or the first Irish athlete up in Paris first place finish are you happy with that run yeah mixed bag uh happy to come away with the win not terribly happy with the time but it's headwind and plenty of Fast Times score hopefully now over the next few races it's almost a year today since we were here last year um when you qualified your slot for Paris how's your mindset shifted now that we're so close to the games yeah it's definitely shifted a big a big amount like I think last year the big goal for me was I was kind of looking at night slight chance of Medal but really that swap was important I suppose this year having that weight off my shoulders it's not qualified already being able to just come into these championships and come into the summer with a real mindset of pushing to be very competitive at the top end of those medals uh yeah it definitely gives me good confidence thanks s thanks
