home loan for undocumented immigrants oh boy number two US Department mistakenly transfer 239 million to our enemies the Taliban my goodness 239 million transferred to the Taliban can you believe that number three Supreme Court rejects Biden Harris student loans relief plan I knew this I told you in my previous previous video that this is going to get shut down by the Supreme Court and this is going to happen because you borrow a loan you have to pay it back and I am actually in favor of student loan forgiveness if we stop funding Wars I don't like innocent people dying and United stat of America is the number one fun of wars and I don't like that so take back all those unnecessary money we send to other count for Wars use that and we can pay off student loan then I'm okay with but if we cannot do that then if you borrow student loan to go to college you need to pay it back because that's what grown people do and if you are the type to argue against this then you are part of the own loans long time ago long time ago but let me kicked off with California so the summary the California Senate had passed a bill that would allow undocumented immigrants to access home buying loans through the States California Dream for all program this legislation known as assembly Bill 19 wait assembly Bill 1840 aimed to provide up to 150,000 in down payment assistance for firsttime home buyers including those who are undocumented so now we look at some key points based on the latest information as of today program details eligibility Pol political reactions public sentiment the purchase price or 150,000 whichever is less these loans are interest free but when the home is sold or refinanced the borrower must repay the loan plus a share of the home appreciation that's very clarifies that undocumented immigrants are eligible provided they meet other program requirements like income limits and being part and being a firsttime or first generation home buyer that's a headache because uh what about uh legal immigrants or what about citizens American citizen USA citizen what about these people who pay taxes for all their lives what are they getting this is trouble because you don't want to live life when you're in your ' 70s 60s 7s living in regrets don't do that it's bad for your health but let me continue political reaction to this California Dream for all program so there's a significant significant opposition from some State Republicans who argued that this move could burden taxpayers during a time of budget deficit that is a fact critics like the the state senator Senator Brian do have expressed concerns over the financial implication for law- Abiding Citizen that's what I just Shar with you this is not fair for citizen that was paying taxes all their lives and they're not qualified for this program because they're may not be firsttime home buyer they not may be illegal immigrants or they may not fit whatever quota or criteria that uh the California Dream for all program want this is not fair and this is the type of policies is set to fail it's set to steal more taxpayers money but I'm not here to tell you how to think I'm here to tell would rather help citizens of the United States of America first and then help illegal because they come here illegally it's not that hard to understand I I am an immigrant but I came here legally it took me almost almost 10 years to become a US citizen and I'm proud of it I'm proud of it that's why I love this country so much but let me continue so bring it up to date so this bill has passed through the Senate and is awaiting a potential signatur from Governor Gavin Nome who has not yet committ committed to signing it into law this decision comes at a politically sensitive time election is November 5th with immigration being a significant issues and a national election why because we have millions and millions millions of illegal immigrants coming through our borders what do you think going to happen Civil War chaos because when people pay taxes on their life are getting cheated by their own government people are not going to be happy about it they going to voice out their opinion their frustrations and when you can't make ants meet to feed your family and you see an illegal immigrant and illegal person come in and buy a home that's not going to end well I'm telling you from that I want to jump to when I misfile my tax $22.39 they will penalize me if I don't pay for that they put me in jail but when the government sent 239 million to the Taliban what happened to these people nothing and that's why it's crazy and it's unfair but rules for thee but not for me so the rules are for us but not when they make mistakes what am I talking about man us mistakenly transferring 239 million to the Taliban as of August 2024 indicat indicates that this incident resulted from failures in the vetting processes by the US state department when they make mistakes Oopsy Daisy the money disappear I don't know where it went when I make a mistake of misfiling my tax for $22 plus I think it was less than that this is a while ago and they made me pay interest if I don't pay the interest that they're asking for I don't pay it off they put me in jail that sounds very fair right villagers but you let me know so vetting failures what is that the special Inspector General for Afghanistan reconstruction also known as cigar s i g a r identified that at least 239 millions in US Aid intended for counterterrorism efforts was misallocated to the Taliban due to the state Department's failure to comply with its own counterterrorism partner vetting requirements oh my gosh please this is giving me a headache but I have to continue villagers because the more I Shar it with you the more angry I get this was highlighted on July 2024 cigar report which pointed out that two states Department bureaus the Bureau of democracy human rights and the labor and the Bureau of International narcotics and law enforcement Affairs did not properly vet Aid recipients I'm sorry State Department acknowledgement fall this cigar report the state department acknowledged these vetting gaps they committed to ensuring that all programs offices will comply with applicable vetting requirements moving forward indicating an intention to improve their processes they tell you oh I'm sorry I don't know where $239 million went it could went to my bank account but I'm not going to tell you he he but I'm going to let you know I learned my lesson slap on the wrist the money is not going to be cover because I transferred to somewhere where it's not vetted I don't know who's getting it but we can do better going forward how what are going to do better they're not going to tell us they're going to tell you they're going to tell me they're going to tell us that oh we're going to fix it we're going to do better what are you going to do better that is why villagers they want us divided so they can continue to money launder all this Mad Money everywhere all around the world and back into the bank account while you and I are fighting each other because of racism because of misgender because of uh your skin color my skin color because of all unne unnecessary stuff we continue to fight continue to argue while they stealing our money and this is a fact now we jump to after especially in regions where governance is controlled by groups like the Taliban to prevent such misallocations in the future you know it it it's all to be honest with you villagers uh because they're important and I just wish everyone understand because me living in a communist country before I came to America I see the way that the Biden Harris or now all of a sudden KLA haris is a savior the way you know the Supreme Court rejects Biden's student loans relief plan so the latest development onto Supreme Court's interaction with Biden's student loans relief uh plan as of August 2024 indicates that the Supreme Court has declined to revive or reinstate aspect of the Biden's administration's latest student debt relief initiative meaning they are canot cancel that you are not getting free bailed out this decision effectively keeps on hold as plan that aimed to lower payments for millions of borrowers which was challenged by Republican Le States and subsequently blocked by the 8th us Circuit Court of Appeals the Supreme Court unsigned order suggest that they expect a more comprehensive decision from the appeals court Court soon indicating that while the plan remains blocked for now the legal battle continue through lcal courts uh it just wasting more taxpayer money uh this action by the Supreme Court is seen as a significant setback for the Biden Administration effort to provide relief on student loan debts with no uh with no noted descend from the justices highlighting a consensus on this matter within the court make long story short um there's no free baild out and the Democrat can no longer use this uh lies to buy votes you know instead of trying to give a Bild out why don't you work on the betterment of our country in term of making our economy better when the economy is doing good more real jobs open up people can contribute to society and by doing that their pocket get fatter without having a free buildout free handout free handout and free buildout does
