Marc Marquez : "One year ago I was thinking about stopping my career"

Mark yesterday when you won the Sprint you didn't want to get too carried away but today you can get carried away over a thousand days you've waited to be victorious but that must have felt like a really long race for you was super long I mean I first time I checked the labs it was l14 l12 more or less and and just still have race to go but uh but yeah it was super super difficult to keep the concentration was the most difficult part because I was riding super good in the middle of the race even my my head start to to be around already in the podium but uh but just I try I try to push there on the middle to to keep again the concentration but yeah when I crossed the Le the Finish Line uh was amazing feeling and uh my first thoughts was uh I mean all the people helped me during these uh very hard moments uh because I'm alone there on the race track but behind me is a a very nice team a very nice people a very nice family very nice girlfriend brother and and yeah all these people that is helping me day by day what was your message to the fans when you came in on your slowdown lap and just if you can try and Su up the emotions about where you were in your darkest times as well because there was maybe a point where it could have been all over yeah you know as I say and and I repeat one year ago I was just uh thinking about stopping my career or continue but uh you know uh I think you start or you already know me and uh someday I will retire but when I will retire I will not have any question mark about uh my possibilities I will try everything to be longer and longer and longer in my in my career to be competitive and and yeah g team give me the opportunity I try to enjoy it I try to to use this opportunity like a rookie Rider like a trying to to work more than than ever and and I'm super happy after that long four years uh or long two three four years come back in the in the top of the podium well we're so happy that you didn't stop well done today mark thank you very much thank you byebye
