all right now let's go ahead and take up our item 4.1 our extra item um we have the uh it has been attached to the uh current agenda if you don't see it on granicus please reload uh the proclamation has been provided to us as well again this is coming from Health Services um open it up for any comments from board members and I guess just to explain a little bit more this is related to uh fire debris and cleanup and uh hazardous materials and this provides uh State support in what's needed in order to take those next steps uh once the fire area has been deemed safe to go back in and start cleaning up um let's open it up for please just a technical question this would vary from say a larger emergency Proclamation like after the Valley fire or something like that so this seems to be a more Ed Proclamation and and totally appropriate by the way um but is there a lar larger issues that would call for a larger Proclamation say from an OES uh versus a a health health and safety one so at this moment in time the City of Clear Lake has declared a state of emergency and uh there have been phone calls just to ensure that uh needs from the state are being met and if they are not there might be the need for a declared emergency from the county uh cuz there have been some impact back to like the Lower Lake area where electricity was lost but at this moment in time it does not appear uh that there is a need to do so um and so this is uh one of the things that Calo requested and hence uh the proclamation the Declaration that was made yesterday but appreciate the question CU I think it's one that we should always ask to ensure we have all the pieces in the right places so that we can get the support we need and please correct me if I'm wrong CAO Parker on anything that I just stated you are correct thank you uh I want to open it up for public comment anyone wish to speak on this item I see no hands in Zoom no one getting up in the chamber I'll bring it back to the board for Action uh move to approve the proclamation declaring a local Health Emergency for the Bo's fire second we have a motion and a second all in favor I any oppos motion carries thank you
