okay so Aussie solo career produced 13 albums five live albums 13 Studio five live albums seven compilations um let's see five extended play EP 65 singles nine video albums and 41 music [Music] videos it really does rival you know the production of Black Sabbath I mean they're really as far as a heavy metal artist you know he's the king of of heavy metal okay he's the but I almost see him as like the Liberace of he heavy metal you know he he's he's kind of got that you know uh that you know how liverachi came off as so uh innocent and and and not quite responsible for my for myself you know you know that he have Aussie's always like that only he's boy me I'm not responsible for myself you know I mean uh the guy the guy is useless without he needs handlers he needs handlers definitely yeah I know that's that's the whole thing love love her or hater I mean he needed her he does hey Dr Rick you're so right I do agree that you know with that uh like I've said before uh I I'm happy for John lennin that uh he met Yoko and he was in love it and he died in love with the woman of his dreams okay I hate Yoko never will like Yoko don't think she's much of an artist don't think she's much of anything other than an opportunistic woman who tried to meet Paul first and any Beetle she could latch on there's a whole story about before she just accident L showed up uh or uh John accidentally showing up at that oh it says yes moment well Sharon I'm happy for aie uh but I'm not a Sharon fan and uh if you think I think Yoko is a dragon lady Sharon Takes the Cake right okay she to me uh aie if you ask me when I see her I don't I think Aussie's in love and I think she's in love with her product which is Aussie okay it's a form of love but and and I could just hear going if she heard me saying something like that you know because that's usually her that's a really good impersonation of her oh man sh it's kind of weird you know what Dave that was go ahead it's weird to be talking about Aussie and there's so many reasons that are so obvious that no one would want to be a fan and yet there are so many reasons why everybody is a fan what do you think Dave about that I'm going to walk off but I want to J idea on on the the The Duality of the man and the artist how is he how how has he come to the position besides his wife uh to the point of being honored in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year there's just something about him I you really can't put your finger on it but there's a certain level of Charisma that he has right I mean you look at when he approached gizer and then the other guys heard about him when he formed Black Sabbath and you see all those videos that he made with Black Sabbath and later as a solo artist he's not a great singer he can he sound the only way you can understand him is when he's singing rather than talking yeah but there's there's just that thing he keeps bringing you back you want more of them right now he's got his his broadcast that he's doing and uh he just seems like you know a kindly old grandpa and I know a lot of that is how they have him packaged and stuff but he's he's just one of those guys that I kind of think if you sat down with him he'd be the same as you see there he's just that's that's how he is he doesn't put on a front that's Aussie is aie and I think that's what people love about him video about him meeting McCarney and of course Paul was kind of off put offish but you know that I Lov Azie in that moment he a goofy fan yeah and and I think that's the part of the uh the Allure I think you've hit on it is there is a goofiness but he's the guy you know he's the kid you'd like as a neighbor as your friend if you were 16 again no doubt about it what about you somebody somebody to get stoned with what do you think Chris why has he got got to this point as a solo artist well because he's he's been able to adapt a lot more than most heavy metal musicians from the 80s so he's got that going for him in the 90s he had the what was it the No More Tears album that kind of because he was starting to fall off in the end of the 80s his music I don't even have any of his CDs from there and I don't miss him but once he hit No More Tears and osmosis then he started picking up a little more Steam and then he was working with Black Sabbath in between there uh when I first heard No More Tears I any U hesitation that I had of his music and there were a couple other Cuts but this was the first one that I heard as a song that impressed me as much as anything he had done with Sabbath you know it was just such a that that was his second album with Zack wild wasn't it or his first it was with Z wild as I recall I thought it was his first I I remember all the videos from No More Tears with Zach with his big Bullseye and I just I was blown away how good of a guitar player he was uh how about uh uh anybody on the panel what do what do you guys think if I said I think he's the perfect man in rock and roll because he is a living human chameleon he can become whatever the project needs to be and but yet it's just Aussie that you're going to get but he that man to me he seems to be one of the adapter of the speech uh in rock and roll right or not well I I I'm not sure how to describe it I don't know if he's like a real chameleon or he's just always been aussy and and people can people like him you know yeah yeah I mean yeah I mean i' I've always liked him I thought he was a little crazy and stuff but I mean hey it's heavy metal and [ __ ] you know it's supposed to be an element of crazy mixed in yeah yeah I love Spirit he he to this day any any other person with all his ailments would finally accept the bitter truth and I swear to God I'll 10 to one he'll crawl onto that uh you know that he talked about and he he'll give us at least one more show you know and promise another till the day he dies a proper farewell proper farewell to the fans they they're all on board with that now yes there there was an issue with Bill Ward the trummer uh I think the financial negotiations were not to his satisfaction that's why he didn't go on their in you know their last tour their final tour he didn't go with them we talk we did yeah yeah I've been trying to keep the whole Black Sabbath aie thing going here yeah the uh the the band's ownership uh has wound up with just aie and Tony and uh both others sold theirs gizer doesn't have too much of a problem with it but he does renegotiate with new projects and Bill Ward kind of got left out and uh he was very pissed but evidently something's going on in the in the background because we talked about last week there may yet be one more Black Sabbath concert or handful yeah or maybe maybe more than one if if Aussie's back is holding up and everybody's willing I he says he wants to do more than one one Sharon said one or two Aussie thinks three or depends on how he feels you know [Music]
