All new at 6:00 tonight, ExxonMobil reps walked into Beaumont City Council today with a $100,000 check. That money is going toward repairs at Carlton Pollard Park. 12 News First reported concerns about from parents about that park last year. The park had rusty equipment, exposed wood and moldy splash pads. Well, the city later shut the park down. They said Charlton Pollard Park was their top priority for the $1.4 million park and Rec budget.
