Starting off your weekend. On a pretty good note here, I would say take in those low nineties that we saw today because it's all uphill from here. 93 was our official high in Memphis tomorrow. Likely getting into the middle nineties, we are heating up. That heat is gonna be the story for this upcoming week. If we take a look at things sunny tomorrow, another nice day, upper nineties as you go into the beginning of next week and it looks like hundreds possible as you get into the middle of next week. Potentially the hottest week of this year, I think coming up in the forecast, let's talk about what you can expect tomorrow morning, mild, 70 degrees around 7 a.m. 75 around eight o'clock. Nothing but sunshine for your Sunday looking real nice. I'll be a little bit warm in the afternoon hour by hour or something. Clear skies. Tonight, temperatures low seventies, I think for most of us to start off your Sunday morning, we are warming up throughout the day around midday. Already sitting around 90 degrees around 94 to 95. I think in the afternoon for most of us a little bit warmer than what we saw today. Definitely getting a little bit hot out there, but the humidity stays low and that's a good theme that we're watching for, for this week. So tomorrow afternoon 2 p.m. 9394 plenty of sunshine right around 4 p.m. As we take a look forward though, the last day that we hit 100 degrees here in Memphis. It was almost a year ago. 20 the 26th of August 1 02 was our official high. In fact, that was 364 days ago. Looks like we could be getting pretty close to that this week. And you're gonna see why this is the upper atmosphere, what we call a ridge, this traps heat at the surface and this is pretty much centering itself right over us as we get into the middle of next week. This is Wednesday, potentially the hottest day of the week that high right over the mid south. And that is setting the stage for some heat, but like I said earlier, low humidity. So I don't think that heat index is gonna be a huge concern for us this week. In fact, Monday right now looks to be the only day that the heat index is higher than the actual temperature, but let's not sure temperature is getting pretty high as we head into the middle of the week. So your 70 forecast going for 95 mostly sunny tomorrow. Definitely a little bit hotter out there, but still nice end to the weekend as you go on your Monday, lowest 73 high of 97 in the afternoon. We're up to 99 on Tuesday. And right now calling for a 101 degree high on Wednesday, humidity lower though. So the heat index won't be a huge concern for us, but still the hottest day of the year by far, we're still in the nineties as we head into next weekend.
