Body Discovered in Food Lion Freezer in North Raleigh.

the Raleigh Police Department reported that a Food Lion employee was discovered dead inside the store's Supply freezer on the 4,500 block of Capitol Boulevard in Raleigh this incident was reported after fellow employees found their coworker authorities after investigating the scene determined that the man had suffered a medical emergency on Monday night which led to his death inside the freezer following through investigations by the Raleigh Police Department OSHA and other labor and safety authorities no foul play is suspected in this incident ENT
