Aloha from Ching field soon the fans will be filing into the stands here as the bow open the season against the Hornets now for those fans in attendance there is a lot in store as far as what goes on during and before the game we spoke to you H officials about what they can expect from The Fan Experience I love this time of year and uh you know our football team is supposed to be really good this year Timmy's telling me our talent level is up and uh you know we put a lot of emphasis on uh trying to get people in the stadium and enhancing their experience here we hired an outbound ticket sales staff this over the offseason and so we're hoping to have a great crowd returning this season is the kickoff at the less concert series with Nan 9 leading off the year there will also be multiple food and drink vendors in the stadium open 2 hours prior to kickoff if you're at a football game you're going to have fun at University of Hawaii football it's simple as that you have over 25 different choices of food trucks and different things to choose from to enjoy the game you have the perfect vision of the game cuz there's not a bad seat in this place along with the vendors roaming drink Hawkers will be in the stands during the game but a big question among the uh faithful remains a lot of fans have been wondering about tailgating here on campus and and here at the Ching what can you say about tailgating this coming season we've been working hard as a group Athletics with upper campus to make this happen the plan right now is we're going to do our pregame kickoff at the less for the first four games for homecoming we're going to move everything up to Upper campus on a legacy path for homecoming in the UNLV game we'll have a party up there the last game of the season against New Mexico senior night November 30th mark it down we'll have that up there but we're going to try to add tailgating until then there's a ton for Bose fans to soak in on game days but there's other elements going to play in this too but you have to be here to see it yourself I promise you you're not going to walk away from game going I didn't have fun you will look at your friends you will look at your kids you will look at your family and go that was fun kickoff here at Ching field is set for 600 p.m. Hawaii time the game will also be available on Spectrum pay-per-view and on Hawaiian Telcom that's the latest here reporting from Mana K chanan Point News Now Sports
