I Rebuilt Arizona State in College Football 25

this video is presented by the EA Creator Network boys college football 25 is officially here and it's only right that we start by rebuilding my alma moer Arizona State University and just a reminder this is a work in progress build I played lacrosse at ASU I graduated with a degree in computer information systems I love my school it's imperative to me that we do this rebuild the right way but let's just be honest to ourselves for a second here our football team is embarrassingly bad but the athletic director has 100% made the correct decision in hiring me to bring the glory and the prestige this University deserves to its football program I mean after all they do call Arizona State the Harvard of the West Coast the ivy league of the West Coast they they don't call it that and we got off on the wrong foot if you're new to this channel I just lied to you which is something I normally don't do that was also a lie now I may not have learned much in my time at ASU but I certainly made some very questionable decisions and met some very pretty and distinguished notably blonde woman I'm getting slightly distracted here and that's something I can't afford to do if I want to bring a national championship to Tempe we're going to crank all of the CPU sliders all the way up to 100 except for fumbles because I mean I mean I I don't want to Fumble every game who wants to do that but everything else is going to 100 we are playing this game on the hardest possible difficulty we're going to see if I regret this and we're going to find out very quickly all right so we have our skill level set to Heisman here we have injury on now I thought about turning this off because who really wants to play with injuries like I don't want my senior Superstar quarterback 95 overall teing his ACL but that's a part of the challenge there so we're going to keep it on you can actually also set custom conferences which is not something I'm going to do I believe Arizona state is now in the Big 12 let me actually check right here we are in the Big 12 the Big 12 has 16 schools doesn't really make any sense I don't know what's going on with conferences in college probably my least favorite aspect of it but this is a very cool feature right here especially if you play online dynastes which we will a lot throughout the year all right so we have an 80 actually that's not bad that's like super generous is this correct because in play now I believe Arizona State's like a 79 overall even lower this is generous three stars though out of five 83 overall 82 overall offense 84 defense spread offensive scheme 425 we're going to be changing that just a little bit here but the Arizona State sundevils man I'm super excited for this we're obviously going with the head coach here although you can use the OC and the DC very interesting there maybe you could get like promoted I I don't know how that works but that's what I would assume Chad Chad Butters okay do I mean I feel like I'm G to I'm going to create my own coach here we have a choice between motivator recruiter and tactician so boost your players ratings on Game Day scheme up the big plays Jimmy and Joe's not X's and O's I'm not going to play too many seasons I'll probably run three maybe four maybe two we'll see how it goes uh motivator get your players ready to play their best nobody has a okay so I'm gonna go with tactician I just feel like that describes me the best as a Madden player all right I'm doxing myself here please do not steal my identity actually steal it you know what go ahead and steal it I don't care offensive Playbook we're going to be adopting the UNLV the University of Las Vegas offensive approach play style we're using their playbook I'm basically copying everything that they do one of the most exciting offenses in college football I love what they have going on over there imitate is the sincerest form of flattery so we're rocking that Playbook on defense I think I'm going to go with 326 you guys will notice that they don't actually have Team defensive playbooks which is cool because I don't want to have to look through 130 40 different playbooks for defense that would just be that would be stupid so I like the way they did this pipeline interesting so I don't know if this actually affects anything here so okay so this is like the region that I'm from Metro Atlanta I think that's what this is saying so like basically like okay interesting idea here I'm not really from anywhere I mean I grew up in a military family I live in South Carolina so we'll just go with that adaptive AI aggressive balance conservative we'll just keep that on balance no huddle style balance as well offensive aggressiveness 50 defensive aggressiveness 50 we definitely want to up this I don't again I don't know what it does so I don't know why I'm saying definitely but we'll up it I I don't know no actual plan here again we're kind of just going with the flow me and you are fig contract okay I mean taking the job obviously I have very lofty expectations for this program I know we don't have a ton of talent right now we'll take a look at the roster in just a second okay so weekly to-do list set up recruiting board and Scout prospects custom schedules top stories upgrade coaching skills and then we'll Advance the week after this I want to check out everything like there is a lot to do here and again I don't have any idea what I'm doing we have the preseason top 25 though Georgia number one Ohio State number two we are not ranked and frankly that's a little bit disrespectful especially considering our Rivals Arizona our 16th 16th Arizona from the dirty te we cannot allow that to happen let's go ahead and start with our recruiting which is going to be a big deal right we have three goals in the series one is to win a National Championship two is to win a Heisman and then three is to draft a generational Prospect all right so let's go ahead and kick things off we need to add a couple prospects to our recruiting board here let's take a look at what we have here so we can sort by rank or position or whatever you want here the highest on the prospect list right now is five-star quarterback George Bautista out of Richmond Texas okay 6'3 209 deal breaker in the bottom right he needs proximity to home which is obviously Texas we have a B minus he needs a B minus we're going to add him to our list here Romero is a fourstar quarterback not too interested in him definitely shooting for the festar my earbuds falling out definitely shooting for the five star prospects here although there's only one right now so Mitch wear halfback out of California brand exposure we have an A minus he needs a B minus Arizona state is a very attractive destination for a lot of people what's not to love in Tempi so it shouldn't be that hard to get a lot of players to sign with us uh let's go ahead and add an offensive lineman here we'll add an outside linebacker I don't know what this Green Dot is here so what is this does it is it telling me what T is what is T it does doesn't say at the top I don't I don't understand that what is pipe so 125 is that like what is pipe so California here is a five purple does that mean like he comes from like a really important or like a really buzzing pipeline am I using the right words here what the what does this mean bro I don't know what I'm doing let's just add a safety a wide receiver let's add another wide receiver I don't know what I'm doing I don't like can I get some stats on these guys transfer portal nobody's in there my school here playing style is a measure of how well a specific recruit will fit in with what you do it depends on what stats your team produces and how those stats align with a recruit's archetype so that makes a lot of sense if we run the ball every play and we're trying to get a fivar quarterback who just wants to air it out every play like that wouldn't make a lot of sense so okay I like that that probably changes throughout the season as well here a top classes so there's actually a ranking depending on how well you're recruiting nobody has any recruits right now so obviously this is empty okay so now that we're at our recruiting board is there anything that we can do select Prospect okay so we're in his top eight right now Texas is a top the list that's going to be tough to beat man he's from Texas he's a five star obviously we don't really have the prestige we might have to win some games and then maybe we could sway them throughout the season all right so if we hit RB we go over to recruiting here we have some actions offer a scholarship for five alarm clocks is that the right metric there five oh 5 hours okay so offer this recruit a scholarship to attend your school you only have 35 for the season use them wisely so we have 750 hours in the top right zero out of 35 scholarships we can Target up to 35 players this is locked right now let's offer him a scholarship we want the five-star quarterback we're in his top eight we are offering this young man a scholarship to the best university in the country scouting at 0% nothing to do here actually no there is something to do here right now Scout for 10 out I just oh my God I just spent 20 hours on accident I want to know his speed though 81 speed okay we definitely want somebody fast I feel like 81 is on the lower end of what I'm looking for I'd honestly want somebody around 90 if possible that might be hard but 93 92 throw we're not going to do five is open week nine is open can I schedule some bums here no I can't do I want I don't really want to schedule bums though like I kind of want to play good schools let's change out Wyoming in week scheduling an FCS School in week one week two I'm going straight into the fire Alabama week two probably the most prestigious School in college football history Nick Sabin an absolute Legend obviously doesn't coach there anymore but we're going straight at him we want the crown to beat the best to be the best you have to beat the best best that's the saying I almost said it the other way around and then week three do we want to go ranked again I'm down for a tough schedule boys do we take on the defending national champions in week three so an FCS school we just beat up on them hopefully Alabama Michigan we got ranked Kansas on here ranked Utah Oklahoma State Kansas and then our rival Arizona is this a good idea I think it's a great idea I think it's a great idea lock me in man save it lock me in top stories here Heisman Memorial trophy pre-season Oli Gordon shador Sanders Judkins Travis Hunter Carson Beck none of our guys on there and I have a problem with that all right let's upgrade weeks two and three I do I definitely do want to do that no better way to learn scabo here senior running back 855 overall 89 speed mcal I think is probably going to be our starting running back let's put him at one we're actually going to be running some two tight end sets or two two running back sets excuse me so scabo and mcal are both going to be on the field at the same time at wide receiver we have a ton of seniors man Hendrick right here 95s speeed red shirt freshman congrats young man you are moving into our top three uh who else do we have here do we have any speedsters man I no I don't want to do that how do I sort by speed no I don't want to do that either can I not sort by speed right here okay I can't I'm not playing a corner at wide receiver I'm not doing that we don't have any Travis Hunters on our team so Beasley uh Caleb black here 5 foot n do we have any tall guys I want a big body big receiver we got mlan here 6'4 he'll play we need a leader out there omir senior 6'4 and then Hendrick I actually like that top three right there we got some speed and we have some big bodies good good possession receivers and we're going to need those guys right if we're starting a freshman quarterback we're going to need some security blankets for him our starting tight end is a senior as well 80 speed man our tight ends are not very good I'm going to I'm going to move Santos up to tight end to oh I might need to sign somebody in the transfer portal next season I'm definitely going to need to recruit a tight end because this is not pretty right here 82 overall is not bad but 80 speed man especially considering he's a senior right this is his last season uh it's not pretty oh my God we have no speed whatsoever I'm going to start the Freshman Thunderbird I mean first of all just sick name you're starting based off that alone but young 82 speed this is not pretty boys we have no speed on our Squad whatsoever 95 Bradley I'm going to be honest buddy we're throwing you out there as well you're going to have to guard some of the country's best free safety Simmons 85 speed I'm giving car the start a little bit lower overall but a little bit faster younger as well strong safety we have Wilson Jr 84 overall so two good strong safeties here actually xaven Alfred and then Wilson both Juniors o Alfred I like the look of this guy this might be my user down inside the box it's it's not great it's not great 83 overall is incredibly like do we even have two players above an 83 overall in our Squad we have our running back and and like that's it how are we in 83 overall this this is not adding up right now oh I can just hit view roster I should have done it okay we have three players 83 overall are better wow that is that is bad that is bad those
