just to see a young person is worried about people hell it's not normal y'all don't worry about too much about your y'all listen to a older person like this Lo come along and tell y'all about but when you in your 30s and 40s I mean what the hell why could that concern you you know most people do going to have Mobility problem cuz when we live to be so old our bones and stuff don't function the way they function and I'm quite sure some of us may have a little Mobility CU we not those spring chickens no more and most of the time it come for when we was younger we were very very iy and we spring SU something Oho [ __ ] y'all seen that y'all know one she SC the light going hit the try try to be out here for a little more long but I ain't going to hurt hey el el how you doing how you doing love clock thing girl these phones using for everything I told you I use mine for my remote I didn't even know that to my grandbaby told me I said I don't lost my remote I don't lost my remote my grandbaby got this phone and download the remote on it so we don't have nothing to worry about you know history I mean life have changed you know that's stuff the young people should be talking about they should be coming out here and show us how we can um when we lose our remotes and stuff how we our cell phone and download the app you know they should be telling us something we need to know stuff like this you know a lot of older people don't know stuff like that see older people not around their grandkids and stuff you know be helpful on this don't nobody want to see young people talk about health that's the last thing that you can really ruin it for yourself when you want to get out here and help problems they like for old women like me to talk about health problems now young people cuz that going to be a turn off people don't want to hear stuff like that they want to hear about uh when you going to uh make your wedding day what where y'all going to go for your honeymoon uh when you go married I mean what y'all plan on doing for Labor Day are y'all going to hook up for they like to hear about relationships you know what I'm saying what kind of relationship you in I mean where y'all going where y'all go what club y going to hang out there you know stuff like that that's what young people like about I mean I I felt like a Debbie down wow what's with those likes please y'all this kind of stuff I mean catching I mean I mean 40 year old people just don't talk like that it's just weird and don't get that me low but I'm just telling you you got to be a very unhappy young man for you to come out here and we and that's why a lot of times you be saying you know people watching me like that YouTube cuz people don't your age they don't want to hear about stuff like that I'm not trying to get funny song but they don't want it a Debbie down a Debbie down somebody always now when you they probably get tired of Miss low look at Miss L but miss L be telling the truth though you know her old ass over there that she so happy she in her six and she don't know what to do I am cuz I told you a story about me my brothers and sisters they it to their 60s no they did not they died in their 50s and I'm truly happy to make it to my 60s I'm here to show the world but I bet you when I was 30 and 40 years old I wasn't on Debbie Dar I wasn't not trying to talk about people help cuz I'm [ __ ] miserable cuz that's the only thing it can be for young people to come out here and worry about people CES and people are having stuff young people don't talk about that they don't they talk about joing life having good times having fun what they what them and they girl going to do you know we going somewhere y'all come follow us y while we go follow us while we get ready for Labor Day you know we get the crowds together we F to do something and that's what kind of stuff people like for people to show at when they young and healthy you know you young and healthy fol to the world that you young and healthy don't come out here and condemn other people if you young and healthy show us some of the things show show us how you run around that track show us how lift those damn weights you know oh y people be loving that you know show us go to the gym while you go work out you know you young and healthy don't come out here and be a damn Debbie down and try to tear down people cuz health problems going here till the day you die I don't care what you is and some people was born with health problem some people absolutely born with health problem and they were hey D how you doing to how you doing sugar yeah stop being a damn Jeb down and stuff you know you know I mean life is too damn short when I was a young a young person and I had app when I was in my 40s y'all be seeing me going everywh y'all be seeing me on the time y'all will be seeing me all kind of stuff we'll have a fun life we'll have a fun Channel but you make your Channel kind of sad and every time you come out here don't stop lying every time you come out here you want to be a Debbie derer and you just want to talk about sad stuff I mean I I don't watched it a couple times I I stop watching because every time every time I watch it people talking about health I talk about health problems enough the damn S I talk about how my health problems you know that's what we like to hear when people is improving their health problems like Miss don't took this on this on took half from on this L Journey this weight loss Journey have did amazing things for Miss love and you know and I'm proud of myself you know I got something to share with the world hell yeah I lost weight I mean I was shame that when I came on this app I was obesity I was hey good man I ain't see hey Tasha hey y'all I was very obesity when I came on this app you know it's no had to get it together because you know I just thanks God that my heart and everything is okay hey Lisa girl how you doing love hey n yeah I just thanks God you know for my health and strength you know I'm proud of myself but [ __ ] what do people supposed to be enjoying life they're not supposed to be worried about people health problem how is your um age status and all you you don't I mean this is the young people they prep and they keep it moving I ain't got to trying to be funny but that's what they do they say auntie I take my prep I keep it moving okay suar then you know what I tell them I say be safe get out there enjoy yourself but baby they let me know they on prep I take prep every day Auntie cuz you know why cuz I like to have fun but they being honest they having a good time they ain't worried about dying you too young to be worried about health problems and dying when you in your 30s and your damn 40s now come on Auntie don't want none of her babies to be like that I want y'all to keep on living and I want to show y'all that you can live you can live you can make it in your 60s and hopefully you make it in your 70s hope you make it in your 80s y'all don't eat like us and you know we don't came alone and we have changed our di as being older people and you see how long we still living we still here because simp we had to change this diet we knew the young people like my grandson he help me with healthy eating I didn't eat a lot of vegetables and stuff like that till he just he came he turned vegan one day and he said Grandma you know us to get healthy and and I was already The Mao and you know that that just a blessing that he was in my life to help and show me that I can eat this and it tastes good and I don't have to eat all that foolishness cuz right now I rather go eat me some vegetables I do before I eat anything at the restaurant I rather go in that deep freezer get my little season and my onions and stuff and get me a few shrimp to throw in there and until you have her beautiful meal and be full and satisfied and I do you know that's a lot of things that working for me and then when I go do the blood where it be out of sight it be excellent it be good that's what me worri about you know that's for 60 young women to come out here and worry about we supposed to tell y'all young people how to take care of yourself I don't want y'all babies out here 30 and 40 50 neither worry about your health cuz you know y'all y'all go ahead on live and and you know Miss L going to come out here and say you know get off the solers I do want y'all to stop drinking the solers though I tell y'all that all the time because I'm tired of seeing all these young people get diagnosed with um dialysis kidney failure and I do want y'all to leave the solers alone hey Su how you doing sugar hey Auntie little and T happy W now that's something young people can do they cannot research the the dangers of solders and you know you can go on your platform talk about you know soers have been banned in countries this is a serious thing now this is this is a good topic I don't know why some of the young people ain't even talked about it yet about the sers what kind of damage is doing to the people kidness how the sers is just destroying kidneys though and you know you know preaching that people should come off of sers but and has sers abandoned in a lot of countries because the effect that it do to kid and get people kidney disease especially when you're drinking too many of them that's why a lot of young people go their alysis when they 30 and 40 years old because of the solers you know and that's something they should share with each other especially you know when they know that the solers is one of the problems and you know I hate to hear when young people do get you know young people shouldn't be getting diagnosed with diabetes they shouldn't but they do because all this fast food and stuff what you eating most of the time when people used to get diagnosed with diabetes I got diagnosed with diabetes I was in my 50s when I was in my 50s but my mother then we only drink sugar-free drinks okay yeah that's good that's all I drink and Su food walking is also a good thing sure walking is the walking is better than runting and that's what I mostly me and my sister them when we was young I tell my children we walked everywhere we want to go and we want to go out and hang out that day with our friends drinking and stuff we walk this sugar we I mean a group of us get together walk our boyfriends we walking with us and we just used to have a good time you know what I'm saying we all all us in a group we walk we walk so many M we go we go from bar to bar on feet so girl and don't and then get tired cuz you know when you're walking with your friends and stuff and y'all drinking and stuff you don't get tired you just have a good time you just have a good with each other y'all enjoy each other you know where's the fun at you know Ain no y'all coming on this app trying to be Debbie downers y'all you know I enjoy my young people content but I just can't that's not what cause people problems you know life as you grow that's what cause problems you know something going to always be wrong with some of us but I guarantee you if you change that diet up and start eat get no vegetables in you you don't want to be diagnosed with some of the stuff we don't been diagnosed with what caused cancer what give us cancer so much so many things give us cancer now that we F that you know we was eating some of us got it some of us don't you know we keep praying out to Jesus that we don't get it what you know how sugar diabetes and stuff running the family you know some people be born with sugar diabetes I got a nephew right now he just 15 16 years old and he had got sugar he wasn't obesity he wasn't big he he was not big at all he was a slim Jam so we just don't know you know probably something that his mama used to feed him when he was cuz his mama is not a that he is though let me see what Natasha saidj I start walking exercise sever months and live between 730 and and 8 I used to I used to get out here at 6:30 in the morning I started out doing it and at 6:30 in the morning that's when um my grandson was in school and you know I used to have to be up to get him up but I um I let the 6:30 go you know I let other content creators cuz when I first started the show it wasn't too many content creators used to go live in the morning yeah but people be up they do be up they be up getting ready ready for work you know some people just be up to get their dat started I know old people be up anyway and then on the weekend I try to do it between um 8:30 and 9 cuz that's a weekday but I'm just going to be doing it one day I'm not going to be doing it on Saturdays you know just I probably just do some upload cuz you know you can't let this out you have to take a break you know one day at a time and like I say I'm an older person and I I I would have more time for app you know than a person that working stuff you know a lot of people be working and stuff like that but Auntie do a little you know I do my little too but I still be on this app you know that's the difference between me and some of them yes a just don't sit you know I I work at night I do night work I they be worried about what the hell I do yeah yeah sometime I don't get off to 3:00 in the morning that's why I had started underneath the tree but I can't do that through the weekday cuz that I can only do that through um probably on Friday nights and stuff like that cuz coming home sometime 2: and 3: in the morning be right back up right back up waking right up at 600 only got like two hours of sleep that was really you know that pulling me down actually no I can't do it like that I'm going have to do it like this you know something that I could be comfortable with yeah cuz you you can't you got to um yeah you got to have to you have to have self-control of this app you know you have to make this app your own you can't have the app making you
