that's harder to guard shiftiness right good job on my change of speed like I have I have quickness but if I never slow down to explode like I can't use it that was my problem yeah right think about guys like Chris Paul he's so Shifty right he's not the fastest but his change of speed is so good even like guys like Westbrook his change of speed when he when he goes to zero to 60 he's like shooting out of a cannon right so the more you you can change your gears H the better you going to be explosive right that's why we did what that's why I say I teach in what one two one two right one
