p0700 the smoking gun new 2024 c8 z06 which loses connection with ediff 5x times in 2000 miles

what's going on guys good morning it's Brandon and so here is you know my car over there here is the uh The Smoking Gun car and this car here is the one that's going to be the nail and GM's coffin because uh it's got an issue that uh all the cars have but this one has it way more often how you doing pretty good are you the Corvette Tech no no I wish right a test drive right right so anyhow this particular car through P0700 and the other U codes uh by mile 150 from Bowling Green so the car was brand new still on its original tank of gas and uh through the P0700 uh code as well as uh uh what do you call it uh the U codes along with a plethora of other codes so the Gent who owns a car he and I are friends and coincidentally guys that car was supposed to be my car it's a long story but I already had one and I said you can go ahead and pass me in line and and take my spot so that car was supposed to be my car and here's the irony guys had I bought that car I'd probably be dead I'm just being blunt with you i' i' probably wouldn't be here or I'd be in a wheelchair because that car has lost communication with it transmission five times and it doesn't even have 2,000 mil on it it does it all the time so it's happened to him in a turn one of the times when it happened he was on an exit ramp and uh he felt the car change Behavior so all the cars do it we think because if you if you go back and watch the Randy Pop's video when the Randy Pop's Hagerty video when they're running the c806 against the uh GT3 RS when the c86 goes over that Ridge where it changes uh tilt of the car that's when the computers get overloaded and so we have we've had so many insiders or GM puppet wannabe people attacking us saying that we're lying and that we don't know what we're talking about guys you think that Randy popest is in on this conspiracy where he's just going to like make [ __ ] up for the [ __ ] of it no he told you exactly where the car misbehaved on the racetrack they have it video documented you guys think I just made this [ __ ] up you think I just hey guys I've had the car misbehave and the eedi unlocks and it's gone sideways and I have to do the school bus as fast as I can twist the wheel as fast as I can to keep the car from going around which by the way I wanted to include that in this video CU I failed to mention that if the car starts to step out no know that GM's program doesn't intend for that to happen it's not like a C7 or a C6 or a C5 where when it steps out a little bit you're going to get it back easy you need to school bust the [ __ ] out of the steering wheel to keep your to to stay alive okay I'm just being blunt with you guys you guys have no concept the issue that's that's at play right now this car goes from governing you and protecting you with its overzealous EDI lockouts keeping that back end Square behind in the car so all of a sudden that eedi goes to 0% in the blink of an eye and the amount that you had the steering wheel turned is going to cause the car to spin off the road okay if you're in a high-speed turn that's the asterisk if you're in a highspeed turn and you're running High lateral G's now if it doesn't why you're just cruising down the highway like this and you're just driving straight the E unlocks there's no drama guys you're fine and that's why all these other people who don't drive their cars fast there's no issue oh my check engine light came on I don't know why oh well who cares Right Bingo it doesn't matter because you don't drive your car fast and turns but for those of you who drive your cars fast and turns you bought a Corvette to go around turns quickly understand something when you go over these elevation changes we're just going to call it that where the car tilts from one angle to another when when you go over these situations or if the car is on flat ground then it goes onto a steep Bank like you're a Daytona Raceway and it's flat and all of a sudden it tilts big these cars experience the glitches far more often in those circumstances why does it do that that's a good question nobody told me the answer I basically came up with my own theories I said I think that the computer's thinking is drawing the voltage down is drawing the current because you it's just like the 9s computers in early 2000s back when you used to be able to hear computers tick a whole lot when they when you first start them up they tick a whole bunch or when you log on to Netscape or AOL they tick a whole bunch it draws the it it it requires more electricity when the processors start running these days the processors are silent but that doesn't mean that they don't still draw more electricity these days the fan on your home computers and laptops the fans speed up when the silent RAM and the silent processors start to think more it's cuz more electricity is drawn more heat is expelled the fans need to turn on to keep the to keep everything cool the fan turning on alone draws more electricity okay same exact situation with these cars the more that they have to start to think about a situation and I mentioned this before in my previous videos You can't shut electronic stability all the way off it's a lie when it says it across the dashboard like let me just show you here when you go to race two and you go to ESC off it's not actually off guys if I take this car right now now up to uh see the E lockouts 3 and 4% if I take this [Music] car see how the HEI locked out more you say that's cuz you're accelerating okay so I'm going to stop accelerating I've let back off the throttle the faster you go the more that eedi is naturally locked out okay now it's a 7% lock out if I get up to 100 mph it's at over 15% lock out it locks out progressively more and more and more the faster you go so this is a separate topic the car that you think that you understand the lower speeds at 70 and Below it's a completely different car at 80 90 and 100 and above it locks out that eedi more and more and more now the problem is when you start to go around turns fast at really high speeds the EDI locks out a lot the EDI will walk out to um the EDI will Lo out to uh what do you call it uh 80% 60 to 80% when you're going 120 130 miles per hour so at that point you're having to crank the front wheel a lot to get the car to turn cuz the car the EDI is locked out is trying to get the car to go straight so you're having to turn that front wheel a whole bunch and what happens is when that unlocks to zero where you have that steering wheel turned in a nanc becomes far too much and the car starts to spin so when I tell you that if you want to remain alive and one of these cars the only reason why I'm still alive because when I tell you the car has done this to me on roads like taale of the Dragon in Tennessee and North Carolina in the mountains and they were caught on tape the only reason why I was able to catch it is because I drive with one hand and I School bust the wheel as fast as [ __ ] humanly possible when it starts to happen and I barely got it back and as I'm getting it back the ESC is locking up different wheel s even though the dashboard says ESC is off and I've had this confirmed to me by GM insiders they said that when the when it happened to them the ESC still fires so when the TCU comes back online for being out of the out of the picture for a moment and goes blind for a second when it comes back online its ECS is fully active the car does all kinds of crazy [ __ ] this is fact guys the night that I hit the bear and the car went up on the Tilt it said across the dashboard rear axle off the rear axle off message is the same exact message that the C7 through C5 would throw when it would say service rear axle in my opinion gender Motors was smart enough to know that if they let it say service rear axle on the C8 cars the C8 Stingray and the c86 that people would go on the internet and they type that in they'd say what's this about and they'd find their answer they'd say oh it happens when the cars need new batteries oh it happens when mice chew wires oh it happens when mechanics have bad grounds because they don't attach to ground on tight oh it happens when the alternators are going bad service rear axle is because of an electronic voltage drain on the vehicle but then people with that car right there who only have 150 M on it from Bowling Green haven't even gone through the the first T of gas yet in their breaking mileage if it says that across a dash what do you think they're going to think so what gender Motors did was they changed the verbiage and they changed it to rear axle off instead of service rear axle okay General Motors changed the verbiage and by changing the verbiage they're making it so that you can't find your answer when you go to Google and type it in what's this mean all the C5 through C7 diagnosis and all the mechanics saying this this is what that means it's now not available to you you no longer find it jender motors made a deliberate choice to change the verbage because they know that this is a lawsuit how do we know that Jer Motors knows the Smoking Gun of why we know Jer Motors knows is because of how long the c806 was delayed and the fact that the Z c806 in 2023 was not released with Google infotainment the 2024 z6s have Google infotainment that car back there that glitches has Google infotainment and this would probably be a good time for me to mention that the Google infotainment on that vehicle guys it doesn't shut off when you shut off the car and get out of the car often times it still stays on so the Google infotainment on that car is glitching and that car just coincidentally also has its DCT disconnect from the chat I told you guys from day one that my inside sources told me that the Google infotainment causes trouble with the cars and that GM had to delay putting the Google entertainment into the vehicles it's because it's a it's a can bu system there's a loop of information like a super highway going around the outer belt and what happens is when all of a sudden one module leaves the chat let's say Google infotainment doesn't respond properly the next thing to leave the chat is the TCU when it doesn't see what it wants to see it gets mad is my opinion okay cuz we know it's a fact that the TCU is the first thing to leave the chat whenever the car has voltage swings it's been that way since the C5 when I say TCU I mean TCM people will argue you don't know what you're talking about Brandon that's not a TCU that's a TCM whatever the [ __ ] you guys want to call it the computer that controls the transmission and controls the EDI it leaves the [ __ ] communication loop with the car it goes to 0% EDI lockout and the car can spin off the road if you're in a fast [ __ ] curve yeahuh idiots cuz it's happened to me and it happens to that car often that's why we call it the Smoking Gun car because that car right there that we just showed you this is such powerful information that I'm giving you guys right now this is Corvette history right now that car right there is going to be exhibit A in the class action lawsuit and I'm not saying that I'm going to start it I'm saying anyone who wants to start the lawsuit is going to be calling me saying what was the VIN number to that car we need the service records to that car that is the Smoking Gun brand and you're exactly right why would a car be doing that when the guy's driving it home from his initial [ __ ] pickup from of picking the car from the dealership brand new when he's still in Breaking mileage why would the car be doing that brand new from the factory at Bowling Green great question why don't you ask Taj and Mark Roy they seem to have all the [ __ ] answers don't they they and their little puppets all want to say that I'm wrong about everything and they say oh he's crazy he's crazy he keeps get mad he keeps saying the cars are going to kill us all meanwhile I know people from the inside who know of people who have wrecked and almost died in the vehicles but guess what GM has sign people sign ndas GM goes on the offense and has everybody sign non-disclosure agreements take this money take this high-paying job and sign here please that you're not allowed to talk about this GM knows it's a problem that's why GM did not put the Google entertainment in the 20236 when the Google entertainment was already in the 2022 Cadillacs and GMC trucks Corvette is normally the first car to get the updated system the Z6 was delayed it wasn't ready in 2021 it wasn't ready in 2022 and what they came to realize was the cars with the Google infotainment system were the cars that were detonating and the cars that were experiencing the edev glitch why the detonation because when the voltage swings happen and these different things leave the chat and come back online it's such a big voltage draw that it lowers the voltage fed to the fuel pump and the cars experience detonation if you're a wide open throttle when it happens if you're going highpe speed at a racetrack and you're going wide open throttle around a long sweeping turn that has a steep embankment the odds of this all happening at the same time both the eedi glitch as well as the detonation are very high just ask Randy post it happened to him on live [ __ ] video did it not how you doing Mark Roy good thing you guys don't want to listen to me when I say hey you know what you guys need to do to avoid lawsuit cuz we're going to spell this out so a four-year-old can understand it if you guys would just offer a mechanical diff as an option in the Z6 just like I told you the other night Taj if you guys would offer and just like I've been saying on Faceook Facebook for 3 years now if you would offer a mechanical div Z6 then the responsibility is on us the consumer to buy the car that we prefer and it's a known fact that here on planet Earth there's going to be electronic glitches with computers I don't fault General Motors for that I don't blame Taj that there's electronic glitches in a complex computer system I appreciate all the goods ataj has done when I was in his retirement ceremony I was appreciative of the guy I was appreciative of Team Corvette I appreciate all that they've done what I have a problem with is the fact that no one at Team Corvette can seem to convey the message to Mark Roy and Mary Bara that if you would tell the world the truth that ediths have their perks and if you don't drive at the limit in turns 1.2 lateral G's at 130 mph very often then the eedi car is the safer choice for you let me repeat this if you don't drive fast in turns the eedi car is the safer choice for you because odds are when the glitches happen you're not going high leral G in a turn and the glitch means nothing and meanwhile all the other times when your 16-year-old kid jumps in the car or uh you know you do something stupid in the car the EDI is there to catch you because you're not a good driver driver the Edith is the safer car for you meanwhile those of us who can actually drive fast Randy popes myself Chris Harris we prefer mechanical diffs this this didn't start with Corvettes guys we've known about this for a long time we've known the ediths backstab US I guarantee you that if you interview Jordan Taylor and he wasn't scared of losing his sponsorship and his his connections with gender Motors and you said hey Taylor which one is more consistent in a turn the c8r race car or the EDI z51 C8 that you bought he will quickly answer you the c8r race car that's cuz the c8r race car has a mechanical defant the Porsche St has a mechanical defant the Porsche Turing manual transmission GT3 has a mechanical differential in it the Lamborghini stto has mechanical differential in it the Lamborghini techa has a mechanical differential in it are you guys seeing a pattern the new Maserati GT2 stradale has an EDI with multiple maps to choose from because they know that one map can't suit all they know that the faster you go the more you need that EDI to unlock and if you're going to have a car that's going to be and by the way by unlocking the eedi listen to me very carefully Mark Royce if you offered a program that allowed us to unlock the EDI in high-speed turns that's for the advanced drivers the perk to that is when the eedi glitches happen and it unlocks to zero it's not such a big Delta Delta means change Mark Royce it means instead of it going from 60% EDI lockout to zero we're only going from 15% EDI lockout to zero and therefore we don't have the wheel the steering wheel cranked to the Tilt to try to get the [ __ ] car to turn instead we have the steering wheel only turned a little bit cuz I don't know if you know this Mark Royce cuz I understand you like to make friends with walls cuz driving isn't your expertise is it but but the point is and that's just the ones that we've seen on national TV uh who knows how many other walls you've ran into Mark but but the point is this when you're going around a turn if you ever seen a a dirt track Sprint car the ones with the little wings on top marroy do you know which way the wheels are turned when they're going around the turn they're actually turned the wrong way aren't thing if the car is going around a left-hand turn at the oval track that's dirt which way are his front wheels turned they're turned to the right why is that because the back end is so loose that he's got a counter steer to actually turn to the left once he gets that car turned to the left he has to actually turn back to the right same principle applies to these cars the more loose that the eedi is the more that back end's going to step out and the more to the right the person has to turn once they've already got the car stepped out versus when the EDI is locked out to 60% Mark Royce you have to have the steering wheel turned all the way to the left a lot so when it goes from 60% EDI lock out in the blink of an eye to 0% lock out it goes from a car that pushes to a car that's like the Sprint car where the back end steps out so I'm going to repeat myself so that everybody can understand this if you buy one of these cars and you want to live because Lord knows Tad won't tell you this Mark Royce won't tell you this Haron won't tell you this Keith cornette won't tell you this John elegant won't tell you this none of the moderators on Corvette forum will't tell you this Clayton Smith won't tell you this jet beige won't tell you this nobody's going to tell you this and in fact they they'll censor this message for the next 10 years it seems there's one guy on the [ __ ] internet who's going to tell you the truth I want you guys to listen to me very carefully the moment that the back end on this car starts to step out you need to turn the [ __ ] front wheels [ __ ] hard as you f fast as you [ __ ] possibly can otherwise you have great odds of dying if highspeed turns the mechanical div is the car because it's a consistent car you can have all the EDI glitches you can have all the computer glitches in the world the computer glitches don't affect the manual mechanical diff Mark Roy are you understanding big guy if you have a mechanical diff it doesn't matter if the [ __ ] voltage of the computer goes to zero the mechanical diff doesn't change you can shut the [ __ ] car off the mechanical diff is still the same Mark Royce the car doesn't spin off the road in a high-s speeed turn just just play rushing roulette some more and our cars it's not that big of a deal Brandon just play russan roulette some more cars I'm not trying to sue you guys but I am trying to create awareness because I have personal friends who have now spun your cars as they went over elevation changes on racetracks that they know like the back of their hand never had a problem with their Stingray they get the Z06 all of a sudden boom glitch spin off the road total car could have killed themselves I got another friend who I gave my build spot for my next car I said you know what I don't need that I'm already dealing with a lemon Mark Royce this car is a lemon because you guys wouldn't fix the ticking motor in a timely manner you guys told me three times in a row no you have a TSB Mark Royce about a ticking motor and when I bring it into your Chevrolet stores the Chevrolet stores say yeah it's ticking we agree with you but the field engineer said no so this is a lemon buyback Mark Royce and because this one's a lemon buyback back I was like you know what I don't need this other build spot I gave the other build spot to my friend here you go build the car the way you want it have that car and coincidentally that car would have killed me had I bought it cuz it glitches so [ __ ] often five times in 2,000 miles and he doesn't drive it fast he takes it to the dinner and it glitches so bad that the check engine light on P0700 and all the other U codes that the body controls and the eedi are unlocked I told Taj about it the other night tried to be polite with Taj Tad said that someone from gender Motors is going to reach out and call me I'm waiting I'm waiting Taj I asked you Taj who at gender Motors can I call and let know that we have you guys' number on this problem the only number we don't have is the phone number to get a hold of you guys to chat straight with the lawyers and say look this is you guys have no time left you're in the 11th hour and 45 minutes you have 15 minutes left in the grand scheme of things to do something
