at Marsha makes we believe that every home has a unique story to tell and today I want to share an intimate aspect of how home is defined for my family as soon as you step through the front door of our house you're transported back in time the creaky wooden floors and vintage wallpaper in each tiny room are Testament to its Rich history but our home isn't just part of our family's story it's part of a larger Story one that dates back to 1857 when it was first built on land that would soon witness the Battle of Prairie Grove a pivotal moment in the Civil War the battlefield now a One Thousand Acre state park located just a stone's throw from our doorstep holds a special place in our hearts and is an equally important part of what home means to us for almost three decades the battlefield has provided our family with more than just the Bounty of its Orchard and Forest it's been a place of countless memories a source of inspiration and a comfort knowing that our family story is a part of something larger than ourselves
