RICK: CERTAINLY IS HAZARDOUS OUT HERE THIS MORNING. GOOD NEWS TO REPORT IS THAT THE OVERNIGHT UPDATE HIS MINIMAL GROWTH, THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE SAYING ABOUT THE FIRE. THE FIREFIGHTERS ARE PUTTING OUT HOTSPOTS WHICH IS GOOD NEWS, AND THEY HAVE 3 PERCENT CONTAINMENT HIM WHICH IS UP FROM ZERO, THAT IS BETTER. LOOK AT THIS, ALL OF THE SMOKE IN THE HAZE AND IT IS THICK. YOU CAN SMELL IT, YOU CAN TASTE IT. I JUST ABOUT EVERYONE IN THIS COMMUNITY WILL BE IMPACTED BY THAT PRETTY SHOW YOU HERE, THERE'S FIREFIGHTING HOSES, THAT APPEAR TO BE BURNED IN LEFT EAR. JUST UPON THIS HILLSIDE, UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO 30 HOMEOWNERS IN THIS COMMUNITY, THAT HAVE LOST HOMES FROM THIS FIRE, THE BARRELS THROUGH HERE EARLIER THIS WEEK AND JUST SO DIFFICULT TO SEE ALL OF THE DESTRUCTION HERE. WE KNOW THIS MORNING THE BRIDGE FIRE IS NOW AT ABOUT ALMOST 52000 ACRES BURNED AND AS I MENTIONED, IS 3 PERCENT CONTAINED NOW, JUST A SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT THAT WILL TAKE ANY BIT WE CAN GET A DESPITE EVACUATION ORDERS, AND REMAIN IN EFFECT, A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE SO ACTUALLY WAITING OUT THE FIRE HERE IN THEIR HOMES AND ARMAND AND THEY LOAD UP THEIR RV WITH WHAT THEY COULD GRAB AND WE SPOKE WITH HIM YESTERDAY, THE LEFT BEHIND THE BED-AND-BREAKFAST THAT THEY RUN FOR THE PAST TWO DECADES. THE FIRE THAT DESTROYED NEARLY EVERYTHING. >> WE HAD ONLY SPOT FIRES MEANT THEY EVENTUALLY TOOK OVER IN A HOUSE WAS SUCH A STRONG INFERNO% BECAUSE IT IS A LONG HOME. >> THE LOCALS STILL HERE COME OF ANY HELP AND FIREFIGHTERS DO. RICK: SO THAT IS MIKE, WHO EVACUATED ALSO AND HE CAME BACK ANY REOPENED WRIGHTWOOD FINE FOODS EVEN CHECKED OUT HIS OWN HOME AND FORTUNATELY, I SHOULD SAY WELL FOR HIM, HIS HOUSE IS OKAY WE CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR EVERYONE AND SO THAT IS IT SOMETHING OUT HERE. AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL OPEN A STORE AGAIN PEOPLE WERE STILL AROUND AND IS BEEN LOOK AGAIN HERE, IT IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND HOW ALL OF THIS HAPPENS BECAUSE YOU SEE THIS HOME IS DESTROYED THERE ARE TWO HOMES, JUST ON EITHER SIDE OF IT THAT ARE STILL STANDING. WE'VE NOT PUT ON THE PROPERTY SO WE DON'T KNOW IF THERE IS DAMAGE TOBACCO YOU SEE HOW EVERYTHING WORKS THEN THE BEHAVIOR THE FIRE IS BEEN SO ERRATIC. BORN NOT SAYING THE WAY A FIRE BURNING HERE IN WRIGHTWOOD THIS MORNING SO HOTSPOTS ON THE MOUNTAINSIDES AND JUST A LOT OF SMOKE AND IT'S DIFFICULT TO BREAK WHICH AGAIN, THAT'S WHY THEY ARE KEEPING THESE EVACUATION ORDERS IN PLACE THE COOLER TEMPERATURES TO BE UPPING THE FIREFIGHTERS AS THEY CONTINUE WORKING ON THIS AND TODAY AND THROUGH RIGHT WITH THIS
