foreign [Music] [Music] welcome back to the channel I'm Stuart and Missy where are we at today she doesn't know no no stop [Music] thank you hey Missy we're in Sussex New Brunswick that's where we're at today yeah I know you knew that uh we're here at Summerfest in Sussex today and we're here to see the RCMP Musical Ride let's walk over that way and have a look at the horses Missy before we go in have you seen the musical ride before no you've never seen them I don't know not once I don't know and you call yourself a Canadian I saw him years ago when I was like a boy and thing happens that the old Garden City race track that's where that mall is now in St Catharines so the RCMP Musical Ride is made on a 32 current serving our CMP police officers from all across Canada and they do this tour most of the times in the summer it's about 30 minutes long and uh like I said I think the last time I saw it was years ago at the old Garden City race track in St Catharines Ontario I was young the Garden City race track hasn't been in St Catherine for decades that's how long it was and Misty here's a little bit of a trivia for you what famous pitcher of the RCMP Musical Ride what what dollar bill was it a picture of the RCP musical ride-on in do you know me you want me to help you yes nope close the line it started with a five the five and it had a zero yeah that's right the old fifty dollar bill the old old 50 bill so anyway we're here at uh Sussex Summerfest we're gonna go inside now and uh see what they've got going on inside [Music] foreign [Music] people money yeah the past five dollar bills [Music] um this historic Milestone is a chance to reflect on our story path and show pride in our RCMP families it also allows us to consider how we continue on the path to a more modern inclusive and trusted our students Through Time permission for commissioner of the Royal Canadian mountain police my dream Sussex Summerfest is pleased to present the RCMP musical ride their 2023 tour includes visits to British Columbia Alberta Saskatchewan Manitoba Ontario event in the maritime the Musical Ride was trained by Sergeant Derek quilly and is under the command superintendent Kevin fake please welcome the Musical Ride of the Royal Canadian Avenue [Applause] [Music] thank you [Music] the salute from superintendent Kevin Fahey is being taken by honorary Colonel of the eight desires Jim lockner and RCMP superintendent Dan Austin welcome to the performance of The Music Garage what an honor it is for us to be here this evening 150th anniversary of the United tour across Canada to highlight a very special year for the archanges [Music] [Music] thank you thank you [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] wow thank you so much [Music] [Laughter] yes [Music] we started on our journey in uh at the end of May so uh yeah it's a real honor for us to do here in your community very very very excited to be here [Music] [Applause] it is impossible for us I want to thank you all thank you for receiving us at this wonderful and agricultural complex a wonderful Stables which we're inviting to come and visit us by the way University [Music] thank you foreign [Music] your community you've been working hard to get these things what do you think first yeah it was uh it was a lot different than what I remember was that well I don't remember that much I was young yeah but more modern music yeah I wasn't expecting Tragically Hip all right so we're here at the Sussex Summerfest and the RCMP Musical Ride I hope you uh enjoyed it like as much as we enjoyed coming down to show it to you guys and uh yeah leave us a comment below let us know what you thought of the show We're not gonna show it all because you got to come and see it but we'll so the hope we showed some enough of the uh the show that uh makes you want to come and check it out when it's in your town all right I'm Stuart Missy is gone somewhere else and uh make sure you like comment subscribe and we'll see you guys in a future video and that might be Friday what happens on Friday hmm we'll see you guys later [Music]
