you can't ask you can't ask us much about the indictment because we don't know anything we know as literally as much as all of you do we don't know what the exact accusations are what the exact locations are the exact timing is we should go to trial on the original case as is always done when a case is reversed okay this case is reversed it needs to be retried let's retry it and now if there's other acts that an individual committed well that's a new case with new discovery new motions new investigations new hearings and we'll just do that later we're not objecting to that part of it not today we're just saying let's do them separately he's not well I mean you know just I know lawyers and and uh sometimes are known for exaggeration you I can't exaggerate a heart operation I can't exaggerate a long operation uh you know he's he was in the Intensive Care Unit I believe until yesterday and now he's in a unit where he's being monitored so you know he's he's not well
