Whose deaths weren't worth being recognized by Trump at Arlington?

one thing not talked about as much from Trump's disrespectful visit to Arlington National Cemetery is that in the tasteless and illegal video that the Trump team put out afterwards you could hear Trump saying that we didn't lose one person in 18 months this is absolutely untrue US forces did not experience 18 months without casualties in Afghanistan during Trump's Administration there weren't even 18 total months without a death let alone 18 consecutive Trump is told hold this lie before going back to at least 2022 so the question is whose deaths were ignored and disregarded for Trump to come up with his 18-month period which service members lives weren't important enough to be recognized by Trump and why do Trump supporters keep letting Trump get away with these obvious lies and his continuous and Relentless lack of respect for our military
