do me silence that don't want any feedback see what we can get going on here I don't like this music let me turn this music off let's see if that one works better I want to give us a uh it's a lot of us um you know talking about the Tyreek Hill situation um a lot of us got a lot of input on it um I think in general about the overall situation we all feel the same um that it it it was it was unall that the way they were react the way that Tariq was treated uh ultimately was was was out completely out of bounds um it was uh it was abusive um it was very very aggressive um you know um it was it it was it was it was it was bad it was bad for lack for lack of better U lack of better words it was real bad um but uh a lot of us had a lot of you know a lot of comments about it me I had I have some comments about it as well um but my com most of my comments have to deal with everything that happened prior to that door being opened um that's where that's where most of my argument is if I have an argument about it um about anything it with it it's everything that happened before the door was open um ultimately Tyreek was done wrong that he he he was done wrong and uh and and people it needs to be acknowledged that he was done wrong I acknowledge that he was done wrong um I don't think anybody is I don't think anybody has said that uh Tyreek wasn't done wrong tyreq wasn't abused I don't think anybody has said that tyreq wasn't taken advantage of I don't think anybody has said uh uh they weren't aggressive with him because all of that would be a lie because all of that is true um because all of that would be a lie because everything everything that happened um you know is true with the with the with the aggressiveness uh the unnecessary uh way they put him on the ground and this that and the other I think it was very uncalled for um but but here's my here's my thing here's my thing until that door until he said as a matter of fact open this door now Tyreek I I believe Tyreek could have uh slowed that whole process down I think he could have deescalate it a little bit I think I think the fact that he rolled up his window and he wouldn't roll it back down I think it offended the officer whether we say it's Justified he he too soft he shouldn't be a police officer um all this it's not I get it I get it I get it however that officer said roll down your window and and initially we didn't hear what he said but afterwards when you see him in the handcuffs he said he told him man I'm not rolling down that window that's that's where that's where the cross went that's where the that's where uh the control that he had over the situ any control that he had over the situation was gone at that point um I believe he could have he could have handled it stayed in his car and everything if he had just left the window down or like the officer said roll the window left the window down didn't make it a situation where he's got to be like roll down your window roll down your window I mean I know what it's like to get your door knocked get your window knocked on by a police officer I've had my window knocked on a few times I never have never have they knocked KN on my $300,000 car you know never have they knocked on my $300,000 car but I have had my window knocked on by the officer and um and each time yeah it was it was a little hard each time each time but it got but I also knew that if my window was already down he wouldn't have been able to knock on my knock on my window now I can't tell say somebody should roll their window down somebody should leave that window up all I'm going to say is if he tells to roll the window down you should roll the window down um and from that point once once he said he was like roll your window down roll your window down or I'm GNA go he said something about going over to the other side then he said as a matter of fact get out of the car get out of you know at that point Tyreek had no control over it and uh I believe he had at least some control I'm not going to say he had um he had control over the situation no he he he he they pulled him over for speeding okay he didn't have but I think any any uh control of the temperament of the altercation I think any control of the temperament of the altercation was uh uh was was lost when he didn't want to he didn't want to let his window down now am I blaming Tyreek for what happened no none of that should have happened what I'm saying is that window of opportunity was opened don't open that window that's all I'm saying don't open that window and then we don't have to try to find just justification for what happened I I think Tyreek was done atrociously you got $150 million laying on the ground is you crazy all because you got ego all because you don't like it maybe like one person said maybe he got all the women down there in Miami and these officers didn't like it maybe they already knew who he was but now from what I can see that it looked to me like they didn't know who he was until after they um until after he was pulled over that's what it looked like to me that it didn't that they know who it was until after he was pull on so I can't say they profiled him and said oh that's Tyreek we're going to pull him over I can't say that because it appears like they didn't know who he was till after he was pulled over and I just think from that point on if he had I mean he said Tariq said whatever he said and I think the officer knocked on this window you know before he even roll down the window when he first walked up bam he tapped the window and that was something Tyreek said when he roll down the window he was saying something about tapping on my window and I get it it's a $300,000 car actually if I don't want nobody to tap on my window I'm going roll the window down in the first place you can't control how the officer is going to going to act on the side of the road you can't control that you have no control over how the office is going to act on the side of the road all right all you can do is control what you have control of and my advice is my advice is if you are told to roll the window down roll the window down because if you don't automatically there's suspicion see now and then I know black a lot of black people why he suspicious why I can't tell you why he's suspicious but the fact that he telling you to roll down the window and you won't roll down the window you know um yeah yeah Au he said uh he said don't knock on my window I get it I get it completely he said don't knock on my window I get that $300,000 car I didn't have a $300,000 car you know what I'm saying my my car was like3 ,000 and I didn't want nobody knocking on that one don't knock on my window but uh after after that happened in a time or two the next time I got pulled over for whatever reason I had my window down there was no reason to knock on anything there was no reason to knock I knew I got pulled over most times you know what you get pulled over for most times you know what you get pulled over for uh a few times you know few times it's just you know the police the police messing with you I you know I I'm not here to pass any Spurs on anybody that's uh officer that's that's that's watching or any of my friends that's officer not trying trying to passing insurgence I'm just saying I know what's real what has happened okay and a lot of you guys know what's real and what has happened I'm just saying if on that encounter if the officer tells me roll down your window I'm going to roll down the window now again initially we didn't know what Tyreek said initially but after the after the camera got back over to him the body cam got back to him when he was handcuffed he told the guy he said hey man no I'm not rolling down that window man he said he told him that no I'm not rolling down that window you know I mean what what can you say I mean I mean that's your that's your right that's your right to not roll down the window however That's a Some police officers going to see that as a red flag bro I don't know why you don't see that I don't know why some of y'all don't see that that's a red flag um let me see Marin Marin say I wish I was there with you my boy once he gave hey I can send you the I can put the link in the um in the comments man I can put the link in the comments let me see let me see if I can put these links in put this link in the comments and um see if uh see if you can get that link cuz if you can get in here I'd love to have you in here uh you know a former former former Birmingham police officer I'd love to hear what he got to say let me see Bam Bam Bam all right I just dropped a I just dropped a link in there I don't know if it's G to pop up on the uh on the stream but if it is what's up Marvin what's up uh qu said uh but the window was rolled down enough for him to communicate and give them credentials no need to roll window all the way down he just tried to flex his muscle in front of his buddy uh and it's going excuse me and is uh in front of his buddy and it's going to cost him and the city because of the body Cam and him using excessive force when all he had to do was write him a ticket and send him on his way he said uh who he he said who he was walking he said who he was uh walking back to his motorcycle I get right right now you said all he had to do was do this you can't tell the police officer how to do his job though we can't tell him how to do his job all he had to do is take it and go well he didn't want to take it and go he didn't want to take it and go and we I you can't question him for not just taking it and going I get what you saying you know what I'm saying then he said his name when he was walking back to his motorcycle to me that means he had no idea it was Tyreek Hill when he pulled him over so the thought any thoughts of they pulled him over because he Tyreek Hill no he he didn't know it was Tyreek Hill he didn't know it was Tyreek Hill until after the stop until after the stop so my my thing was my like I said my whole my whole thing was brother I understand you might not like the police and and things may have happened in your past whether the police has done you wrong your family wrong or a friend wrong I get it I understand that we might have that outlook on it but when you are in the situation I I think the the safest thing you can do unless the safest thing you can do is just do what it I don't think there's ever been a time where a police officer has asked me to do something that was outlandish and I'm I ain't gon to lie to y'all I've been pulling pulled over quite a few times there a lot of people that's got opinions on this that ain't never been pulled over there a lot of people got opinions on this that they never had on handcuffs ain't never been arrested I done been arrested I done had on handcuffs a few times okay so I know what it's like to have um your uh to have a hands handcuffed behind you having to sit on the ground or even be face down on the ground I know what it's like all I'm let me see Marvin said uh rolling back uh yeah rolling back up T it went tenant windows caused a major problem unsafe for the officer and see that when they say for the officer safety that's what they are talking about guys officer you roll back up some tinted windows he cannot see what you doing in that car and then you might well it ain't his business if he got you on the side of that road he he detain you uh for for uh traffic infraction yeah yeah he need to be able to see you if I'm a police officer I don't want to walk I don't want to talk to you through a tinted window I I could be looking down the barrel of a gun and have no idea and we're not GNA act like some police officers hadn't gotten popped just walking up to a car we ain't gonna act like they a never happen Okay for all the abuse that happens you know that that that we that we're outraged about that we Marge against that we that we that we voice our that we voice our opinions about yeah but we cannot act like on the other side there are no times where officer walks up to a car and just out of nowhere boom boom boom boom boom and the car shoots off okay so if I'm an officer and I'm walking up to your car I want your windows down so I can see you I need to see who I'm talking to don't tell me you not rolling down the windows that ain't that how am I supposed to do it come on come on uh Richard Harris he says so flip the script okay uh would it have gone the same way with a white person driving and flexing their rights see again I don't I don't know I don't know because I know that there are situations where officers do you know um Overlook some things that when they have to arrest a white person I know that there are times where what's his name Dylan what Dylan Ruth they took that dude the Burger King I get what you saying I get what you saying but how is it it's like it's they can disrespect the policeman they can jump out the car and be belligerent with the police why can't I why can't I disrespect the policeman why is that a heill you want why is that a heel you you putting your flag up up at you you want to fight the police why is that the hill you want to stand on well a white man don't have to do what he say so I ain't going to do he white man can jump out his car and come back and point his finger at him and call him out his name and this that and other maybe he can not all of them but I've seen some of them do that so you're mad we're mad because we can't do that is that the argument we want to make we're mad because we can't chastise chasti the police when they say we've done done something wrong is is is that our argument let me see um Marlon Thompson can't get it but I respect your conversation um Marvin gaffy one got killed here in town years ago that's when uh tent was illegal exactly a lot of people a lot of people don't get it as far as the Ten is concerned you feel like you you one they don't know what you're hiding in there they don't know if you're hiding guns they don't know if know if you're hiding drug drugs they don't know if you hiding children they don't know if you hiding a body they don't know what you hiding in there but if if there's an alocation where you're having to having to handle business with a police officer you don't roll your window up and disregard him like he's not standing there like it or not black white red green purple orange whatever reaction that police officer gives you open the window for that does that say you deserve what happens after that no but you open the window for the opportunity that's all I'm saying you open the window for the opportunity um Aubrey Welden Ary said police wants the windows all the way down at times the best thing to do is to comply Tariq said he did that for his safety and popularity because it was a lot of people out there who would have recognized him now I get that I get that would have recognized him that's why he said hurry up and do what you got to do people started recording and even a couple of his teammates came by and was detained it I get that okay I get that I get that I get that completely his celebrity his celebrity was was uh was uh was at question you know by having the window down then everybody can see I I get that but I don't know that even though even though that puts you in question uh people looking at you aside eye and you what happened what's going on with Tyreek Hill why he pulled over it's gonna be on the news whether your window is down or up you a celebrity you a celebrity they gonna find out what the scoop is regardless even if it's window had never come down somebody knew that that was Tyreek Hill's um um car even if the police didn't know somebody knew it was his car so I think it would have came out anyway I think it would have came out anyway um I bit the inside of my cheek Richard Harris says um uh they arrested that white golfer and handcuff without being put face down on the ground now I heard about that I didn't see the video of the uh of the white golfer who was handcuffed and I take him without being put on the ground but I do have a question when when they asked him to get out the car did he get out did he did he um did he refuse to get out did they have to open did they have to forcibly open the door did they have to ask him repeatedly to open the door or roll down the window and I'm not being funny I'm asking because I don't know I'm asking because I don't know somebody help me out here um how did how did that how did that work out how did that work out um was he and I again I heard somebody mention it but I didn't see anything in regards to it I didn't see anything in regards to it so I wasn't quite sure so I wasn't quite sure so if anybody knows you know if anybody knows then uh let me know how what happened in that situation Richard Richard what H what happened in that situation um what's up Janine what's up lorya uh we're talking about Tyreek Hill and I'm trying to now everything again like I said at the beginning of the video everything that happened to Tyreek after his door was open I do not agree with I do not agree with I felt like it was complete abuse of power they were overly aggressive that one cop I think that's the one that's been suspended he should have been suspended he ought to be fired damn they need to be arrested for assault okay so I don't agree with nothing that they did not a thing that they did putting them on the ground snatching him out the car it was hot that day I'm sure it was hot that day in Miami just before the game I'm sure it was hot and gonna put that man down on the ground face down on the ground I know it was hot and then I'm sure he hit his knee he said he hit his knee and I have no reason to doubt that he probably hit his knee that he just had surgery on so will the city owe him some money you damn right the city gonna owe him some money as well they should owe him some money he should get paid now it you know and he was telling them himself uh telling him himself thank you for that check thank you for the check thank you for the check you know now I I don't you know how however he want to do that how he wants to do that if he wants to Mark him and talk about him yeah thank you for the check that's cool but they gonna owe him because you got $150 million laying face down on the on the ground one of the faces of our of our state Marlin said uh if you're if you're so scared to do the job don't make the stop that's why they tell us uh to wait on backup you got four officers there uh did you see the did you see them tattoos on the one officer uh that wasn't allowed back when uh back when I was an officer oh okay that wasn't allowed back when I was uh when I was policing the officer that shot the lady in the house that was tatted he was tatted up oh yeah um I can't think of that lady's name now um when she was rebuking him and he shot the lady son of a b um uh it signifies something personally in the officer's life usually gang or race related issues yeah a lot of those taxs can be uh probably can be you know traced back to some some uh some Gang Related some race issu some uh uh um uh Neo I don't want to say the word CA just saying the word the Neo the the Neo enies you know what I'm saying so um uh yeah those taxs could mean that that type of thing um and we don't know but in the same in the same you know instance it's a lot of black officers with police uh with uh with with tattoos and I know a couple of them that's got some discip and some cryp some discip and crypts on them um I mean so you know I I mean that that that kind of you know that kind of that's kind of a wash that's kind of a wash and I know y'all not people might not want to hear that but that's kind of a watch you know what I'm saying I just personally believe that when until that police officer said as a matter of fact get out of the car now everything before he said that Tyreek had I think Tyreek had control to uh to to deescalate the situation even if the officer didn't deescalate situation just roll down the window brother roll down your window and hold and put your hands up there okay you're a celebrity you don't want everybody to see you on the side of the road I get it Marissa Glover hey baby um they both overreacted in this situation uh one overreacted out of out of status popularity and the other overreacted out of uh Authority and position neither of which are good Tai did not respect the author uh his authority and in return they re they treated him as a dis treated him disrespectfully uh not saying it's right exactly that that's what I saw that's what I saw because I I again somebody said somebody else I think it was Richard said that even if uh even if Tyreek had rolled his window down they would have found something else let them find something else then bro let them you going to have to find something cuz I'm not going to give you anything you going to have to find something brother roll down my one F I roll it down you need to step out the car I don't know why I need I don't know why I would need to step out of the car but I do know one thing if he's telling me to step out of the car and I if I do not step out of the car what do I think is gonna happen if he's telling me to step out of the car for whatever reason man he ain't got no reason to be pulling me out my damn car I ain't done nothing step out your car sir I'm stepping out the car and because I've said this before on many videos you cannot beat the police on the side of the road you will not win that fight you beat the police in court if you have a fight you beat them in court you will never beat them on the side of the road you beat them in court Court I tell people all the time Richard Richard said why does it always have to be a different set of rules for us bro I if I could answer that question if I could answer that question then I would have answered it a long time ago so we can get over this hump if this if that if that answer is going to even get us over that hump we know why we know why there's a different set of rules you we know that why there's a different set of rules now am I going to be am I going to be Tunnel Vision on that and said never we never get a break never ever ever ever get a break that's a lie that's a lie it's when we encounter certain people cuz everybody is not like that I don't care what color they are everybody is not like that everybody's not like that so I can't I won't just put that on put that on said you know uh why do they why don't we know why there's a different set of rules but we know we don't have to adhere to those set of rules to everybody only the ones that aren't right only the ones that aren't right so in that sense if you get pulled over by the policeman I don't care what you think I don't care how wrong you think he is I don't care if you if you got dash cam I don't care I don't care I don't care you don't have that argument on the side of the road especially if you see he's not up to hearing what you got to say maybe you can try to voice yourself in the beginning once he shuts it down you know I can't win this fight out here I gotta win this fight in court do what you got to do to make sure you make it home that that's that's the most important thing do what you got to do to make sure you make it home and to me if I get pulled over and the police officer tells me roll down my window I'm rolling down the window simple as that why do I have my window up if he told me to roll it down as a matter of fact if I'm handing the business only only reason I can see why I would attempt to roll the window up is if the officer walked off in this freezing cold outside then I roll I might I'll roll that window back up but me because of me I'm watching the officer when I roll that window up I'm watching him cuz if he comes back guess what I'm going to do I'm G to roll the window back down you're not g to have to knock on my door and and to give you no reason to get an attitude about nothing I made you knock on the door I made you have to ask me to not to roll down the window no bro make it light on yourself windows down need me to step out I don't know why you asking me I ain't did then but I I go and get out the car you know what I'm saying cuz staying in the staying in the car is not an option I don't care who you are staying in the car is not an option you getting out the car one way or another so if you're asked to get out the car get out the car now again I've said from the time that door opened Tariq lost the opportunity to have any type of control on the temperament of this altercation he lost any control over having any kind of control uh of the temperament of that situation because he made the officer said roll down your window again he we didn't know exactly what he said at first but later in the you H see in the video he said he told the officer I'm not rolling at window down and now I know it's because of his celebrity he didn't want to roll his window down I get it but you were told to roll your window down if he wants your window down your celebrity is being trumped your celebrity is being trumped by the judicial system uh Rich Richard Harris you're right I get pulled over about every four or five months on LMA Road and don't never get a ticket exactly exactly bro I cannot tell you of some traffic stops that I've had and I was able to drive away from and I was dealing with a white officer on a dark Road all by myself nobody else around could have been a bad night for me could have been a bad night for your boy but it wasn't you know why because some white officer decided he was going to do his job but not only that he was going to give a black boy a break I take it as that he might not have even said black boy a break I took it as this white boy gave a this white officer um matter of fact he was a sheriff's deputy this white sheriff's deputy gave me a break I got pulled over by a black police officer because he said I made an improper uh turn at the light so there's no there's no Rhyme or Reason to this thing we can't just put on one color and say they do they did this they did that because in Maryland uh I cannot think of that boy's name and Rodney was it Rodney Rodney uh the boy who they put in the back of that police padded wagon those were black officers those were black officers that beat the fool out that boy those were black officers I wasn't here back in the day in Atlanta but I remember hearing about the red dogs those were black officers so we can't we can't just we can't just stereotype it and say they had some you know uh uh um um they always out you know for they always out for you know the white man is always out for the because not every white man is out for for every black man he's not because if it was I would have been locked up that night in Douglasville Georgia several years ago and if anybody know about Douglasville Georgia you know 12 after 12 midnight on Fair bur road coming through Douglasville 12 midnight and you get caught and you get to go home I even know a black hop would probably would have let me go home I don't know a black hop probably would have let me go home home but that white that white that white one sure did so I I'm I don't always put weight on that I don't always put weight on that Marvin Marvin said that's when all hell break loose roll the tented windows down roll the tinted windows down Mark shro what's up what's up Rema says uh as a former 5 you don't have to roll down you RMA says as a former 5 you don't have to roll down your window I was was the type as long as they can hear me I'm fine you don't have you don't have to and I know that because I want to go home too in what in what you just said you said I was the type that as long as they can hear me every officer ain't your type rain every officer ain't your type rain every every officer ain't your type Maybe they don't have to roll down the window but if the officer tells you to roll your window down are we going to be are we going to be justified when we look him in the eye and say well um I don't have to roll my window down sir I told you to roll your window down I I I I don't have to roll my window down who's going to win that fight it won't be me I'm not going to win that fight you know what I'm saying you know you were fine as long as you can hear their voice I've heard officers say it roll it all the way down and I'm not going to question them and be like I don't have to roll it all the way down and I've heard I've seen people do that do I ain't got to roll it all the way down I can just crack it bro roll your window down bro for what what we have we ain't hiding nothing roll the window down that that's the way I see it that's the way I see it and then again people say well if if uh if if you're officer if you're scared if you're scared get another job I get it if he scared get another job but guess what that's the job he got right now and he got you pulled over so how you gonna handle it however he reacts you don't know how he's going to react but he's at your door now on the side of the road he's not going to handle it the way you think he needs to handle it how what you gonna do who gonna win that fight who gonna win that fight re says I'm fully aware of the corruption uh of an officer is out for dirt uh it doesn't matter it doesn't matter what you do exactly exactly and sometimes and and I don't even think it ain't even got to be about dirt people have bad days and you may just be unfortunate to run into have an altercation or situation or moment with a police officer that's having a bad day it happens it happens is it fair ultimately no but does it happen yeah yeah it happens um re said I've seen situations where there was total compliance and gotta be down you right ain't no Rhyme or Reason to this thing but you should act and what you feel is best in getting you home safe and sound if there is the option to go home safe and sound to uh dino said officers should learn uh to turn down the temperature during traffic stops and we wouldn't be having those comos I get it I get it I get it I get it however these are the ex that we have these are the expressions of the expectations that we have if I was an officer I would do it this way but we're not those officers we don't know where they come from or what their background is it might be a corrupt background it might be a good background he's just having a bad day we don't know we don't we don't really know what what the situation is you know what I'm saying um um uh I mean yeah the officer can learn the turn down but I believe in in my watching that video the officer got turned up because he did not want to roll down his window that's what turned the situation up and like and I was saying earlier as an officer I'm I've never been an officer but I know what it's like to stand in front of some stand next to somebody's car and they got dark tent you can't see inside their car I know what that's like not but as a officer and you pulling over a stranger I you got to assume that that that's scary every every situation that they pull somebody over on the side of the road there's the question of is this a same person or not when I pull them over so I mean so I mean I get it with him wan to turn it down but if Tyreek had just rolled down a Wonder brother ain't nobody trying to degrade you and I understand you're a celebrity you don't want everybody to see you but at that point your celebrity is trumped by the judicial system I think it could I think that officer would have given him his ticket and let him go on by his business if he had let that window stay down if he had let and and not so much even if he had just let the window stay down later in the video you heard him say I told him I wasn't rolling the window down what do you do with that as a if you were a police officer if you if you were a police officer and you pull somebody over and you tell them uh ma'am sir roll roll down your window so you can talk to them it's Pitch Black in the vehicle you can't see in the vehicle you don't know what they're doing inside that vehicle I need to be able to protect myself please roll your window down so I can see what's going on so I can make sure I'm I don't need to be ducking or diving what's so hard about that people what's hard about that toy um Dino said they knew it was Tyreek in that situation they knew it was him after they pulled him over because you can see in the v you see in the video he didn't he didn't he didn't realize it was Tyreek until he was walking back to his vehicle I'm walking back uh to to his motorcycle so and and that's what he was like that's when they was saying it's it's Tyreek Hill which leads me to believe that they didn't know it was Tyreek Hill that they were pulling over so I don't think that there was any profiling to do or anything like that I don't think they knew it was him I think it once they saw it was him yeah okay it's Tyreek Hill okay Tyreek roll down the window roll down the window Tyreek roll down the window or I'mma get you to step out the car I'm matter of fact get on out the car just that quick that's just how quick it was that's just how quick it was cuz he wouldn't roll the window back down um uh re says sometimes compliance to bad officers is the insult because uh we we are as a black black people supposed to be difficult and when we aren't the provoking is next my issue was handcuffing and knee in the back prone position all first initially uh when we when we are the um uh uh and so black because black people are supposed to be difficult and when we aren't um the provoking is next I get that I've seen people be provoked let you got to let that H why jump the gun and give them a reason you gonna have to provoke me you gonna have to dig you gonna have to find a reason because I'm not going to put one on the platter for you and say here you can you arrest me for this here you can detain me for this no you going to have to find a reason to detain me I'm not gonna give it to you he said and I understand with the handcuffing and the knee in the back and the pr uh the knee in the back that was horrible on that hot ground on that hot ground horrible horrible so I I agree that he should not have been put on the ground I can't say that I mean I can't say he shouldn't have been handcuffed I can't say that because I don't I don't exactly know what the laws are for police or what the rules or or or regulations are for police officers once they once they decide they're removing somebody from the car does it do they automatically have to uh put handcuffs on them I don't know I don't know I know they asked him to roll down the window and when he wouldn't roll it down he said said I'm I'mma get uh if you if you roll down the window or I'm uh I'mma make you get out the car and then he started talking about the other side of the car I guess he was saying because he wanted to see see something or whatever whatever he was saying about the other other side of the car and Terry still hadn't rolled the window down that's when he came back and was like you know as a matter of fact get out because he he saw that he was not complying after he told him I'm not opening this this window man you open the door do you deserve any abuse to happen no you do not deserve any abuse to happen do you deserve to be treated wrong no you do not to be deserve to be treated wrong but what but what but what if you don't comply what do you think is going to happen if they're telling you to get out they're saying step out of the car they're saying roll down the window and you don't roll down the window they're telling you we're gonna pull pull you out the car and you still don't roll down the window we want we want to fight so much that we just it's it's like we it's like to us to comply with the officer is some level of sub servitude you're lowering your standard you're weak because you're bowing went down to the man dude he just he asked you to roll down the window he asked you to roll down the window asked you to step out the car and stepping out the car could have been avoided if you had rolled down the window I don't agree with nothing that happened to him after that door was open I don't agree with anything that happened from the time they pulled him out the car till they till they threw him on the ground till they handcuffed him till they pulled him back till they till he told him he he just had surgery on his knee yeah I believe they going to cut him a check they need to cut him a check they should cut him a check they should cut him a check but it could have been avoided um um Dino said I feel like they provoked Tyreek first thing they uh they said when he rolled down the window was why don't you have one a seat belt how H H how is that provoking din know for real a officer is provoking you if he pulls you over and you don't have on your seat belt the officer is provoking you come on Dino that how is that provoking come on seat belt law how is that provoking uh uh R said he's gonna lose his he's gonna lose his job no um if the tent is the issue we have the ability to use our loud ass bull horns and give give commands again you're suggesting that another officer handles it the way that you would have handled handled it which is still being handled individually personally that's a personal way that you would handle it you can't tell and then you ride they rideing motorcycles where they gonna have keep a bullhorn they riding they riding motorcycles where they goingon to keep a bullhorn at come on y'all they R marks Marx Ro said even though they should they should have just gave him a ticket and kept it moving blacks are perceived as perceived as as a threat so in the uh in in that being said do what you got to do to get home safe bottom line that's all I'm saying M and if that means comply comply why is that hearing black men hearing the word comply from the police officer it's like a modern woman hearing the word obey come from her husband black men hearing the word comply coming from an officer it's like a a modern woman hearing the word obey coming from her husband that's why we bucket so is that why we bucket so much we bucket because we feel like they're telling us to obey obey them and we don't want to feel like we we obeying them is that what it is because that's that's that's where the issue comes in every have everybody has a problem with compliance well why can't we do it the way that they do it I saw this video with another man jumped out the car and he cussed the policeman out okay cool go ahead try that and don't be flabbergasted when it doesn't work for you so because they can be belligerent and crazy and obnoxious with the policeman and nothing happens to them you feel like or we feel like we should be able to be belligerent and and and and all of that loud and and and and all that to the police officer he he can cuss you out I should be able to cuss you out why are we fighting to cuss them out that's my question why are we fighting to cuss the police out why is that the fight uh d say the Second Officer did now I'm glad you I'm glad you just said that sir ieno said the Second Officer did all of that he wasn't the officer taking uh talking to Tariq in the first place so he walked up with an attitude from the start Bingo and why was that officer why was that why did that officer feel like it was time for him to move in to strike why why why did that officer feel like that was time for him to to move in and strike you know why it was time for him to move in and strike because the person in the car was not complying the door was open figuratively and literally the door was open had he rolled down the window and dealt with that officer that other officer the second one the abusive one the crazy one with the test would have had no reason to even over there but the situation got escalated because his partner his partner now then raised his voice telling the guy roll down your window never mind get out the car and he jumped into action my partner he jumped into action you open the door of opportunity why don't we see that why don't we see that we open that door of opportunity uh R said uh Jay if you can hear hold on do if you can hear them our guidelines are to tell you why you were pulled over ask for license and registration issue the ticket drive off that's proper procedure I get it I get it okay you said um our got lines to tell you where uh uh why tell them why you pulled why you pulled them over okay um and then ask for license and registration issue the ticket and drive off okay but those are your those are what your regulations say those are what your guidelines say how many of us civilians have that posted in our car how none of us and even if we did have it posted in the car if we would have pulled that off and stick it in our officer's face and say this says this is what you're supposed to do what you think is going to happen to us he's not gonna say oh oh you oh you right you right you right you got it you got it damn she got it she got it I can't do that she got damn she got the paper she got the paper it's posted up right yeah man got the guidelines in them I can't even he ain't G that ain't gonna stop them that ain't G that's not going to stop them R That's Not Gon to stop them if they want to pull you out if they want your window all the way down you telling them that their guidelines is to do this is probably gonna piss him off am I right or am I wrong you trying to tell him what the guidelines are for his job is probably gonna piss him off right that's what's gonna happen it's just gonna piss him off and then now you got another Stone to deal with okay so all right do know said don't ask me about the seat belt just write me a ticket on it okay now how now how satisfied would you be if if a officer walked up to you you didn't you don't have your seat belt on he ain't said nothing to you about your seat belt and then he goes back to his car he write if you were speeding or whatever he write your speed ticket and he just put seat Bel on there you know the first thing you gonna say he ain't said nothing about no seat belt that's going to be the first thing come out your mouth man come man he a say nothing about no seat belt come on man that's going to be the first thing out your mouth out of my mouth too like okay I know he pulled me over for speeding or improper turn or whatever man he put seat belt on him man he ain't even saying nothing about no seat belt so I so come on come on come on he said the officer's tone was aggressive and he turned the temp up and that's what that's why Tyreek rolled his window up no no no no no no no no that's not what I saw that's not what I saw that's not what I saw actually I think the officer's tone was elevated because of the location first and foremost because they were on the side of a busy road so um I think I think I think his voice probably was elevated because of that initially but before the officer could even say a word to Tyreek what was the first thing Tyreek said when he rolled his window down do you know what the first thing he said when he rolled his window down man don't be knocking on my window that's the first thing he said when he roll down the one before the officer could even tell him what his infraction was or why he pulled him over he said man don't be knocking on my window now Tyreek was mad because that officer knocked on his knocked on the window of his $300,000 car I get it I get it but you knew you got pulled up over so what was he supposed we want we want it to happen the way we want it to happen he wanted the officer to come over and say uh sir could you please roll down your window I'm assuming that's what he wanted but that's not what happened the officer walked up the window wasn't down so the officer tapped on the window tap tap tap open you know you know you got pulled over why you wonder up and it's tented why you got this dark tinted window rolled up what what am I what am I missing here what am I what are we missing we got this dark roll down your window okay so I and and then and then he tell them to leave the window down and you tell the officer no I a I ain't leaving this window down man because that's what he said later on that's what he told him I ain't rolling the I ain't leaving the window down man you police officer what okay I all all right sir you you ain't got to roll the window down even though I asked you told you to roll the window down you not F to do that you not F to go back to your car you fa handle that right then and there I don't care who you are y'all can say it was ego and this that another ego we go heego whatever at that point if you are a police officer and you tell a guy to roll down his window and he look you in your face and tell you he ain't rolling down no window he and his feelings why wouldn't he be why wouldn't he be why would why wouldn't he be in his feelings some some of y'all don't make sense to me sometimes I know and I know I ain't the most logical person in the world I know sometimes I can say some stuff that's completely out there sometimes but y'all say it too come on come on Ray Ray hay Ray hay said uh the tag was called in before he approached the call he had the ID uh go write the ticket why the chitchat he wanted he wanted to talk because it was Tariq Hill again we want the officer to handle the situation the way we want him to handle it that's not up for us he don't come and tell me how to do my job he ain't come to tell nobody else how to do they job that's how he chose to do his job and and I don't think he did anything everything before that door was open I don't think nothing was done wrong I don't think anything was even when even when he even when he knocked on the window it's not wrong for him to knock on your $300,000 window roll it down you have a you have a situation going on with with uh uh with with the uh with the police roll your window down I understand you a celebrity you don't want nobody to see you but the officer said roll your window down you that's the that's the hill you gonna stand on that's the hill you g you gonna fight your battle on on that Hill is that is that what we doing uh re said no I'm telling you I'm telling you the training all you said you telling me the training their their commands to speak to speak on the motorcycle I I I again that I'm sure there are commands to sa from the motor mcle I don't know that I've ever seen a police do commands from a motorcycle from a car year on on the speaker I don't know if I've seen it on the motorcycle maybe I have maybe I haven't but are we saying that that's how it's supposed to happen he's not he's not supposed to get off of his bike walk up to walk up to the car and talk to the and and talk uh first first uh contact this face to face with the with the uh with the with the driver is that he's not supposed to do that because you're laying out rules you're laying out these guidelines as if this is how they're supposed to do it but I don't I don't I don't see where I don't see I don't see anything in there way he did anything that would be questionably out of line as to how he handled the situation prior to the door being open again once the door was open that second cop came in in and all bets was off and that second cop came in because the door was open for opportunity because we didn't comply in the first place what's hard I I I'm I'm failing to see the hard part martial art social media videos got some people like uh like this is hilarious you right you're absolutely right and which is one of the reasons why I can understand why Tyreek didn't want his face out there you go you going to be a meme you going to be a meme you know what I'm saying Ray ha says uh they was looking for something when they they uh they was looking for something uh when they find out it was it was Tyreek Hill I don't know that I've heard that narrative that they were actually looking for something I don't know maybe they could have maybe because of the car and they knew it was a black guy maybe they could have but I don't I you said they called it in I didn't hear what they say they called it in prior to uh pulling him over I I missed that video so I need to go back and pull that one up where they say they called in the tag to make sure it was him before they approached the V uh the uh the vehicle because from my perspective what I saw was that he didn't know it was Tyreek he was he was saying it was Tyreek as he was walking away from tyre's car back to his motorcycle as if he didn't know that's who it was before he walked up to the car that's the way it that's the way it appeared to me I could be wrong I could be wrong again I ain't always right you know what I'm saying I think I think I'm right a lot more than people give me credit for it but anyway uh I but you know in that in that situation uh I don't know if they were looking I don't know if they were necessarily looking for anything I didn't catch that narrative but but now that you said that I'mma go out there and look up look up some more stuff uh re says that's why I T um that's why oh that's why I tuned uh to give the information I'm trying to open up your comments uh if it doesn't you lose your your livelihood I I I I get it so are you saying that that that officer handled that situation incorrectly I'm speaking of the first officer that approached him that told him to roll down the window are I I need I want to be clear re are are you saying he did not uh follow protocol answer that one for me he did not follow protocol he should have stayed on the bike and and said what he needed to say from the bullhorn not knowing how he's going to hear coming hear tyre's voice um behind the windows in on the side of the road so I'm um and let let me let let me let me read the rest of what you said you said I'm telling you the training there is a command speaker on the motorcycle you are ignoring the fact that the officer made a secondary issue just like uh with Sonia Sonia uh Massie he created the issue ask uh ask the officer to to turn off the stove um are you you talking about the Second Officer uh as the officer you have the power so if they can hear you tell them why you are pulling okay so maybe he couldn't hear him though cuz we could not we're not going to act like it was a gang it wasn't a gang of cars passing by that was constant traffic going by so I I mean I'm I'm I'm I'm I I mean I'm I'm missing that part I'm missing that part as far as you know uh pulling them over and using you know using the the uh the the command speaker and this that and other I'm I'm I'm kind of lost on that in regards to how it has to be done when you pull someone over on the side of the road road but you are a motorcycle officer I don't see how even if even if even if I just don't see how speaking on the on the on the uh communication speaker you can verify that they can even hear you in the car I I don't know how you can verify that I again I'm not I'm not questioning the protocol I'm just saying that there's something missing in that seems to me there seems to be something missing in that but you're seem you seem to be implying that this is what they are supposed to do and I'm just trying to get clarification as to are those the exact steps that they need to they need to do um Ray Hayes they were looking for something uh that's what I Ray Hayes Ray hay says uh if it was me or you they would have uh they would have wrote the ticket and went on by the way they probably would you know why because I would have rolled my window down they would had no reason to pull me out because they they they're afraid of what's inside the car they probably would have given me my ticket and I would have gone on because I would have rolled my window down when he told me to roll my window down now maybe that would wouldn't be your method but if you have a method to ensure that you be able to drive off then fine I I'm all for it my my method is to comply do what's asked of you and you could probably there more times and not you'll you'll be able to leave that situation unless you are currently breaking the law by something else you are doing so um uh uh re said can you agree if officer follow procedure we wouldn't be here I can agree with that if I knew the officer procedure I mean I know you wrote that down but that does I'm trying to see how how I'm trying I'm trying to see how how that is really relevant I'm honestly and I ain't trying to be funny I'm trying to see how is it relevant that the officers should not have approached the vehicle because at this point I'm sold on the thought that you are saying the officer should not have approached the vehicle I'm sold on that idea that you're saying the officer should not have approached the vehicle um and I know you said some more a little bit later I'm G come down to come down to your other comments uh dino said there should be repercussions for officers not following Pro I completely agree I completely agree officers that don't follow protocol officers that Mis um that that mistreat you um I I get it I get it I'm I'm totally off of that I'm with that one I'm with you 100% on that one bro I'm with you 100% on that one um um let me see Ray hay said you still act like the tag is not called in before they approach the car again I know that sometimes the tag is called in before um I also know that that even if they do run the tag they still want to know who's driving the car because sometimes the person driving the car is not the owner of the vehicle um so just because they run the tag don't mean they can identify who's driving the car can can can we agree on that can we agree on just because they run the tag and they say oh well Tyreek Tyreek H owns that owns that vehicle okay all right who the person in the vehicle might be him but we're not sure can we agree that there's no way for them to be certain of that um but again again I didn't see I didn't see any communication on YouTube or or or or or or the internet any Google or any any other news sites that I looked at and I'm not to say that I looked at them all I'm not saying that I've looked at them all I've looked at some but I haven't seen any that said the tag was run um before he approached the vehicle probably there's a good chance that it was but again that don't mean that that's who was driving the vehicle um but I get what you saying I get what you're saying Ray I get what you're saying um re says I've been called all kinds of [ __ ] and hoes but I give a ticket and walk off I know I could it could turn into something uh it could turn into something but again it's Serve and Protect I stayed in service I stayed in service mode because I'm going to keep it moving I I applaud that but you're making it about you're making it about you though it not this is you you're saying what you would do you're saying what you would do and how situations happen for you and I I I I I everybody every officer is not going to handle it the way you handle it even if it's protocol even if there's a protocol for them to do it we know our officers don't follow protocol you know why because we know everybody that has a job don't do everything that the job tells you you're supposed to do that's just human nature human you don't do I don't care who you are if you got a job you don't do everything everything you don't do everything that's something that's something that you don't do that's something that you could do that's something that you could do you know you might take care of all the Necessities you know what I'm saying what's needed but there are some things that could happen to help and Aid you might not do all those things so we don't always do everything to a te so I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of officers that have very successful side of the road situations and come away with no altercations that don't follow exactly what protocol says they should do um you R says I keep saying that and ignoring the proper procedures why I don't get it I'm not ignoring them I'm not ignoring them I'm not ignoring the procedures whatsoever what I'm saying is what you're laying out as proper procedures but well one thing one thing ma'am I and I kept asking you I kept asking you is what he did wrong I understand what you're saying proper procedure is but as a former police officer are you telling me that that officer getting off of his motorcycle and approaching the vehicle was wrong was that wrong you're not answering that part for me because I I I want to know that because you're saying I'm I'm ignoring proper procedure I'm not ignoring proper procedure I'm only talking about what happened in the video I'm I'm on because I don't know procedure I've never been a police officer my next day as a police officer will be my first day as a police officer so I don't know proed I know what you're telling me and I can read it and I can comprehend uh uh uh what you're telling me but that don't mean that every police officer follows that to a t to have a successful situation on the side of the road um Ray said why was he on the driver's side in traffic why was he on the driver's side in traffic he was a driver I'm I'm I missed that I I missed that bro I missed that bring that bring that back to me you saying why is he on the driver's side in traffic they always call the tag in on traffic stops okay okay cool okay they always call the uh the tag in on traffic soues okay I get it I get it okay so you said uh why was he on the driver's side he was a driver he was a driver when they ran the tag I guess you know what I'm saying um re said he wasn't trying to he wasn't trying to hear him I understand that R but you're acting like we can just tell these police well R told me on Facebook that you have a procedure that you have to follow and if you follow that procedure I ain't got to listen to what you say I'm not trying to get shot what what part of that you you're you're arguing with me about what should happen we're talking about what happened we're talking about what happened you said he wasn't trying to hear him okay maybe he wasn't trying to hear him maybe he was trying to see him maybe he was trying to see him roll down your rolling down your windows ain't got nothing to do with hearing you if you gonna crack it so they can hear you cool cool if you going to crack it so they can hear you cool but if and they have a problem with that that's still another situation you got to deal with but if the window is is tinted it's more about I would think it's more about seeing in the vehicle than hearing everything that comes out of the vehicle Am I Wrong Am I Wrong Am I Wrong Am I Wrong Ray said go to the passenger side away from go to the passenger side away from traffic oh you're talking about the officer you I thought you talking about Tariq okay you're talking about the officer why didn't the officer go to the passenger side well I maybe he could have there were from what I can see there were two there were two motorcycles they both pulled up one was on the right side one was on the left side he was on the vehicle that was on the left side the street side so yeah he could have got off and then walked around his vehicle then walked around the car then went over there to the to the pass yeah he he probably could have done that but he decided to get off and walk straight to the window I don't I don't know that we can I don't know that we have a valid heel to stand on to question to say you he should have went to the other side of the vehicle I I I don't I don't know if that's a I don't know if that's a I mean maybe it is a valid Hill to stand on maybe it is maybe it is I he should have went to the other side he should have went to the other side so he can hear him I get that I get that I and that that would have protected his uh his identity as well I get that again that's how we would want him to handle the situation that's not how he has to handle the situation and if he Wasing the thought of getting it done doing it and getting it over with pretty quick he probably went yeah I'm go ahead and shoot to this front right here let me go ahead and get this dude a ticket and get him out come on dude roll down your dude roll down your wi all right cool thanks all right come on hey roll your window back down bro roll your window down I I don't I don't know I okay he could have went to the other side but you can't you can't fault him for not thinking what you just had time to ponder and think about how he could have handled it differently we've all had time to ponder and think about how he could have handled that differently it's not fair to somebody that's in the moment somebody that's in the moment yeah he could a lot of ways he could have handled it I would have handled it differently but I'm not that officer that officer is not me so I I get I get what you're saying Dino said my question to you is is it common for three motorcycle cops to pull over one vehicle doesn't that seem a little suspicious it's not like Tyreek was running from them he did pull over no he wasn't he wasn't running from them from them and he was pulled over however he was pulled over for speeding I don't know why it was three three motorcycles together for all we know those three V those three motorcycles cuz when I when the video first comes on when I first when the video first comes on that's more than one motorcycle there's more than one motorcycle rolling when they're coming to a stop that's more than one motorcycle so that doesn't that's not to say that that was one cop and then he called more cops to come all three of those cops could have been there when he drove by that's possible because from the video they weren't yeah a bunch of police pulled up later but initially there was more than one motorcycle there I can see you can see the the one cop that was on his motorcycle and you saw the other cop that walked up to the car get off of his motorcycle so I can't I it might be somewhat safe to assume that the third one might have been with them as well it's safe to assume that the third one might have been with them as been with him as well re says I only spoke about born because you said he couldn't see due to due to the tent um if tent is your concern use your bull horn don't approach would that not be a preference would that would would that not be a preference is that preference or procedure is that preference or procedure to me that sounds like preference like you would prefer to do it this way because of this situation that sounds like that sounds more like preference than procedure to me um R says more times than not if you tell a person why you pull them over and issue a ticket that eliminates extra conversation I get that but if when you first when they when they first roll that window down the first thing he says to you before you can even identify yourself the first thing he say to you don't be knocking on my window he mad cuz you knocked on his window you knocked on his window because you approached the car and the window was still up you can't talk to him through a window why does this make sense to me why does it why why does this only make sense to me you a police officer you walk up to a car they know they pulled over you pull them over he know he's about to interact with you why is he why why why would you have to ask for him to roll his window down wh why would you have a ask why is he not why is he not got his window down ready to give you his information his license license registration Insurance whatever whatever it is that's required in that state you know you pulled you are pulled over why not be ready when the officer get there why make the officer have to ask you for stuff he because you don't want to volunteer stuff which is crazy because you don't want to volunteer stuff that they're going to ask for anyway and they're gonna get more times than not I um re says more times than not if you tell a person okay you said eliminate the extra uh you pull them over eliminate the extra conversation he didn't even get to tell them why he pulled them over tyreq probably already knew why he got pulled over but he didn't even get a chance to to tell him why he pulled him over at first because the first thing he said man don't be knocking on my window what is that what is that so if you're and then a lot of time we want to act like all they can be all officers and cops all they want to we like these people are not human you approach somebody and they say that to you and your line of work you're a police officer this is what you do every day and you walk up to a car you got to knock on the window because the person didn't roll down that window knowing that you were approaching the car but when they roll down the window the first thing they say to you is man don't be knocking on my window how you think that how do you think that situation is about to go how do you think that anybody who saw the video know what I'm talking about when he rolled down the window the very first thing out of tyre's mouth was man don't be knocking on my window come on come on uh R said I'm saying uh what what best practices sir I get that you're saying what best practices are I get what you're saying it's human nature not to just comply all the time either I I get that I get that I get that too Ray Hayes that's the start of the investigation now when you get the ID you know who you're dealing with right I get it I get it but when you go to get the ID if the first thing that come out their mouth is them telling you man don't be knocking on my window we can't act like police just remove human element from everything human emotion should just be snatched out of their body it ain't real to think that it ain't real to think that because if a if I'm a police officer I've been on the job and I've been doing my thing I I would like to think that I'm a I'm an officer worth worth something cuz I'm not going to be a bad officer so even if I'm even if I'm I'm the best officer out there if I if I approach some somebody's car and they don't have that window rolled down yeah I might not I might tap on this window hey bro roll your window down and if you roll down your window and the first thing you say to me man don't be tapping on my window this whole situation might go differently because you just threw you you you threw me for a loop boom up okay I'm an officer and I shouldn't okay okay I shouldn't have let I shouldn't let that affect me you shouldn't most times it might not but this time it did so now that now we're here I think if he if Tyreek had not opened that window and said that and if he had rolled down his window when the man said roll your window down none of this would have happened none of it but but because it all happened I'm glad Tyreek going to get a check I'm glad he going to get a check get that money get that money cuz they they abuse you they Abus you but you open that door for abuse you opened that door for abuse they didn't have to do it but they did it but you open the door for the opportunity for it to happen now do they need a door of opportunity for it to happen no some guys get beat just for the hell of it that's not the situation we're dealing with today we're dealing with a situation that I think could have been deescalate if it had been handled differently if a police officer approaches my car I I don't have my window rolled up especially if I got dark tinted windows I I don't have my window uh rolled up you say I answered the question uh you didn't see it no I I didn't I didn't um re said I'm not arguing I'm debating no right right yeah no no argument no arguments people it's all love the these are debates these are debates these are debates and conversations um 100 miles per hour is that how fast he was going uh Marvin is that how fast he was going 100 miles per hour 100 miles per hour he might have been late trying to get to the game I get it you the cheater you are known for Speed that's why you got a Lamborghini or or whatever kind of car it was Lamborghini or Corvette I don't know what it was I don't know what it was those a sports car you known as the cheatah one of the fastest men ever in the league I get it I get it fast fast fast 100 miles an hour I didn't know I didn't know you were going that fast if you were going that fast I didn't know that you ever heard of the name Henry rugs another super fast guy straight out of Alabama super fast love speed love speed speed speed speed speed speed speed shout out to uh uh uh shout out to UA coaches speed speed speed but um but yeah I what happened with Henry rugs he in jail now he killed somebody so we so if he was going 100 miles an hour then we definitely can't act like it was nothing you know what I'm saying and people like man I drive 100 Mil miles an hour all the time where you break the law every day I D 100 I drive 95 I drive 85 I drive 90 miles an hour all the time so what you break the law every time you do it and if you get pulled over you ain't got a foot to stand on what part of that is not is new to you what part of that is new to y'all 100 miles an hour you know what I'm saying uh R said I've been on both sides um I think it's your job in the uh day in and day out uh you can see uh you can see it from you can see it from my side I and I try to see it from the officer's side you know I I I I don't look at nothing you know from one side I try to I try to see both sides having been on both sides life experiences Trump all speculations and again I can't speak to your experiences because I haven't lived those I've lived my experiences and they're probably some vastly different experiences than what you have dealt with you know what I'm saying um procedure uh if it's your concern that is uh re re said that is your answer if you're the only person that if you're if you're the only person that gets it human nature like you said it can be human nature bad day for the officer but not the citizen I get it I get it I get it I get it there there's many different ways to look at it there's there several different ways to look at it but one thing that I don't think one thing that cannot be denied I don't think one thing that can't can't be uh can be denied is if Tyreek had been ready for the and and now and and now I'm doing what now I'm doing what everybody else is doing I'm saying what what what what I think should have happened or how y'all was saying how the police should have reacted I'm saying how Tariq should should have how Tyreek should have uh reacted I think Tyreek even though uh yeah the guy tapped on your window that pissed you off he he putting fingerprints knocking whatever on your $300,000 car I get it I get it I ain't never had a $300,000 car you know what I'm saying I get it but if if what Marvin if what what Marvin you posed if that's true if he was doing 100 miles an hour you lucky all did was tap on your window if you were clocked at a 100 you're lucky all they did was tap your window well well I I kind of take that back I kind of take that back because that's not all that that happened that's not eventually what happened is what happened which is the bad part which is which is ultimately the part that I that I'm disgusted with I'm disgusted how they how they did Tyreek I'm disgusted with what they did to him I'm disgusted with what how they snatched him out the car I'm disgusted by how they grabbed him by the neck I'm disgusted by way they put him on the ground I'm disgusted by way they put his knee his knee in his back I'm disgusted by way by the way they had him face down on a hot Street in Miami Florida I'm disgusted with that how they made his knee hit the ground cause whether he just said it or not I can see how his knee would have hit the ground once they forced him on the ground he just had surgery you got aund you got $150 million laying on on the ground are you crazy so I get it I get it I get it all I'm saying all I'm saying I'm G get ready to wrap this up I'mma get ready to wrap this up um let me see do said police are trained to deal with iate drivers so they should manage the situation and bring down the temp how is how can he bring down the temp if the driver won't roll down his window he's already he's already kind of barked at you and said man don't be knock don't be knocking on my window and then roll the window up you can't see inside the vehicle you don't know what he's doing inside how how how how how can you bring down the temp how can you bring down the temp I know like Ray hay said yeah he could have went to the other side of the car he could have he truly truly could have but that's in the best thought scenario that's after we done had a chance to look at it and in retrospect oh he could have done this well in the moment that's not what he thought to do I don't think I don't I don't see where we can blame the first officer in how he was handling the situation I don't I don't see it me personally that's just me I don't see any blame in the first off officer in the situation the one who got off his motorcycle walked up tapped on the window you don't like him tapping that's fine roll your window down he won't be able to tap on your window if you roll it down you've been pulled over you doing 100 miles an hour you know he com to your car roll down your window have your paperwork ready all right so he walked up to you tap on your window you mad okay so then you hand out your and before before he can even say anything to you you roll down your window you said man don't be tapping don't be knocking on my window you give him your license and you roll your window back up he tells you roll your window down you tell him no I ain't rolling down my window he said that he actually said that because he said it later in the video no I ain't rolling down no window as a police officer what you do you back down do you back down do you back down and do what this person who was just doing 100 miles an hour on the road that you pulled over you do what he tell you to do that's not how it works folks that ain't how it works that's not how this works that's not how any of this works but what is it I'm going on an hour and a half y'all uh we've been going going going uh r i see uh you said and yes uh you are trained with that understanding people are going to say crazy [ __ ] stuff I I get it I get it I get it I get it you got to be able to you got to be able to keep your calm in all situations I get it I get it but if if but we all know that that don't happen all the time for nobody for nobody because that might be the the rules for you know being a police for being a police officer but I think that kind of applies for everybody on on on you know in in in everyday life sometimes people gonna say crazy [ __ ] you got to you got Overlook it or you got to deal with a situation and sometimes you don't want sometimes sometimes you don't want to walk off sometimes you want to deal with it sometimes you want to step in the mud with the pigs not calling the police P I'm saying the police want to step in the mud if if if if the if the driver is giving them lip soon as they open the window he can walk off and like I'm just gonna go handle it and sign his paper and go let him go or he can be like no no no no no no no hold on and you can take the authority that that the paperwork says you got all right y'all that's all I got on that that's all I got on that uh I appreciate everybody who did tune in who did check it out everybody
