it's Sunday at sunning Dale as we welcome you to the final day of the 43rd Curtis Cup match and since it's inaugural plane in 1932 this match has been the Pinnacle for many of the best amateur in the games and since the format change in 2008 this is only the second time gbni has led going into the singles on the green at the first Hannah darling to get things going an eagle and a win there it is wondering when we'd hear the first roar I love the passion the darling we saw that a little bit yesterday more playing like a 148 shot flag on the left side of the screen that pin is so hard to access today anything left of that pin is dead again though tally every pin who needs to let Ed of the green when you just got everything so a chance for patience roads to validate that support and Confidence from Captain Matthew there you go patience rades can tally I'd be visualizing what I did yesterday visualizing visualizing Amelia I get the sense with this pin just a on from the right it's almost a hard P to get it if you lay up as well so you might as well take the driver in well exactly George driver is the play on the night to the seventh some fun to be had here for bur really got to move it around that tree that is such a good shot how good is that by bur put on the way for tally Eagle at 10 and yes scard that is so we head over to six Jasmine coup two up in the early going against Beth cter and trying to extend that lead needs to set hit it oh he does oh wow those matches are one to look at as well Melanie green two up now coup three up plenty of drama ahead let's go back to 12 where Sarah burn has this for birdie to win the hole and go one up in the match make that leading in three courtesy of Sarah burn Sarah burn delivers once again asteris thally the 15-year-old with a putt to close things out in this first match on Sunday Callie finishes with an exclamation point taking down L wo that is a massive Scout taken out the world number one for gbni I and now we head back to the 13th the grand stand all but full as all eyes turn to patience roads two putts to win this match she'll use them both she had to remain patient to get her first point but it's one of the most important points of the day for Great Britain and Ireland roads one down against Green her t- shot on the way oh and what a shot it is that swing did you see the commitment through that that was come on meing this is big stuff for GB and I right now Sarah burn all of a sudden who had two putts to close things out has N9 or 10 feet to do it again if not they're headed to 17 all eyes are smiling on Sarah burn what away to put a bow on her am career what a wake she has been a shining light for this gbni team she will finish with two wins and three halves not one loss to her [Applause] name not to be for the three time gbni Curtis Cup team member Anna Davis prevails and with that point for Anna it is the first time in the Curtis cup since 2010 at Essex County Club in Massachusetts that all players on both teams won at least half a point let's go back to that anchor match at 11 Anya donigan from Great Britain and Ireland going up against the American Rachel Kean Kean currently with a two-up lead few better on the greens than Rachel it's almost like she took those chers as motivation I don't know if they were gbni or USA this is Lura mlim for par at the 12 to tie the hole and remain two up and yes it was there was the Applause that was echoing through this back nine of Sunningdale to win the hole and go one up yeah as the crowds Echo again around Sunningdale before Jasmine walked up to the screen she stopped by her teammates Katherine Park and Zoe Campos asked them what was going on she knows this matters and delivers an impressive style a four and three winner for Team USA eight points now for the red white and blue roads with a chance to answer and hang on to that oneup lead solid go back to 14 Rachel Keane one up against Ana donigan her second at the par five oh wonderfully played by the American for M Ro securing at worst a half point for Great Britain and Ireland this could end quickly and here's Lorna to get it done and two parts that has done it a magical moment from M climate a dream fulfilled for gbni I her last Curtis Cup this to win the match a very good effort that'll be picked up that'll be hugs all around Rachel Kee a fantastic player for Team [Applause] USA stage is [Music] clear that remaining for six you would think Melanie green would give that to her and it would be reciproc ated think krina is going out there to say let's we're good let the celebration at sunning Dale begin Great Britain and Ireland winners of the Curtis cup how does it feel to have guided GB and Ireland to Curtis Cup victory absolutely fantastic I mean it was just that they're a fantastic team you know I'm so proud of them they really dug in every day every session you know it didn't look as it was perhaps going our way today but they really toughed it out and uh you know just a a fantastic experience for me getting to know them and and they were great they really did tough it out early on in this morning's session in the singles it looked like it may not go their way yeah it looked one point I looked and I think it was all red luckily there weren't too many scoreboards so they couldn't see that but uh yeah I mean we've played well in the back nine I think all week so I think that really came out we just kind of you know a few of them just turned their matches around and uh what an exciting finish and really my hats off to the Americans as well I mean it takes two teams and uh you know there was some fantastic golf all all three days and uh you know it just made it a spectacle for a women's golf what a wonderful week here at sunding Dale our thanks to all the hardworking men and women of our crew for Mak making it possible for the entire team Steve Bowski saying so long for now
