Great. All right. So, uh, here's what I have for you. Cool temps and rain. Weird. Right. For, for July, it's not normal, I would say. But, uh, it's nicer than the one, you know, the record high today is 109. That was set two summers ago. So nice change of pace here in North Texas so far this summer. Uh, here, here's what we have happening tomorrow west of the metroplex, couple, uh, isolated showers or thunderstorms to the afternoon. The farther west you go, that's where you'll see the better chance of rain. So, if you're watching from Eastland or, or Breckenridge out toward mineral wells, even, you're gonna have a little bit of a better chance than, than certainly Weatherford or Fort Worth or Decatur. That's where the chance of rain will be best west of the Dallas Fort area tomorrow. Then late Saturday night, going into Sunday, uh, we'll see scattered showers and storms start to move closer to the Dallas Fort Worth area and most of North Texas will see, uh, a fair chance of rain on Sunday. It's not gonna be a widespread heavy rain event or anything like that, but scattered showers and storms expected throughout the day. Sunday. Monday is the better chance of rain. That's when we have our highest coverage of rain in the forecast over the next two weeks. So it, it'll also be cloudy too. That's gonna keep temperatures way down. Uh, you'll see that here in just a moment. There are the cloudy skies Monday afternoon and the scattered showers and thunderstorms, no severe weather and the highest coverage of rain is expected to be southeast of the Dallas Fort Worth area. We have more chances of rain, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Those are uh isolated to scattered a lower chance overall. And we're expecting about a half an inch to an inch of rain for the Dallas Fort Worth area. This is total over the next seven days. Lower totals to the northwest. The 2 to 3 inch chance uh of rain would be toward Athens Mexia. That's where our boundaries is gonna stall out and be the focal point for uh better chances for showers and storms when we have the clouds and, and rain around the chances of rain, it's gonna be pretty comfortable. Relatively speaking, of course, the normal high goes to 97 on Tuesday and that's the hottest, normal high we see in a year, it doesn't go back down to 96 until August 15th. Uh So we're kind of in, you know, the, the thick of it when it comes to the summer. So, you know, to the upper eighties and lower nineties temperatures running, you know, 4 to 8 degrees cooler than normal. We'll take it tonight. 73 mostly clear skies, pleasant with light winds. Tomorrow 94 an isolated thunderstorm, mainly west of the Dallas Fort Worth area. There's the 14 day forecast, you know, when we typically see a break in the summer heat in July, it's usually like a day or two and then it's back to 9899 or 100. But you can see this last seven days and then going into the, the following weekend, it's still tolerable for this time of the year. Saturday 92 Sunday, 94. Then as we start to approach the last few days of July into early August, uh, we crank the heat up a little bit more and rain chances go down.
