just on your point there um he's cost over £42 million since Eric tenh har arrived they're the second biggest Spenders behind Chelsea 5540 million yeah Manchester United has spent since Eric tenh har took over I'm just fed up of of of players it's always the next player coming in oh the next player coming in and it how many times how many times are we going to stand here and say oh yeah another player oh we going to throw another 50 million 100 million oh that'll that'll you know plug the Gap and now it'll be all right you know listen viewers that have watched this show for for quite a while know my thoughts on it I mean I cannot cannot believe that that Eric tenh har has has been given another season I just I just don't get it um I I sort of get it for internal reasons you know the the the new people that have come in all of a sudden you know they get two bites of the Cherry ten hog was never their pick so if things go wrong they can change and now this is our team now whereas if they had made the change straight away then all of a sudden the gun is to their head it's right well now you know you got a sink or swim but I mean I still don't I'd love the The Lads to to tell me what what are Manchester are they a front foot pressing team are they a counterattacking are they a i if somebody asked I I still having watched them for two in a bit years under ten hog I still have no idea we need to let Peter go in a moment so answer that question before you go I still don't know if I'm honest I really really don't years and and and it's probably one of the most disappointing things is that we've had these opportunities now of obviously he comes in Eric he comes in with a really really good reputation he um he's allowed to spend a lot of money in uh I mean he's bringing Casmir and and and Anthony Yen which changes the whole club the structure of the club changes because of that I think part of the reason that the sale happened was because they had to finance those two two players so from that moment on the club changed then you have somebody coming in running the club um and there's been opportunities to make those changes make those really really big statements saying that we are these are our standards and we will not tolerate any less than this when we lost 41 to Crystal Palace here that was for me that was a moment where they could have made that big change what about four nil away at Crystal Palace or whatever the school was yeah but this was like the uh the four the was it the fourth was s Park yeah that was the the end of last season towards yeah four more games including the FA Cup Final that was at s that was so so when that game was lost that was the opportunity where they could have said this we won't tolerate this that would have made everybody who who's in here today everybody who loves man united understand that now it's a different Manchester United the the the the standards the requirements of being here being part of this is different all the play players would have known that and you could have put anyone in charge of the last couple of games but they would have given them time to to uh to get somebody else in and start all over again that was an opportunity they haven't taken that they've supported the manager they've given him money now we've played three games we've lost two I don't see the difference and this is what I I mean like I could nearly cry because of that cuz I you know I want this team to do really really well they've not only done that but they've also then gone and got rid of half the back room they've now got two new assistant managers all the all the medical team have all gone the so it's not only right they the yes you can continue but they've now backed him even more and got all his own men around him so I I just think they've backed themselves into a right hole now it's it's worrying I I just banging on for years and years and years it just doesn't seem to be getting any better and I think it the book stops at the top I'm afraid I've SED with to Alex today it's it's really I mean what he did for this football club uh and and what I mean the everything that we enjoyed three of us you were there as well by the the four of us everything that we enjoyed the great times everything and to sit with him and and he's watching this that for me is really really sad it is that he that he's watching did something really extraordinary with his football club and all of that is not there anymore of course when you give have given Eric tag you expect a lot more I mean from the one they have been buying players that he requested that he wanted at the likes of Antony um Martinez his former players and he keeps buying them and that tells you that the club is actually listening to him and so far so good 3 years you know just like uh uh the legend said 3 years and nothing to show for it you know he should be doing a lot more he should be doing a lot more for Manchester United you know 3 years is a lot you know for you to build whatever you want to build at a club unfortunately unfortunately they gave him a new contract and right now you know and that contract came actually came after a long um uh time of um reflection evaluating looking at every details looking at other managers to hire and then the end they up giving him a new contract allowing him to bring in extra assistance change a lot in the club and also purchase a few number of his again former players in the mazwi so you see he's got that backing and the way they play today three I know Liverpool always have a way to beat them but they have also you know gotten good results against Liverpool when Liverpool was under Ying Club but still um that was inexcusable like they couldn't progress the ball like every every build up is been twed immediately by Liverpool Liverpool show a lot more a personality a lot more hunger a lot more character in this game than Manchester United showed and that's the difference if you ask me you know it looked like Liverpool we playing at anfield and Manchester United We Thea team instead of Manchester United playing at Ultra for and playing like the home team being backed by 80,000 80,000 plus fans he incredible he incredible really and I don't blame uh um tag alone because the players contributed to it like if you see how Liverpool work out of position like whenever they lose the ball they are going straight back for it they haunt it back and when the Press when the forward press you know Falls they Retreat immediately even the Wingers everybody walks at Diaz Salah they work extremely hard they attacking players all the attacking players work you know work extremely hard and you need to work like that you know that's another thing also I like about Arsenal they attacking players work extremely hard when they attacking players you know have the legs to return to to to counter press and then run so run hard to recover their positions to help the fullbacks and the defensive midfielders there is no way you will be easy to beat you won't football is very simple if players putting more yards putting more yards covers cover more grass is as good as you are playing with extra players it's just a simple mathematics if you put at the distance covered on paper uh it looks like you have one or two players more than your opponent so it makes a lot of difference and tonight is made a lot of difference in this particular match because Liverpool actually outworked Manchester United out played them it wasn't I mean it's not funny I'm not a Manchester United fan but I felt for them it was like boys against men against boys very one-sided and Liverpool you know took them I mean apart I don't know if they will recover from that but it's what it is
