town meeting established the five member board that might be something that town meeting would have to do there's RSA specific to like planning boards and their alternates so that's kind of already baked into the cake um so that's something we might have to to maybe do a warrant article for again just theorizing here but it might it would it' be worth doing yeah yeah yeah I I get it for sure yeah he got somebody that's got two three years of experience down here and maybe they they've got to take some time off whatever personal reason it is you have somebody like me hanging around that is willing to fill that fillet for the two three months whatever and then the guy com back might time to just definitely revisit all that anyway let us know on that on that question that was all I had do we have non public yeah several several several several right we did have uh where did we oh the one for uhat what okay so you guys will have to spell out the the specific yeah she right now it's really sad that the second page of flip is it yeah so um I'll make the motion to go into nonpublic har say 91 A2 c c c that's what I said that's A3 that's what I said A3 2 C is what it is I say that's the other one is a communication outside of meeting are you second on that Adam oh yeah sorry yes second any discussion all in favor oh roll call oh yeah oh roll call all right
