clean up what they have to do to win this game against the Falcons on Monday night um I wouldn't be walking into this game thinking things are going to be easy um we have a dry field fantastic which is awesome I can't wait I'm pumped I think the Eagles have played way better than any other team that I saw play on Sunday to Monday really week one if you really want to put it there okay um so it's kind of it's kind of crazy kind of nuts but I hope everyone's doing good tonight um what are the main things that we really need to see clean up and obviously Jaylen Herz obviously some of these play sequences this defensive line I think is going to be put to the test this week because you know like I said I think that field had a lot to you know a lot of slipping and sliding and obviously some you know some of these connections weren't really good some of these pressures weren't really good in this game so I'm hoping to see somebody kind of I guess rise up to the occasion when it comes to the edge rusher position I don't know if jayx Hunt is playing this week um you know you know we're loving what ncoe Dean is showing us we're loving what obviously Zack bond has been an absolute Beast if he plays the same way like he has been um it's going to be a big problem going forward big problem going forward as of right now um so we have uh a reveal for you guys on some new merch more new do you think the rest of the teams played at least in the division were you is there anybody really out there that really worries you besides obviously some of the top teams that are out there but um even within the division it looked really ugly it looks like the commanders are clearly still on a rebuild it looks it looks as if um I thought the Cowboys played really well really um I know I know DeShaun Watson was Zero for 10 over passes over 15 yards it seems like the Cowboys really capitalize um on pretty much every every mistake that you know the Cleveland Browns made it just looked horrible um you know when when their defense is on the field you know a million you know all game can't sustain any drives the Browns offense couldn't sustain any drives all game um you know that's what that's what's really going to happen right now so I want to say hi to everybody in the chat I want to appreciate Everybody by the way for everybody that's been supporting the videos supporting way too many plays that we've seen in that game that just looked too familiar way too familiar um when it comes to you know some of the uh some of the old footage that we seen from last year whether it's a bubble screen whether it's these read option Keepers QB draws tight end screen I mean you name it I I'm I I saw Nick serani with something in his hand that he was checking off I feel like he is interjecting with Kell Moore's offense we'll get to see how much more we're going to see of that this Monday night but I do not like that at all I I honestly don't um Nick just can't help himself I don't know but Rollin says take a seat uh sit down relax my goodness sakes come chill and listen to our boy Joey shakes hell yeah James says some of the play calling felt like last year's I totally agree Jimbo not worried about the offense but our our defense needs to get some pressure yeah our defense are line like and I know the DTs I felt really good about I really like Jaylen Jaylen Carter was like an absolute Beast man but I mean he got some pressure where Jordan love was kind of throwing off his back foot a little bit I thought jayen Carter had a really good game for the pressures he had in the game mil Williams I thought they good Jordan Davis said okay um I saw Jaylen Carter slip a couple times too you know trying to go after Jordan love as well so it wasn't good it wasn't a good field to play play on for any position at all the edge rushers is really where I'm looking right now I saw I saw obviously you're going to have your your ends and and and coverage I get it um Bryce Huff was in a lot of coverage in that game like I'm sorry but it's okay to do that but man like we need we just need more we need more of an edge rush and I you know that game didn't really show me much from The Edge Josh wet probably had the best day out of the defensive line at least for the edge rushers I thought Josh wet did really well um he should have had a couple I know one flag was called I don't know if two was but he should have had a few Flags I think he would have had a few sacks in that game uh so it's really interesting uh the dub says Zack Bond looked amazing out there yeah 15 tackles 11 solo tackles and two sacks I mean if he puts up numbers like that every single game it's almost going to be hard to say you got you can't resign him you know it's going to be really tough to re you're going to have to resign him early I mean I'm not even kidding if you know you go the next four or five weeks and he keeps playing like that you have to try to sign him as early resign him as early as possible and the Eagles have $24.5 million in cap space the Eagles have enough cap space the cap space ain't the problem I think um we're looking pretty good there Joey Nick looked pissed at the first game why is that you think he's mad because he's not play calling for us anymore I I don't know I can't believe that look I'm gonna be mad if we actually find out that he's actually inter you know kind of interfering with it but then another side of me thinks like Kell Moore there's no way you know when you see a Kell Moore play a Kell Moore is a Kellen Moore play is watching saquon Barkley on that receiving touchdown that's a Kell Moore play because Nick would never call that Nick never got the running backs into the passing game never did um but I don't believe that he's fully out of the offense from what I saw on Friday night once we go into Monday night and see what happens maybe things change I'm not sure um hopefully it's a little bit different na Bank says what do you think they do Isaiah Rogers if he comes back I'm fine with Q moving inside but now I kind of want him to stay outside I'm on the same boat as you bro I really don't want quinan moving to the inside at all man I want thee to be ready to play inside that's what I really want it's almost like I'm not trying to fase Rogers out but Isaiah Rogers hasn't played so this will be his first game back so might be some growing pains with him in this game maybe not obviously for the rookie and quinan Mitchell where that's where he should be in the future the problem at nickel is if the is not ready again this week because he missed a lot of time Avon Maddox obviously is the backup nickel to sorry the backup slot Corner nickel to the backup safety position now um and I thought Von Max was the worst player on the field on on on Friday night I thought he was the worst player that we did see s say sad to say but Dallas D looked better than ours they had more pressure and didn't give up big plays like we did we could definitely match their offense well they play a more aggressive system than we do it's much easier okay with than playing than playing massive Zone off ball coverage yeah they look they looked good they look good against a an offense that didn't produce I mean Deshawn Watson didn't do anything Deshawn Watson was 0 for 10 over 15 yd passes the Browns defense is good but when they're on the field the whole entire game I mean and they can't sustain drives offensively you know you know Dallas capitalized on all that of course Dallas looks good in September because they always look good in [ __ ] September all the damn time um you know so I try to be as unbiased as possible like they had a great game but one game doesn't Define your season okay it doesn't as much as you know the Eagles struggle in some sequences like I don't think it defines the whole season um you know what I mean so first game for everything we'll see how everything goes Chris what's going on man says Dallas played the Browns yeah does fan catch my man Zack her was uh was great that's my favorite tight end on the team so far I keep forgetting I keep I keep forgetting Zack Herz is actually um that Zack Herz is actually uh playing for the commanders I kept forgetting that going forward but I think Jaden Daniels I think you know obviously just needs to have better play but when it comes to him as how athletic that Jaden Daniels is I thought he played really good I think he's got really good speed so that's a guy that really we're really going to have to contain uh this year uh because he will run some on us uh easily if we don't contain that um nothing else I don't I for from what I know from that game no I mean alamad zakus alamad zakus whatever you call him he didn't do much in the game they really just don't have they don't really have a number two receiver I mean Terry mclen didn't even have like 40 yards in that game Terry mclen didn't do nothing so you have like two teams right now in the NFC e dealing with really bad quarterback play can't get anything to any weapons that are out there just remember Jan doson is coming along very slowly right now okay Jan doson is going to get his chances is going to get his touches he's physically just brand new to this offense and they had him in some plays they didn't even have him in the beginning of the game they're doing a lot of double tight end sets with GD and Jack stall all of that um so it's kind of crazy Nate said toughest task against Atlanta will be definitely their run game against our defense I don't know if their receivers post bun of threat well yeah I mean you have obviously Drake London he's he's a he's a rangy receiver that could do almost anything I mean he's he's quick um you know you have to look out for Kyle pittz I don't care if he's a receiver I don't care if he's line up as a tight end it doesn't matter they could put him anywhere they want to put him um and he's a really good player we all know that be bejan Robinson I've been saying this you know that's why you know if Jaylen Carter wasn't drafted I know for a fact that bejan was GNA be on bejan was definitely up there on their board that draft a couple years ago um so I got to say this like bejan Robinson I I mean it seems like the Steelers did a pretty good job on him so what you could do now going to the second week is watch what the Steelers did but you're facing Kirk Cousins um in prime time and Kirk is not the most athletic quarterback but we got to get some sacks on this if you came even get sacks on Kirk Cousins then I don't know what to tell you they're going to have they're going to run the ball like crazy they're going to use their tight ends like crazy um but defensively I I think they really have to match us up really well I I I think they have a great I think their defense is pretty good um they've had issues against uh they've had issues running the ball against the Steelers I know that from this past Sunday um so it's really going to be you know saquon Barkley Kenneth gainwell I don't know if we'll Shipley will get any Touches at this point um but we're home it's going to be really exciting and uh we should honestly we should be 2-0 after this week the Eagles should be 4-0 by the by The Eagles should not be losing one game before the bye week at all they should be 4 and0 heading to the buy resting up and getting ready ready for the rest of the season so that's where I'm kind of at with the whole situation there with all the guys she miss totally agree excited to see us grow week to week I'm just sketchy about Hertz bad decision- making hasn't improved since Super Bowl it's concerning look it's it's it's like I can't I can't say much about it but they just had some bad sequences I mean you scored 34 points okay you you couldn't even score 34 points last year okay you scored 34 points against pretty much on the PFF rankings the top three team in the Packers that's not going to be without that's going to be without Joy love for the next four to six weeks with Malik Willis at quarterback um you did a really good job that's that's a tough team you just faced and with the talent and with the subpar play calling yeah they scored 34 points that's pretty good but that's not even their ceiling right now I mean from what it's telling me like if they play like that at 34 points against a pretty good defense they could probably put up [ __ ] 38 plus a game you don't want them to put up that many points per game yes you do want them to do that but you want your defense to get those stops the one issue I have with this defense as of right now besides the pressure besides some other stupid [ __ ] like that is that they need to get some turnovers bro I mean Josh Jacobs fumbled the ball from Darius SLE they couldn't get the fumble recovery the missed pick six from noobe Dean I mean so many opportunities to get a pick bro and they just couldn't do it they couldn't get any turnovers the turnover is going to help this you know yeah it's great to see this offense score a lot of points but every even every week it's hard to do that and if they do great if they don't the defense has to help out in some cases this defense needs to be just as average as best uh to do much of anything going forward and I think um that's where I'm kind of putting it like yeah high-scoring offense and get some turnovers on defense right now you know what I mean what's going on Greg Greg Miller says hit the like button appreciate it so much man big says we need to use more uh pody sets for Jay's help use War halfback tight end that are release values for Jaylen when things break down you know what I really didn't like especially near Red Zone is like you have an empty back set two plays in a row I mean why are they making things so difficult and then he has these short passes to Devonte Smith very very simple very easy really good throws and have saquon with you in the backfield have that safety blanket have that guy that's going to be the check down you know you'll have that checkdown available you know to put it all on Jaylen herz's shoulders is just not great I don't like how they try to make him the like why do they try to make him the hero I feel like the more they try to make him the hero the more he's going to make mistakes okay so that's where I'm kind of at with Jaylen Herz right now I don't think he had a horrible game obviously the coaches are giving him what they're giving him when it comes to play calling but at the same time that Red Zone interception or at least that Endzone interception was was probably one of the worst [ __ ] I mean look I mean AJ Brown slipped on that play you know but you're not even you you scramble to your right and while you're scrambling to your right throwing it across your body to the left side of the end zone it's not an easy pass to make AJ did slip on it so maybe he would have caught that at least if Jaylen Herz rolled to his right stopped out his own two feet and then threw the ball he would have more control of the football the velocity of the football slows down and you you know it doesn't go the same speed when you throw it across to the other side of the field like you throw opposite way across your body the timing is way off and that's why that ball was [ __ ] picked off so if you score a touchdown there and an extra point you're up two [ __ ] scores at least if it's if you if you know for him to force a pass like that is probably his for him to force a pass like that is definitely um his mistake okay shouldn't be forcing a pass like that whatsoever but for me throw the ball out of bounds like just throw it and put three up just just just kick the field goal at this point you know what I mean instead of just trying to make a hero play that's going to go nowhere throwing it in double coverage you rece you know how bad the field is you know he gave it a shot but it didn't go anywhere that was a really that was really a bad decision so I think the play calling was bad on that play and I think how Jaylen Herz operated that play was not good in that moment so he has so many weapons around him guys you can't don't make it so [ __ ] hard [ __ ] the tush push [ __ ] the brotherly shove seriously screw that play dude I'm like already tired of it you saquin Barkley it's automatic you don't think it's automatic you don't think it's automatic with you think it's automatic with a push tush but let me tell you something saquon Barkley it's really hard to take him down really hard to take him down kind of crazy Ron says hosting ATL on Monday I need Jaylen to have game very similar to this for the first of Vikings week 2 of 22 you went that you went to that game Joey Jaylen surgically destroyed them in his arm I want to see that guy yeah but you know that game was a lot different too defensively because they were really shadowing SLE on Jefferson the whole entire game Jefferson only had like 40 something yards in that game and that's because slay would follow Jefferson everywhere he went so I yeah that was one of my favorite gabes and it was a great game to watch and Herz was just on target all game uh which was great so yeah that would be fantastic I I think I'm hoping hoping they fix up things if and if serani is involved with some plays I I hope it doesn't I feel like you're not going to get the the most out of your offensive if if dick serani is involved in this whole situation so I don't know what's going to happen here we'll see what happens uh Kay says he was the best against the blitz this week yeah he was 5 for seven for 70 yards I think 77 yards I forgot what it was um so he actually did really well against the blitz I thought they did a pretty good job um so the statistics are there and uh he's did a pretty good job there so we'll see how we'll see how it goes but I got to say like watching 80% of these games on Sunday to Monday I think the Eagles have looked like the best team out there 100% look like the best team I mean look at the division right now the Cowboys are they looked good Dak got paid all that money highest paid quarterback I put put put the Cowboys and Jerry Jones in a choke hold and actually got I I'm actually shocked he got I'm actually really shocked he he ended up getting that [ __ ] contract really am so whatever it's another four years of Dak Prescott that they have to do um you know we'll see where we're at but the Giants godamn now you know that saquon Barkley was two-thirds of that offense without it's literally you're literally you're replacing literally your receivers are almost the same literally your receivers are pretty much almost the same you switch out saquon Barkley for Devin single ter that's not even [ __ ] comparable you know yeah you have a healthy Wale Robinson but and I and I like leik neighbors a lot I just don't think Malik neighbor it does it like they're doing they're they're drafting half ass backwards like why draft a [ __ ] receiver in the first round yeah they needed one badly no doubt but at the same time now they have a good receiver potentially and they have a quarterback that just looks [ __ ] badly beaten obviously after this year they'll be done with him they'll take a big cap number for next year they won't hold him on to another year um and they'll hopefully the probably have a top 10 pick this year you know for next year's draft Chris says you run the ball with Barkley three times in that situation I totally agree with that no don't get cute with the tush push especially if you haven't practiced it you know Mr oh oh you know you know Mister well I don't want to play guys on preseason games all offseason which is ridiculous you know just ridiculous uh bigad says motion into a bunch of formation easy gives looks tunnel screen with tiean off halfback run option l on hert shoulders look at Casey and Reed yeah most of the time there's always something going on especially in Casey where half the time you don't see Patrick Mahomes in an empty back set you know just you know he can handle on his own I think obviously he's I think he can handle I think when it comes to him being on his own I think he could do better than Herz at certain times Herz needs to use really well what's excelled in his Hall of fameer right tackle Jurgens can go back to guard uh and be a pro bowler why why do we need why do we need Jurgens to go back I I mean if you're worried about cam Jurgens don't be worried you know he had some good blocks at this game he had some great blocks at this game I wouldn't be worried about him too much you can't go too much like off this you know we could we can nitpick this first game but at the end of the day guys like it's the first game the Eagles didn't play this was their preseason game and they won and scored 34 points literally trying to put it together that's that's a really good sign of what things could come this season really I can't [ __ ] on him that much I can't really [ __ ] on anybody in this game c says good QB shouldn't Fear The Blitz read the defense and change the get the ball quick TV2 was great at it just saying yeah I mean we had some audibles but there were some really bad audibles being called or at least I know that there was a couple hot routes which which is good so he definitely had you know there was a couple of them to AJ Brown and then there were some to Devonte Smith so I mean really the outside receivers you know Devonte Smith didn't really do much until like the last quarter really where they really started to get things together um you know but there's a lot of mouss to feed in this in this offense you know so locko out there toell says those joint practices aren't the same as game in terms of environment continuous conditioning I I totally believe it I think there is value in joint practice for like wide receivers DBS things like that but when it comes to quarterbacks you're not getting hit mentally when you're in a joint practice you mentally know that you don't have to worry about being aware it's a controlled environment when you're in joint practice everything is controlled in a game it's not it's only controlled to a certain extent for what you do not what the other team does so mentally it's a different it's a whole different ball game when you're playing in a joint practice and they only had one joint practice guys they had two joint practices one was a full patch practice the second practice was literally [ __ ] walkthroughs it was literally walkthroughs um let's see here re says when Sydney Brown returns I want Brown bla ship at safety and chony at the slot Corner Mitchell at cornerback Mitchell at corner two slack cornerback one yeah I mean that's not going to happen though I don't know if that's going to happen Sydney Brown's going to return what week five which is the bye-week so he'll be gone for the first he'll be gone for three more weeks week two week three week four he'll be back week five which is the bye-week um I don't know where they're going to put him de need sorry but I want Dee to play over Sydney brown right now even if Sydney Brown comes back I don't think he's going to be fully 100% either he's 100% coming back from an injury but he's not 100% in football shape he's not he hasn't hit he hasn't been physical at practice he hasn't had full pads on he hasn't hit anybody yet it's G to take some time people think like Sydney Brown's gonna come back after the buy and [ __ ] be perfectly fine I don't think that's going to be the case you know R I gotta be honest though I saw 2023 Hertz Monday uh he has some good moments but I was a little let down with his performance overall I believe in Jaylen I really need him to bounce back we need 22 Hertz yeah we'll we'll have him back I'm not worried about it if they call too many plays where they're having Jaylen do way too [ __ ] much it's going to be a problem I'm going to put that all on the play calling if Lally Herz has to do everything on his own it's going to be a problem um there's got to be a balance when it comes to the checkdowns progression and that field was a [ __ ] disaster there was no pass rush because of that field conditions there was receivers slipping all over the place who knows if J if AJ Brown didn't slip he had his hand up he was wide open wide open no one around him and unfortunately you know unfortunately he slipped it it [ __ ] up the timing of that ball and and it was intercepted there were some sequences that just weren't that great in that game but for a first game and your offense hasn't played together since literally a only had three reps in preseason that is it going into this first game and just from a little bit of that it actually helped tremendously it really did like I said dude that field was a total disaster this pass rush should look way better than it did way better than it than it was kind of suffering a little bit in that Packers game I have to say it's got to it's got to be a little bit better Rich has chony only played let's see two and a half games in Detroit has chony ever played Safety on the Saints no he played nickel no I know for a fact that chony wanted to switch positions the Saints wouldn't let him and then um I'm guessing he just wanted out at that point was like I want to play safety somewhere uh um that that's what happened um maybe he maybe he played both I I don't know as a recent with the saints that he played both like towards the end I'm not sure but I don't think he did cuz remember when the Eagles got him when the Eagles got him in 22 he literally it took him like a few games to actually get noticed like he wasn't very noticeable um in the defense at all like he was very quiet it Chris says we need 20 to 25 called passes on Monday night yeah K says the re blade ship will lead the league in interceptions he had a good game man I know Q dropped I know Q had Q couldn't really catch it but he maybe could have picked one off the fumble from slay to Josh Jacobs that's why I just read that like a complete noob so I have not I have not so they picked up another hybrid player from the commanders they picked up another player from there smaller well smaller it on Hassan reck the Eagles didn't want to waste their time with him so what they did was they went out and got Bryce Huff that was more of a scheme fit for the defense I guess in their opinion I guess Fano sees a lot more from reic is see the thing with reck he's a streaky player reic will give you six sacks in one month and then reic will give you zero sacks the next month but in past coverage reic is not good he's not good simple as that but you pay so you go out and you pay $3 million more to somebody else in Bryce Huff that had one t sack season last year and a heavy heavy rotation as a third down Edge rusher so if reick doesn't want to be here because of the money then let him go and that's what they did so I'm glad the Eagles didn't hold on to him long enough where they were dealing with [ __ ] for months reic has already forfeited $2 million from OTAs and mini camp and training camp he's already forfeited like and you know all that money that he loses goes right back into the right back into the Jets cap space that money that the that he forfeits because he doesn't show up to practice training camp these games it goes right back into the Jets salary cap doesn't matter so it's a Winn it's a it's a win loss for both for both sides it's a win because the Jets are getting the cap back at the same time you're missing a player that's supposed to sign his contract and it seems like Joe Douglas will keep him and strangle him until he gives up but if the Jets lose more games and their defense isn't getting much of a pass rush they might cave into Hassan's demands of what this number actually is so was I pissed when he left yeah because at least if Nolan Smith had five to seven sacks last season I'd be like okay even if he had like four to five sacks last season I would have felt a little a little more comfortable getting rid of reck so when they just Flatout traded him easily for a 26 not a 25 a 26 third round conditional he's got to play 60 something percent of the steps 10 plus sacks to get that second round pick and it looks like the eagles aren't gon to get that right now so that's my take on the whole situation look if a player doesn't want to be here look reick wasn't drafted in Philadelphia okay he has no loyalty towards any that's just the type of guy he is I think he deserves more money but every team is in a different position and the Eagles were not in a position to pay a guy and it must have been really expensive because they didn't even try to work with him simple as that if if they got rid of him that quick they knew what problem they were going to have on their hands and they knew that from talking to Assan reck's agent that Howie probably talked to Assan reck's agent found out his number and said hell up to speed with everything do they want to keep him at one spot do they want to throw him in certain coverages and have him lurking around the defense a little bit I think as a move around player for this defense will be a lot better than just throwing him at one spot but if they throw him at one spot this year you know selfishly for me I want quinan to play on the outside and say [ __ ] Isaiah Rogers that's that's what I want to do because there's no future with Isaiah Rogers but it's going to cost money to do that but with quinan he's here for four years and a fifth year option you know what I mean so for this year I haven't seen Dean play safety yet if Dean wants to come in as a nickel when they decide to switch Isaiah Rogers or if Isaiah Rogers doesn't play up to the task then Dee has to play and they got to find ways for him to play they got to find ways Chris I hope we can clean up the turnovers we can uh be so dangerous if we don't turn the ball over yeah and defensively too doing some good things so we're very excited very uh you know we're ready for week too man see how the practice goes this week but um we'll be going over matchups later on in the week when it comes to the Atlanta Falcons what to look out for I think both defenses are going to have a big test going forward you know James Odell member for five months thank you so much man he says defense improving makes me excited yeah especially when I see linebackers flying around like they are yeah it's really exciting they put a lot of they put a lot of resources into the secondary bro a lot of resources JB says not a fan of the wide receiver screens but I did see a bunch of fakes that led to bigger plays yeah I think there were some pump fakes getting some guys open um I thought they did good like I said there were some sequences that just looked very Bland and there were some where they looked amazing you know what I mean Sequon Barkley bro without him they wouldn't have won that game I mean that's what you get out of saquon Barkley with a good offensive line in front of him just g once Barkley can get free to that second level it's like anything could [ __ ] happen and a blink of an eye it's amazing it's honestly amazing you know so yeah yeah Tyler C say I really do hope our Edge rushers do great next game because Kirk is a Sitting Duck in the pocket and this is a game we should have a lot of lot of sacks I'm I'm hoping so the offensive line is apparently decent over in Atlanta um I saw the Steelers shut down the Run game and there really just wasn't just TJ watt I thought I thought the whole front did really well against uh the Falcons last uh this past week um you know and we'll see what happens man like Kirk if Kirk gets everything on us in that game I mean this is our home opener bro like we're defending our house for the first time this season and there is no [ __ ] way there is no way this is going to happen Sal lot what's going says Dak is signed happy that Dallas is will be be choking for another four years yeah yeah it's pretty bad I was actually really shocked over that I I was really shocked like I thought he would have played out this year and pretty much would have been gone J said not a fan of this defense yet gave 160 plus yards rushing and 250 yards passing also 29 Points right now we are sitting in the bottom of the league need to cut in half against Falcons yeah like I said said it's the first game dude I don't care about the I I didn't really care about the statistics against the run or the like I I know they gave up a lot of rushing yards I know they gave up some big plays which you know really they shouldn't have um but like I said field conditions guys slipping no pass rush there there was a lot involved in this game that was not fair on both sides both teams had to deal with that all day um I don't care what the ranks are within one week I I care nine 10 weeks down the road with the ranks are right now I don't care right now we're trying to find our identity offensively and defensively yeah I mean you make some turnovers you get some turnovers you start to separate from uh you know the score and you get to make a big deal so um we'll see we'll see what goes on we'll see what goes on yeah but other than that guys that's pretty much it we're going to do our thing and I'll have a video out tomorrow morning to talk about some things and uh we'll be ready for Monday night stream on Friday video Tomorrow video prettyy much every day and um we'll be streaming the game on Monday as well so all right peoples
