Urine as mouthwash???

did you know that the ancient Romans used urine as mouthwash yes it's true they believed that the ammonia found in urine could actually whiten their teeth it may sound strange to us now but back then this was a common practice the Romans were obsessed with having perfect Bright Smiles and they thought that urine could help them achieve that they would rinse their mouths with urine hoping to get those pearly whites they desired although it may not be a method we would recommend today it just goes to show how different cultures have their own unique beliefs and practices when it comes to oral hygiene
