good morning welcome to Healing The Divide produced by by methodology books this is this is something very brief we say we don't bring news of politics for the sake of discussion we don't want to sit you watch the news watch something regarding politics and then tell you something that you know just repeating what you saw that's I mean even though you more than likely saw what we're talking about we just want this to become the thing that's highlighted because the bigger picture is what should be moving us forward first I know people say I'm not into politics that's fine nobody should be or should have to be or whatever they want you know not you're not just talking about it discussing it following it let me give you an example I think I mentioned this in the video in the past but I want to mention it again if any of you ever found yourself in a situation where you got arrested and for something you didn't do and it could be scary because let's say you're facing a lot of time for something you didn't do you know you really can't afford these big- time lawyers that get people off like nothing you know or they walking around for years the case still going they're not sitting in jail like most people most people sit in jail most people sit in the jails So Long by the find by the time they go to trial they've been in jail two or three years they ready to plead guilty for for good time you know the da talking about look if you plead guilty now we count the time you've been in jail is good time they take it just because of the fact they've been in jail so long they can actually get out and they could be innocent so imagine you're in a situation like that and someone says listen this this thing they got on you here this is crazy you know you can beat this and and and uh all you gotta do is go down to the law library look up some things you know and and and you say I ain't into the law man you know you know here's a situation where you need um to get out of a circumstance and you're going to let I'm not into the law hold you back from finding out what you can do about your case then the person says okay look I know somebody who can give you some information one these jear lawyers he got a lot of people out so far you know at least maybe he can point you in the right direction if he can't get you out himself you're gonna still keep saying I'm not into the law no the thing you have to keep in mind is that the society in which you live that runs a certain way that impacts your life all the things that take place the people who handle those things the process by which they handle them it's called politics you know you have politics in the home how the how the mother and the father negotiate and deal with things and raising the family politics is is designed to mean a method of coming to resolutions where you may have differences where you come to them Amic amicably instead of uh fighting Whoever has the most power whoever uh is the strongest uh whoever can win a wrestling match whoever can shoot each other up to solve the problem imagine if some of the gangs in our neighborhoods operated by politics by negotiating by things finding ways to either share the tur without harming everybody you know or something else you know come to terms like making laws like in the old days you don't do all this Reckless shooting and and and and and and killing innocent people this even even when I was younger you know as bad as it was you had people who sold heroin people who sold cocaine people who sold different types of drugs they even had rules that if this person selling heroin in this territory even though it was harming us I'm not saying anything with good about it this person is selling heroin you can't come over there selling uh heroin you know uh and and somebody doing cocaine I mean they actually with all of the vness of killing off the community with them drugs they still have politics they had rules that could have led to more the type the type of thing you see now with random people getting killed on the street because people by the gang that can't shoot straight you got to beef with somebody walking down the street you can't shoot so so a mother and her child got to get killed in an apartment across the street no so the the idea of politics means finding a way to deal with your differences where it doesn't spread out and cause more harm so in this particular case when I'm talking about politics I'm talking about the bigger picture and one example I want to point out is people are saying like Donald Trump said with roie Wade you know he got he got it first he was saying and you got to watch him first he was saying I I killed roie Wade for 52 years they wanted it they wanted it killed they wanted it dead and I killed it then he started talking about the brave judges who were inclined to do it and he named them by name that's when he was still facing the charges about whether he would get immunity or not so he gave them a shout out they gave him what he wanted he stopped naming him he just said Brave Jud the people wanted it gone now when he's noticing that that's not what the people wanted he's saying the people wanted it back in the States because two things you got to understand he knows nothing about nothing he knows nothing about roie Wade nothing about it okay but also you hear people saying Donald Trump says uh everybody wanted Ro V word over turn Rover's word of wait of a turn and then they're saying the majority of of Democrats did not want that to be the case right when I say the bigger picture I'm saying the bottom line is the fact that it's Ro v Wade The V Means versus it means one side is against another side if two sides are opposing on the subject then that means everybody didn't want it somebody wanted this to to to go one way and somebody wanted it to go another way from the very beginning there was not something everybody wanted so then he tried to change it to say everybody wanted it out of the feds and into the states why why do everybody want that if the majority of the people in a so-called Republican state don't want uh abortion to be illegal for example why would they want it back in their state when the feds took care of it for them there are people who live in various States who are subjected to some vow and vile laws in their state very oppressive why would they want the state to have the power to implement another la law that might be against them so some people and the thing about it here's the other thing which is going to go into what we're going to be talking about with Tupac and mavelli for example he said for 52 years for 52 years Americans have just just been living with this law R V8 this rule Ro V8 rather in the meantime in the background certain people from the so-called Republican party who have always had some issue that they wanted to address that you know blocking Obama from picking judges you know when when Obama was gonna pick a judge in the last year they didn't think that u a lame duck should appoint Meritt ging as a judge they didn't think that he should pick a judge because elections coming they said let the people decide so whoever the people decide to make the next president that president can pick the uh Jud judges and so these judges got appointed in Donald Trump's time and then after the election When Donald Trump lost they still uh supported him appointing his last of of the three judges that he appointed these are people who you have all these people in the background har and Cote all these secret names it ain't Trump trump is an idiot Trump is an idiot the people in the background these people who wanted these things tossed out manipulated the system so that uh the the certain judges could be selected politics things you might want to know um and then these judges and then they manufacture the case to bring before these judges so that they can make a ruling so what you're also seeing is while you have the legislative body which is the Congress and Senate and you have the uh judicial body which is the Supreme Court and the executive body which is the president the judicial body deals with things where people differ if somebody's harmed by something and they they can't get redressed it ends up going to the Supreme Court the Congress they're the legislators they're the ones who establish laws so by making up fake cases and bringing them to the Supreme Court to rule on they're putting it in Supreme Court's hand to make laws this is what's happening in your life thank you for for listening
