understand the rules in the NFL playoffs I was just as confused as everybody else on the team I'm looking around after we kicked the field goal in overtime like whoa where's the confetti I thought we just won the game right here turns out they put the rules on the big screen and uh apparently there's a rule now that uh none of us really knew about I know we get paid Millions to understand the game we play but we had no idea I go up to the coach I said coach why did we get the ball first and he was still drunker than Pat Mahomes senior on a freeway it was not good since me Med day this guy has been blackout drunk but I don't think it was in the game plan for us to give the Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes the ball knowing that it's two or die like every down is four down territory and they can kind of uh dictate the game and how it's going to end I I think if we would do it over um we definitely would give them the ball first but at least now you know going into next year we we now know the rules of the game so that's you always got to look at a positive
