John you u a week away from game week now how would you kind of assess you know the mood of the team and kind of how things are progressing man you can tell the energy shift and we all we locked in pretty fast and we know time to lock in get ready for the first game coming up with the season have you guys kind of transitioned out of the training camp portion and now preparing for game one what's what's been you know the first two days of this week we locked in after the last for a camp we knew what to expect we know we just we just came out today on in a different mindset everybody locked in everybody focusing on on the main thing where did where did you see the biggest growth from the first scrimmage to the second scrimage with the def tackle we got way better with tackling I mean everybody imp everybody improved on a lot of things that nobody else seen but we saw a lot of people improved that M you kind of assess where your your line backer room is right now a lot of new faces and now that you've been together now through spring and a few weeks of Camp how do you feel about the group oh we all already we prepared I have faith in every linebacker that's travel who do you kind of expect beside yourself to kind of be big pieces in that rotation lineb it's hard to say honestly because I feel like all the linebackers that are that we've been preparing and I feel like we all can have a breakout year anybody like any of them I can't can't just name him what about a jack what have you seen from d and BR I mean and T those guys I just tell them every day I got faith in them so I ain't wor I really I just look at them whoever on the field with me I know what they expect what you seen out JP this far JP that's my guy he been locked in more than ever so he been pretty locked in down in or everything what's it been like you're playing behind this defensive line I mean how are they opening up uh you know Blitz an for and things like that of course a lot of a lot of things are going to be different this year with our defensive line I feel like we we they going to help us we're going to help them I guess we won't know till the first game but from like a rotation standpoint are y'all preparing to play a lot of linebackers or you focusing on just you know a handful what what do you know about that as far as what you've heard from coach H I don't really know we just go with the clo like whoever's in we support him of not end we you know we are helping each other so I don't really know the rotation honestly about on the other side the ball with the running back I got a deep room over there how is it facing those guys and then plugging in different guys it'll be hard tle those guys I hate tackling them myself you're a guy too that's come up in this program so some of these younger guys will you go to scout team or maybe they're fortunate to be on special teams you know when when that happens how difficult is it and maybe how can you kind of help the those guys understand their time will come I just I I just told him I just told some of the linebackers just a few minutes ago and I hold them like we got to just stay focused help them they going to help them if they help the offense the offense going to help them be a better player so and I told them look at it on the bright side you're going against the ones so I mean can't can't get no better appreciate you John you
