the breakdown if you guys have been following me on my journey here on Jets media one of my favorite types of shows is to go into the film room and break down what we saw from the New York Jets we have week one film against the Washington commanders that we will be breaking down in today's show everybody do me a solid favor by simply smashing the like button on your way in subscribe to the film a little differently than some people may assume this is going to be my first time watching it so it's not like I studied it all yesterday and last night in this morning and I have notes no I like to go in raw I like to go in live and react to the film for the first time with you guys and kind of give you guys my reaction to the all 22 film and go through the entire game and give you guys some notes of uh the favorite players that I have I mean just to start off the show The Players I'm really excited for the most to see is brillan Allen Olu um Adrien uh Martinez at the end Xavier Newman shined at left guard even Isaiah Davis so really excited to break it all down Dan Mitchell's call me right now got to text him um call you later Dan Mitchell so yeah I'm really excited decided to break it all down one of my favorite favorite types of shows to do expect all 22 film breakdowns throughout the entire season preseason regular season you name it all right shout out to the business we got the all 22 film breakdown now we're going to have to First Watch Jaden Daniels go down the field and uh you know do what he did and score a touchdown on our defense but hey we're going to watch it all I want to get your guys thoughts also of the kick return rules because it's definitely an an interesting one to watch the kick return formation I mean we saw a lot of I mean the Jaguars had a good return uh Greg zerline kicked it into the endzone and that gives them the ball in the 30 yard line that's not really what you want to see but hey it's all good so just start off the day we have jayen Daniels and you look at the the defense for the Jets um we had eckel starting in the slot stiggers and JBC on the outside I'm really excited to see JBC out there actually we had Will McDonald Lakey Fatu tanzel smart Clemens on the defensive line we got uh Isaiah Oliver and Jaylen key as the two safeties Sarat and is that uon at linebacker so we got a lot of things to watch out for on the defensive side of the ball man so first play was just a handoff and the Jets defense definitely uh was getting run down their throats a little bit all right so on second down this was the pass the first pass attempt from Jayden Daniels that went over the head of ekler where you're kind of like okay he's got the Jitters but then he bounces back and throws a freaking dime to Brown so at this point I was like uhoh Daniels got the rookie Jitters because look at this throw I mean air it over his head when he made this throw I was like uhoh is the moment too big for Daniels and then he came back and answered I mean like right away look at this throw I mean absolute DME oh my goodness I love how this is the throw he made directly after missing an easy screen pass that's my favorite part about this okay that's my favorite part about this kid jadden Daniels and if you guys watch my NFL show with Dan Mitchell and TD finstock on the huddle we talk NFL wise not not just AFC East not just Jets so we talk about all teams across the league I'm very high in Daniels I was high in him pre-draft and I feel like he's one of the rookies that is going to uh step up this year so you watch Daniels immediately look over to the left to look off the safety that just shows you immediately he knows he's going down the right sideline he's looking off the safety good Poise oh wait no I'm sorry this was the screen pass I take all that back what I just said I want to see it this angle I mean absolute dime I know this is a Jets film breakdown but I want to break down the rookie uh quarterback on this drive so this was the big ball let's see if he looks the safety off though I mean kind of his head is going down the middle he plants his back foot in the ground pressure for Michael Clemens is even getting home a little bit I mean the fact that he made this throw with Clemens breathing down his throat pretty pretty impressive pretty pretty impressive Clemens comes off the field comes off the line quick release just absolute dime I mean JBC is all over Brown as well and they still end up getting the completion so just a great throw great catch great coverage just really really impressive stuff from the rookie Daniels man really impressive stuff and then Robinson gets the gets the carry Brandon Eckles who I mean the Jets have interesting depth at the secondary position that's it's going to be intriguing to see who makes this team at that spot um I think JBC is a lock to make the team and my opinion e it's going to be between Eckles JBC and stiggers for the backup you know secondary I think all three of them have a chance to make the team if we're being honest with ourselves uh but also Leonard Taylor had a really good game I'm excited to break break him down Number 96 the undrafted free agent Bruce Hector had a good game on the defensive line there's a lot of things to like from the Jets defense little screen pass to Terry McClaren remember this is the starting Commander offense against the backup Jets defense so if there's any haters in the chat trying to tell us that the jet defense struggled it's literally our back our entire second unit against a starting level offense so relax but it is what it is all right so Daniels driving down the field moving and grooving I mean the jet defense had a pretty good stop here and then they got us on the read option let's get to the play where Michael Clemens completely blew up a play Jaylen key and the Jets defense gets a stop there I'm pretty sure that was a first down though because it was short yardage new set of downs I think this is the play where Michael Clemens completely blew it up watch Clemens come off he basically throws the tight end the Commander's tight end into the running back B uh Brian Robinson watch number 72 Michael Clemens come off the line has number 87 the tight end on him way too easy that's a grow man just pushing the tight end into his own player beautiful stuff by Michael Clemens and then on second and goal I think this is the touchdown it's going to be a read option that Jaden Daniels keeps or no maybe that's the second play oh yeah they got a penalty on that one next play the Jets got a defensive stop by tanzel smart and then the next play is a touchdown maybe Austin Eckler tenzel smart and the boys combined for the tackle second and goal for the commanders now inside the 5 yd line and this was the touchdown yep so you see Daniels I mean this is why he's going to be an explosive playmaker at the quarterback spot man you see the read perfect read from Daniels you see Clemens he's reading Clemens right here so Daniels job is to see is Clemens coming inside to you know tackle the running back or is he setting the edge to you know contain the quarterback and he obviously goes right to the running back perfect read by Daniels and then it's up to Isaiah Oliver to make this play you got the two Jets corners getting blocked so it's really one-on-one with Daniels and Isaiah Oliver and it's just unfortunately no room for Oliver to make this play because he's got these two players in his way bad angle touchdown Daniels so really good read by the rookie really good read by the rookie sorry if the screen keeps going dark on NFL plus like I'm using NFL plus by the way like when you put your mouse over it it goes dark which I kind of hate maybe I got to like download the offline film or something I got to figure out how to do that for like the season uh but hey we'll make it work hopefully the dark film isn't too much but folks don't throughout the season all throughout the preseason season now we get to watch some offense for the Jets look at who was that Malachi Corley with a good run good kick return seing the rookie in action for the first time how about the uniforms how about the uniforms man thing of beauty Malachi catching at the five and you see him get down that sideline really good run I mean getting out of Bounds at like the 38 yd line to set up first and 10 you love it Tyrod Taylor's First play I mean look at Olu leading the way for brillan Allen the first play of the offense now the offensive line was really good um in the Run game right we got Max Mitchell West schwitzer Joe titman Xavier Newman and Olu in at the offensive line you see Olu already leading the way brayan Allen lower in his shoulder I mean you can't bring down brillan Allen after first Contact he still picks up a lot of yards after contact so I'm really excited man I'm really excited about that Isaiah Oliver on the bubble I agree if there were someone to get cut it's Isaiah Oliver uh so Olu this is where he gets called for the false start it's all right Olu get that get the Jitters out baby get the Jitters out now this is Tyrod trying to throw down the field to Jason brownley who's one-on-one on the outside Tyrod brownley almost makes an acrobatic one-on-one catch Emanuel Forbes thinks he's a good player all of a sudden after uh making a play on a ball that was a little overthrown give me a break I mean look at Olu on the on the pass protection though on this rep we're going to be highlighting Olu a lot his first opport to show us what he got gets the outside has no chance so then on third down I mean this was a beautiful play by Tyrod Taylor that got called back for an ineligible player down the field Tyrod showing the elusiveness pressure in his face rolling to his right broken down play I mean that's just beautiful that's just beautiful patience this is just shows the veteran presence of Tyrod Taylor watch him bait the linebacker right right here Tyrod is trying to do is he wants this linebacker to make it seem like he's running so right when this linebacker comes in to try to tackle Tyrod he dumps it off to brillan Allen for the first down but again this got called back because Xavier Newman is well beyond the line of scrimmage so he's got to know to run back behind the line of scrimmage to avoid that penalty so right when Tyrod feels the linebacker come and try to tackle Tyrod it frees up brayan Allen throwing the Run Beauty brayan Allen makes the catch first down but again this play was negated but I'm not going to blame Tyrod or anybody on that look at Tyrod man he's looking agile he's looking mobile look at that throw in the Run Dart let's go Tyrod but again penalty ruins it little flashbacks the last year then on Third and long they just go to Malachi for a screen pass and he's got nowhere to go I mean Malak was trying to make something out of it and listen it's third and like 20 so there was no nothing up the field tried to make something out of it and ended up getting tackled for a loss and the Jets got to punt it and now the Jets second team defense is against the Marcus Mariota Leed second team offense for the commanders and they get a three and out in this one first play delayed handoff look at that Bruce Hector completely blew this play up look at number 98 is the man to blow this play up Leonard tail is right behind him watch him get off this ball just sheds off immediately and look at look at Bruce Hector and also Leonard Taylor I mean these are two interior defensive lineman that the New York Jets have been developing and they get into the back field to the point where Mariota can even hand the ball off and we got our two interior defensive tackles all over the play just a complete dominant dominant type of uh disruptive play that's a Quinn Williams type of play right there so now it's second and long hand off and then you got basically nowhere to go the linebacker sets The Edge perfectly and then on Third and long Mariota just does a quick little screen pass to doson and it goes nowhere three and out for the jet defense and then Tyrod Taylor and the offense gets back on the field and off to br Allen on the first play I mean got to see from this angle what happened from the Run blocking scenario let's see the same offens is on the field I mean there was a hole for brilin Allen the cut through he saw it but this player in the commanders closed that Gap quickly makes the play they really tried to run the ball early with brayan Allen it wasn't working but then on the third Drive was when brillan Allen got got uh let loose baby second down another hand off to brillan Allen he cuts up the field I mean I the thing I noticed about brillan Allen is he always goes for like right when he gets hit he finds an opportunity to get a few extra yards like watch this he gets tripped up but then he always leans forward and gets just an extra few yards those things matter those are the little things I noticed about brillan Allen he's a bowling ball to bring down third down Tyrod Taylor has good coverage down the field and get sacked right so let's see the routes down the field if there was anybody open you got four wide I mean brilin Allen and pass protection the the pocket's pretty good right here but you look down the field it looks like nobody's open so Tyrod should probably I mean he had who was that Charles over the middle but the linebacker was lurking so there was really nobody to open so Tyrod just decided to tuck it run and he gets sacked so that was really all she wrote for the Jets with Tyrod Taylor running the ball and now Jeff Driscoll I believe comes in and look at this play from JBC bro this is the guy that is getting a lot of jets fans excited man Jerick Bernard Converse the year two player out of LSU look at this coverage man you got to see it from the other angle honestly one-on one one on Jan doson who's a first round Talent I'm just going to let it run watch the top of your screen excellent fluid hips explode on the ball pass break up I mean that is just looks like s Gardner right there if you ask me he's giving him five yards of Separation giving him some cushion so he doesn't get beat deep he notices he's cut cutting inside to the sideline he flips his hips ball is going to be in the air right now he explodes on the ball I mean there is some separation but the way that he closes the Gap is what is impressive I mean the Jets defensive backs are just coached up so freaking well and you can see it all over the place man great job from the year two Corner technically making his Jets debut man this is his Jets debut he was injured all last year in training camp as a rookie and preseason so this is his first look just excellent job man Tony Odin the first one that congratulated him on that pass break up second down and 10 is a hand off up the middle gain of like seven third down he's got a wide open player but there was a flag on this play so I think that gets called back I want to see the Will McDonald spin move where when's Z coming little screen pass Jets combined for the tackle I want to see the Will McDonald roughing the passing call where's that at oh look at that play by Leonard Taylor though watch Leonard Taylor here Number 96 watch him explode off the line gets to that back field boom bodies that man Leonard Taylor III making a big making his presence known watch him right here Leonard Taylor Number 96 he undrafted free agent just unblocked I mean unblocked the reason why he's unblocked though is because of his his explosiveness off the line being that big and being that quick watch the ball snap immediately I mean it was terrible blocking by the uh commanders I mean how can you let a guy like that go unblocked but his presence of mind to take advantage of that opportunity was a thing of beauty Leonard Taylor I third gotta make this team man and then Drisco go down the field look at JBC all over it all over it baby another pass breakup that's the second pass breakup of this drive shout out to Christian I appreciate you man look at this coverage just a thing of beauty from JBC the Jets love this player coming out of LSU they thought he was worth drafting him even though they knew he was going to technically got the red shirt his rookie year and he's out there making plays baby now the Jets are going to go on the field and this is going to be Andrew Peasley's first drive and I think this is the brillan Allen Drive yes it is the brillan Allen Drive get your popcor ready folks this is what we've been waiting for first and 10 power run up the middle Stomps his foot in the ground and boom truck stick brillan Allen Agent Zero look at this I first want to talk about the way that the Jets schematically is running the football the power scheme is here it is a different type of element I mean look at brillan Allen all the Jets momentum is going left and he sees the opening here the presence of mind and the patience to plant his feet into the ground be patient and look he can easily like if you were a running back and was simply just not a good running back cuz I think a lot of people realize there's more to being a running back than just being Speedy power it's Vision he sees the vision the cutback you got to be able to be patient he plants his foot in the ground instead of lowering his shoulder just going up the middle and is gaining you know three or four extra yards look at this open Turf that's exactly what Allan sees plants his foot in the ground boom lowers his shoulder lets this safety know that I'm going to make you know I'm coming okay just an absolute beautiful beautiful run concept by bril and planting his feet in the ground and letting his presence be known things you absolutely love to see from Agent Zero first and 10 after that run another hand off to Allen now this is a great great great job from the offensive line Joe brings up a good point Izzy would have ran it into the middle exactly nothing against Izzy I don't want to make this seem like I'm hating on him but that last play Izzy would have probably lowed his shoulder and went into the crowd brillan Allen's got the vision cut it outside this play right here is beautiful because you're going to watch Olu climb into this second level you're going to see is this Newman now at Right Guard pole I believe let's see so yeah you got Newman pulling watch Olu climbing to the second level this is just an absolute beautiful run blocking scheme you see all the Jets offensive lineman building a wall now it's up to brillan Allen to find the hole look look at Olu into the second level climbing brayan Allen Stomps his foot in the ground this is his hole right here and runs right into it that's a gain of six yards the route Concepts I'm sorry not the route the Run blocking Concepts here is a thing of beauty man this is the difference of a power scheme just running it up the gut I mean look at Olu in the Run block the fact that we have a left tackle that's athletic and agile enough to climb into the second level like that and give the running back back a look is a thing of beauty man we've got something special Brewing this is where they backups this is with our backup offensive lineman by the way and then I mean this was three straight handoffs to brayan Allen folks three straight handoffs I'm just going to let this play run so you guys can watch it brillan Allen his biggest run of the game just bouncing it outside Olu setting the edge and now he can show off the Speed and if you have to tackle this man in open field good luck that's going to be painful as Robert solz said in his press conference Peasley checks to a new Play Look At The Blocking Olu with first Contact this guy has zero chance of making the play because Olu is right there setting the edge brilin Allen bounces it outside now he's got all day excellent blocking from the Jets and then brillan Allen just turns on the Jets BR uh Jason brownley with an excellent block down the field as well lower that shoulder I mean good luck trying to block this man good luck look at brilin Allen show off the juice I mean he's got he's not going to take it the distance like Bree Hall would I mean hey you never know but he's going to make you feel that's three straight runs let me just add some context real real quick about what we just saw we got to back this up so you guys understand what we just witnessed this is where the Jets started the 20 yard line they handed the ball off to brillan Allen three straight times and then they ended up all the way down the field in the red zone three straight times okay they handed the ball to brillan Allen three times or was it four times three or four times went to brillan Allen and it brought him all the way down the field to the opposing 35 yard line now Isaiah Davis checks in because he got to give brillan Allen a breather first down toss to Isaiah Davis and just a gain of a yard or two second down Davis slips a little bit but then on Third and 12 he he makes up for it it was obvious what the Jets were doing they're trying to get their rookie running back Duo involved early don't like to see that metti Turf slippy slippery but it is what it is Isaiah Davis makes up for it on the third down and long to set up a first down opportunity so Jason brownley can get a touchdown so watch this next play 30 12 this is where Isaiah Davis flashes his ability as a pass catcher he's going to run an angle routes man coverage Davis oneon-one Peasley good pocket you got oneon-one with the linebacker what you going to do going to cut inside Peasley puts the ball right where it needs to be Davis catches it it makes two guys miss first down showing off the burst I mean look at Isaiah Davis showing off the burst I'll back this up so we can watch it the full play let's watch this full play isai Davis this is third and 12 the fact that he was able to pick up this first down set up that brownley touchdown o way to miss way to make that guy Miss in the open field picks up an extra like wow this was impressive to me from Isaiah Davis man little angle route and shout out to Peasley get the ball out quick that's what this offense is about folks that's what Aaron Rogers needs to do that's all all he needs to do which I have full confidence that he will is Feed The Playmakers imagine that being Bree Hall quick passes just get the ball out of your hands put the ball in the playmaker's hands and let them go Rong with it now we're in the red zone is this the touchdown throw right away yes it is Peasley back of the end zone oh Jason brownley with the tow tag swag absolute dominant bro wow I mean the throw by Peasley I know there's a lot of hype around Adrien Martinez rightfully so but the freaking tow drag swag I mean look at this throw by Peasley you couldn't have put it in a better spot you could not have put it in a better spot so tip your cap to the undrafted free agent Peasley and then you got brownley left foot right foot I really think brownley has a chance to like make an impact on this team this season he's got to make this roster there's no way he gets cut I don't see a world where he gets cut when you make plays like this contested on Emanuel Forbes by the way who's a first round Talent obviously we saw Garrett Wilson dice him up and a lot of commanders fans don't even like him but he went oneon-one with Forbes and brownley going up against an undrafted free agent just beat a first round pick that is all you need to know that's an NFL type of play that's a type of play that's going to help you make the roster man all right we're back on defense is this the drive where will McDonald gets that rough in the passer little keeper I mean some of these plays I'm going to skip through it's not really worth breaking down JBC with good coverage third down Clemens bodies him oh my goodness look at Michael Clemens decapitate this quarterback did I miss the Will McDonald play was that the following was that the drive before this maybe I got to back up watch Clemens come on the stunt and get a huge quarterback hit oh I mean it was still completed pass down the field but look at this driving oh what a play who was that that stickers made that play number 37 watch watch number 37 is this his play right here oh it is the CB Blitz W I did not even notice this watching this live during the game watch guantes read this run I mean I I believe this was a CB Blitz oh my gosh what a freaking play showing off the tackling ability when you are a corner and you can make a play like this in the Run game you get such a big plus oh my God decet him tackle for loss for the rookie quantz bro the the youth Talent on this team is so freaking cool to watch man quantz making the play in the backfield Driscoll runs up the field picks up some yards with his legs third down no first down he he pick up the first down so that's first down so that's second and five good tackle there from JBC and then JBC with the elite coverage on doson oneon-one trips up doson no flag incomplete JBC was really impressive man it really was and then they hold them to a field goal now I kind of want to go rewind a little bit and find where will McDonald got called for that flag because I think I missed it I think it was this play actually oh here it is look at that found it w found it all right let's watch this will McDonald roughing the passer here he is at the bottom of your screen the spin move is just ridiculous but the rough in the passing call needs to get cleaned up no doubt that's a oh god dude Will McDonald just had has an ability to set him up outside spin inside get to the quarterback with ease but then he gets called for the penalty so watch Will McDonald here this is different type of stuff this is Max Crosby level quickness look at all the leverage I mean tell me it does not look like he's trying to bend outside the way that he sets up the left tackle is just insane to this point does it look like he's going to spin inside you see him leveraging like he's trying to get the tackle to go as wide as possible so he can just spin inside and attack the quarterback exactly what he does watch him now just PL his feet in the ground and use his long arms to spin inside oh my God I mean that happened in 02 seconds and now he has no chance and then just goes W I mean I guess now Will McDonald after watching this film back needs to learn to not put his weight onto the quarterback like bro how do you call that I I know it's like a flag in today's NFL but it's so ridiculous I'm going to let it play out in real time just watch him set up the left tackle outside spin inside and get the quarterback hit that's why the Jets drafted him in the first round I know it's still a completed pass but the spin move is ridiculous bro you got to clean up the rough in the passing but the spin move is just a thing of freaking Beauty man um and then the Jets with Peasley good run from Isaiah Davis there let's back it up a little bit so the commanders missed the field goal so the Jets go back on the field with Peasley under Center first down hand off to Davis he runs behind Olu and the boys I mean Olu fashu man let's see what it looks like here look at U move his mat look at Olu moving his mat that's the future right there watch Olu completely take his man seven yards down the field you're going nowhere bro you think you're tackling the running back good luck nice try brother nice try then on second down the Jets go back to Davis on a handoff to the right side this time it's a toss actually Davis showing really good burst man almost picks up the first down Carter Warren's now in the game at right tackle giving him some look watch this nice crack toss and this is just great vision you see Davis this is what he sees he's got this opening right here plants his feet in the ground this is his little lane finds it slips right through it finds the burst almost picks up that first down and then I thought this was a bad play call by uh or a bad read by Peasley I believe he's going to keep this and try to run it himself he should have handed it off to Davis in my opinion let's see if I'm right I mean I he handed off to Davis bro he would have picked up the first down it's third and one and then Peasley keeps it like bro if you give this to Davis I know that this Commander could have easily came in and made a play but Davis is picking up that first down and then some I mean look at the the the turf he's got I think this is just a bad read by the rookie quarterback you should not have kept this yourself try to do too much that would have been a first down but instead the Jets had the punt I'm excited to get to the Martinez film man so this is a big play from the commanders hitting the tight end down the seam play action wide open tight end who was that Jaylen Kei who missed a tackle no that was Isaiah Oliver who missed the tackle got to got to make that play man but then I think the Jets hold him to a field goal here yep JBC with Elite coverage down the field I mean look at this coverage from Jerick Bernard Converse look at him on the outside one on one I mean he was such a star in this game look at that blanket coverage bottom right screen if he wasn't on him like that bro that's a touchdown that's a good throw watch it again JBC in coverage that is textbook that looks like he's studying s Gardner's film just really good coverage man the Jets got something special I feel like everybody was super excited about quantz but they forgetting I think JBC you know this is his second year in the league he got to sit and learn behind DJ Reed Carter II and sauce last year his development's a little looking good man so the Jets hold him to three points and they're getting the ball back Isaiah Davis on the return gets down around the 29 yd line now Peasley first down little screen pass to Davis Davis picks up a few yards second down and eight I believe I wish they got brownley involved a little bit more but it seemed like they didn't even throw the ball down the field it was just the running back screen passes going underneath flag that draws this play dead second and long Peasley drops back little check down to Davis makes the first guy Miss so you see what I mean like the the offense with Peasley felt very conservative um going underneath a lot look at Olu on that rep though bro look at Olu he looks so smooth watch Olu number 74 at left tackle look at him getting his stance quick jab the guy has no chance to go anywhere Davis makes the first guy Miss and then gets tackled third down along oh this is the Malachi Corley play bro this is crazy Malachi Corley somehow with the heads up play rips the ball out of the air before c drops it and hits the turf Corley can you imagine nobody saw him have the ball and he just like exploded for a touchdown also noticed that Corley was so hard to bring down that this guy broke how many tackles Corley catches it he's got one two three commanders on him he's still running I mean that's just a little example of why they call him the yak King he didn't have any space watch he somehow gets the ball right here okay watch Corley look at all the commanders around him there's one two three four five commanders around Corley and let's count how many yards he gets after he getches it first line of contact is right here what is this the 40 yard line and then he goes all the way down the field to the 47 I mean that's just what we're talking the day is done for brillan Allen and Isaiah Davis now it's time for more the third and fourth stringers to come on in in time for Izzy uh there's nothing that really happened in the third quarter that I feel like is worth breaking down but we're definitely going to get into Adrien Martinez and Leonard tlor sack that's for sure so we're going to try to find those two plays you got Tac McKinley in at 93 making a play there the Jets backup defensive tackles were really impressive bro they really were look at McGregor the undrafted free agent scream off the edge here number 91 trying to make this team we got a lot of edge rushers trying to make this team man McGregor with the beautiful shed quarterback hit watch him here lined up sheds him easily and gets to Hartman another hand off up the middle this is where the jet defense starts to kind of fold a little bit when the fourth stringers come out JBC is not on the field anymore neither is stickers so it's really like this is the players that are not making this team Harman tries to go deep incomplete Hartman has a wide open but they get called for a penalty that's coming back offensive pass interference I believe and the Hartman tries to go down the field but he completes it it's a high pass I thought when he threw this live it's picked I was like oh that's a meatball but High Point good grab and then on third down just missed McCutchen over the top just missed a big play where was Martinez last year he was a he was in college last year Martinez just put a little too much on this one o but I would like to see that receiver make a play for his QB you like to touch you like to feel just a little too high the Jets got to punt it away again look at Leonard Taylor get back there I mean Leonard Taylor is just popping on the film man watch him right here explode off the line o he gets back there to slow down the running back he he's not going to get credit for that play but his EXP expess off the line is super impressive bro really is ah this was the Jaylen key dropped interception come on rookie come on undrafted free agent you got to make this play bro it was in the Bread Basket look at Leonard Taylor dropping back in Zone look at the big boy the versatility Leonard Taylor is dropping back in coverage that's a cool little wrinkle he drops back in coverage which I guess makes Hartman think that he can throw this right to key uh actually I take it back that's a hard catch to make bro I thought that hit him in the chest that's a hard M that's a hard play on the ball for a safety look at this again from this angle yeah that that's a hard play to make I mean he's extending his arms definitely like to see him rip it out of the air and catch it but he had a chance and he knows it Harman picks it up on the on third down little shovel pass see what we got Sam Haron did not really look too good in my opinion I mean he look terrible that's a good pass from to Luke mcaffrey cool to see Luke mcaffrey get involved and they get up get a big gain there and look at this play Eric Watts I believe number 58 the undrafted free agent off the edge beautiful read man Sam Harman tries to keep it and Watts sets that edge beautifully coaching staff is going to love that they're definitely going to take note of that big play got a sh uper tackling and then they're uh this is the Commander's touchdown I believe they just watch into the end zone for a touchdown so at this point it's 17 to 10 Washington now Martinez is back on the field it's the fourth quarter now play action Martinez beautiful pass on the play action to the tight end Martinez just feels like he has so much confidence right that's the thing I love play action step up into the pocket pressure in his face delivers a nice like I'm I'm used to watching Zach Wilson look so bad that even a little play like that I'm impressed the bar is so low for us Jets fans crack toss to valade doesn't really do anything with it but he does pick up the first down new set of downs next play runs into a wall Martinez finds Harold across the middle of the field on a drag route you see the patience from Martinez here you like to see this right you're going to get Tyler Harold the undrafted speeder from Miami do a nice drag a Crossing route over the Middle High snap he's patient he pump fakes he knows that if he just Waits an extra minute or extra second rather he's going to be freed up Martinez delivers a perfect ball in stride almost dropped it so that's just a little uh another example of Martinez having an opportunity good pass incomplete to give his receiver a chance on the ball I mean I love this pass guys don't forget to hit the like button it would mean a lot if you can simply smash the like button Martinez lofs it perfect pass but really good coverage by the commander secondary I think this is third down Martinez on third down look oh this is the other highlight look at this freaking throw oh my gosh bro third down I mean without him making this play we we lose or tie it right this is third and five third and six something along those lines the play breaks down right pressure starts to get there
