roals across Europe are getting back to work and you know what that means it's time to check out the fashion yes so yes the best and worst dress list is back for the fall and I cannot wait I love looking at all the different Royal ladies Fashions and sharing some of the best and worst looks of the week and how we as the general public May learn from the Royal ladies how sometimes to dress better pick better choices or get a great idea for your next outfit so if you guys haven't been to Royal fashion news before hello my name is Britney and I have a passion for Royal fashion so we do a lot of different things here we do TI Tuesdays we have best and worst dress list we are going to have fashion Friday so if you guys are interested in any of that feel free to hit that subscribe button we would absolutely love to have you back so first on the best dress list here we alternate between best and worst and think of this as sort of allaha ease Fashion Police way back in the day when Joan Rivers was around and able to give some really really interesting responses to certain outfits of course this is all in good fun so let's begin with I I think some people will consider this a controversial choice but I love this because this is classic fashion what I mean by this is this outfit no matter what your age will never ever go out of style and that is Queen Camila of the United Kingdom in this Anna Valentine dress while visiting the English national ballet I love this particular dress well I love all these kind of dresses I am a big proponent of Shir dresses and I love the Simplicity of this I actually have a dress in a very similar shape and color which I'll try to link up above it's from mph Lauren I got it on sale and I love Shir dresses and the reason why I love them is that they're classic they're elegant they work for both day and evening you can dress them up with a different belt you can go with the fabric belt that they give you or you can dress it up with a bit of a different belt and you can wear this dress in your 20s 30s 40s 50s 60s 7s ' 80s '90s it is always Always In Style it is always in style and that's what I love about your dresses is that they're never really anything that's out of style like people wore these in the 50s you can wear them now and I think they look still as elegant and amazing but it could be of course that I personally have a very very very big love of shirt dresses so she is pairing these with some two-tone heels here and she has her van CLE and rell's bracelet which has become I guess really in big style now I guess people are moving away from the cardier love bracelets and the van CLE and Arpels ones are becoming a bit more of a something people are looking for and she's also has a van Clea and Arpels roach on and again I love this I think the color is amazing on her I think she looks really good in blue and so guys if you are interested I will try to link the dress that I have that again is very similar to this and I know some people I had somebody in my comments once going well you dress like a grandma I was like no there is something about classic I think there is something amazing about an outfit that could be worn no matter what your age because that thing if it's a good quality can be in your closet and you can wear that thing for the next 50 years Alla princess an and I think that's really great and you can change it up again depending on the style of the era you could say again I think the biggest thing you can do is a belt you could even do a different pattern of belt so you can get a Different Cloth that's say cloth the belt from a different dress and put it on and again you get the same effect and I love any silhouette that gives you a waist because I think that looks extremely flattering on most women so again I have to give the first best look dress here to Queen Camila so first up for the worst dress we have grand duchess Maria Teresa and she is wearing a Meson rfh K Ross Dress here and it is a halter look with it looks like some sort of sash that goes over it and we will see a very similar look from Maria Teresa coming up Maria Teresa I believe might be in her 70s now and she keeps doing this thing where she's wearing dresses that look good not only on women who are smaller than she is in terms of size but younger women and so she is embarrassed you could tell or at least conscientious of her arms so she is covering her arms and yet wearing a dress that totally exposes her arms so I was like Maria Teresa wouldn't it be better to wear a dress that covered your arms and so you don't have to wear the sash that doesn't quite match in terms of color to cover your arms she's done this a couple of times now and I just think at some point in your life it it might be better just to say I'm not going to show my arms and I don't know when that age is for most women I'm not going to tell you when that is but I think if Maria teres say she's self-conscious of it she probably shouldn't wear that and honestly it just doesn't look that good and so I think she would be much better served to have a stylist that actually makes outfits for her rather than trying to fit in things that probably worked for her better 30 years ago just being totally honest here and I think this is something that many women could adopt because yes you can wear a Shaw and that is totally appropriate but I think she overuses it and chooses outfits that require it because she's choosing things that don't really work for her and so it's like if you're having to do that then just don't do that that is that is all I'm saying the color is the color I think is actually rather lovely I will say that the earrings here are kind of L I got to say I'm not really liking the earrings she doesn't look bad here I think the makeup is pretty good maybe a little heavy on the eyes but it's not bad I think she looks pretty good here but I think again if she's somebody who's self-conscious about her arms I don't know why she keeps going with the Megan marle silhouette which is because Megan Markle adopts the silhouette quite a bit and it's it's something clearly that doesn't totally work for her yet she keeps you get the feeling of trying to stuff a square peg in a round hole and it's like well that doesn't really work anymore and she's also not creating a waste so this outfit is one as well which adds additional pounds to her again this type of silhouette works really well with a tall woman who tends to be like model height than thin like for me personally I would always try to add and it doesn't always work it does not always work in fact I bought this button-up shirt and I was thinking I could put a belt around it cuz I wasn't sure quite how it would fit and then it was like a TJ Maxx one and it was like a designer shirt and I accidentally popped off off like the designer label thing because if you pop it off you can't return it so I was like well darn but anyways she could I think use a belt here but at the same time too I don't know if it would quite work because again this is made for a woman who's probably six to 10 inches taller than she is that's who would look great in this outfit and again you can tell even here they're at the Venice Film Festival these colors just don't match like they're kind of close but not really so if you're going to add a sash then pay the designer to make a sash in the same material that's all I got to say all right guys and now we're doing a bit of a blast from the past here we have Queen Mary of Denmark looking absolutely Fab in this bagua shirt she has Joseph skirt on here which I'm loving she's got some Jimmy cheu sling back pumps that she wore in addition to these tennis shoes that she's wearing here and this was during a summer tour of different Danish municipalities and I love this look I love her hat I think her hat is amazing it's a canopy Bay Malibu hat I believe she debuted this in Norway I loved it then I love it now she was actually wearing a very similar Ensemble and I really like this one too and I'm wondering I think the skirt was almost the same so maybe she got this Joseph skirt and in Navy too I would really love it because I think the skirt is absolutely amazing I love again the neutralities here I think this works really really well I'm not a super big fan of neutrals although I noticed I tend to sometimes wear neutrals in my videos a little bit too much but I love this neutral here I think this really really works I think it's summery and yet also appropriate and everything and I just absolutely love and adore it I think Queen Mary looks absolutely fab here and here's another look you can get a really great look at the hat and I actually got a similar hat recently so I'm hoping to bust that out here before it too long maybe for some content and stuff and I'm just loving the Hat I really do want that hat I don't know why it looks amazing I think she looks great so definitely a thumbs up for this look next on the worst Restless year is Queen Maxima of the Netherlands and this Ensemble I want to like but I also kind of despise I don't really like these kind of huge chunky platform heels which is it's funny and ironic if you stay tuned to a fashion Friday you will see why and I am really liking though the vest I think the color combination is here I just think that the shoes are just kind of like really really chunky and and and just not elegant in a lot of ways but here is why this dress or outfit you could say is on the worst dress list she has a peanut necklace yes that is a massive chunky peanut necklace I think that thing is so ugly everyone's the look it really does I don't know like Maxima is is somebody who's go Bigg or go home that that's who Maxima is and I appreciate it that about her she wears the best jewelry and she looks great at gala events and some other events but when it comes to some of these day-to-day things I think she does her hair herself and she has really thin hair and so her hair tends to look very messy in some of these events and then you you kind of combine that with the really overly chunky necklace and the ridiculous earrings and it just doesn't totally work I do appreciate the vest though that is obviously very in style the vest is from Zara the trousers are from Nan one of her favorite designers we got a Marne shoulder bag we got never heard of this brand I've never heard of this brand but Julien Mo Rota haven't really heard of that one before and the necklace is from Pauline wz and it is called feeding the birds and it is made out of hollowed up peanuts just I just can't I just can't with the peanut necklace I just really can't I just can't do it cannot do it appreciate the Artistry there but yeah can't do the necklace just yeah can't can't now I decided I had a bit too much I think Queen Maxima on this list both in the best and worst dress category so I decided to choose a different person on the best dress list and that is going to be princess sopia of Sweden and yes I realized this is not a great picture this is from alamy and just couldn't get great pictures of these events some of the events with Royals are just hard to get pictures of but I really like this dress it's by tamamo and she's also wearing Luton heels which is kind of interesting because for a while she's really wearing like these orthotic heels and so I thought oh maybe she has a lot of trouble with her feet but now she's busting out the L bhon so I'm like hm interesting but I like this from what I can see of it I like kind of the button- down detail again goes with my shirt dress theme everyone I think looks good in a shirt dress they are just again an eternal style so I love to see Princess Sophia in there and we just did find out she is expecting Child Number Four so her and her husband Prince Carl philli have three boys and so they're adding another child to their family and I just can't help but wonder if they're hoping maybe it's a girl we'll see if that's going to be the case but very exciting for her and her husband they are doing a little tour of Farmland which is her husband's Duke Dum which she is also part of as well so I just thought this was lovely and I kind of liked I kind of liked this look kind of liked it I would like to be able to see it better but we got the pictures that we did so all right back over to Luxembourg we've got Maria T in this Georgio Armani silk top and trousers in pink and she has Prada pumps on and you see a similar theme don't you she has something that bears her arms it's kind of halter neish and then she wears a Shaw over it so I will say because I I was kind of thinking about this because I tend to sometimes especially if I'm going to church or something I tend to cover my shoulders just as a conscientious thing and so when I do that I usually choose those Blazers because Blazers look good over a lot of things or I have a moto jacket like this I have denim jackets so I have ways of making this sort of addition work and be interesting the shaw thing is sort of played out and not to mention the fact it just really doesn't work and a blazer can totally change the look of an outfit it can Elevate one like this is just kind of a plain T-shirt dress it's just comfortable easy and everything but I can change it up by adding a Blazer or like I can change it up depending on the jackets I wear the shaw thing I think doesn't work and again is she's conscientious about her shoulders why does she keep buying things that show off her shoulders it's just kind of a an obvious thing so here's a different look at it obviously the shaw is kind of nice but again I just think if she doesn't want to show her shoulders then buy things that don't show your shoulders or create silhouettes utilizing jackets or something because I think the shaw look can be kind of dowy I I just don't think it works super well so and this is another thumbs down but you see sort of the repeated pattern here it's like well you could address this but would require you to buy different different things and I know sometimes that's hard but sometimes that's better too because you end up with a better look in my opinion so next on the best dress list here we got Queen Mary coordinating very well I think with her husband King Frederick here and I'm just again really loving this sort of laidback very natural fiber look that she's supporting here I think it goes great with her hair I just think there's something very simple about it very casual yet sort of put together I always appreciate people Katherine's very much like this where they pretty much every time you look at them you can disagree with the outfit but you can say well they look good in it and I think Mary definitely that fits the bill here so she is wearing a Harris Warf Blazer closed official blouse she has product canvas toe plats Michael Kors sunglasses she has Nike sneakers she wears later just a whole lot of things but again I think this look is really amazing and I also love this picture of her and King Frederick in a church I was like trying to find it right as I was filming this video and couldn't but I'm pretty sure I still have it somewhere so if I can I will post it because I think it's absolutely amazing now this next one I feel like will be a really controversial choice and I did it because I like it and it's okay but I I feel like there's something missing so that is Queen Mary and she is here for the national flag day for the Danish armed forces and while I like the look I like the Hat I just also think it's kind of sort of boring and I know maybe for most Royal ladies like if Megan Markle popped up in this and looked all appropriate and everything it'd be shocking but Mary does these looks really well like all the time so I don't know I think I was just expecting maybe a smidge more so she's wearing a Jane aier outfit and it used to be goat so if you remember goat Katherine has worn some goat so this is from Jane and she has a max Mara bag she has Jan vasi pumps and so I like the corresponding pearl jewelry so this is from do long fine jewelry and obviously we have a corresponding bracelet and ring but I don't know it's just something where it's like I just I just feel like it's kind of blah I do absolutely love this picture though I think this picture is amazing and I think this picture is really unique and interesting as well you can get a good look at her wedding ring here so she has a I think Ruby in the middle diamonds on each side to kind of represent the Danish flag no diamond in the middle rubies on each side and then she had additional diamonds added on each end I think after the birth of Christian or something to that effect so you can definitely tell that that's part there because I was like looking at this initially going wow this really small I'm like I'm pretty sure her Ring's bigger than that yes it is there's the main diamond right there the smaller Ruby and then another small diamond her wedding band and so she looks again good but yeah maybe a smidge more but I have I like I have a high bar for Mary what can I say I know some people will absolutely hate that but but we're going to go with so for the best dressed look of the week now this one it's going to be one that it's almost just because it makes me happy I love the color I love the movement and sometimes too the movement of a garment in fashion can make a huge difference I think especially when you're taking pictures and stuff video as well and so for this week I chose Queen Maxima of the Netherlands in this very soft green Ensemble with this thing where I have to look again it's so it's Nan top and pants they are new it looks it could be a skirt but I think it's pants but I kind of love this I love this I love the color of this it's just so soft and lovely it just makes me it looks like something oh those are flower earrings that's amazing okay I love how it kind of ties in the front and then you have kind of this billowing out to the side it gives it some interesting depth here which I'm really loving and the jacket is Zeus and Antony I guess you could call it and so it's kind of the jackets maybe a little much but because it has this Embroidery in the back and everything and I'll show you that in a second but I just want to say there's she went to a Formula 1 event and there's just something about this outfit that makes me happy I want to sit at a beach and wear that same outfit and just wander around and I love the shoes too I these are actually Valentino shoes that I have loved for a while because it crosses in front and I just love that I love that at at the top here there's a little cross I think that's amazing it just adds a little bit of an extra nice look to the shoes so here's another look at it again that's her nephew behind her there and again I think especially too it's just I don't know I just I love it I just do it just makes me so happy can't even probably totally tell you why which is not what I should be doing you could say as a fashion expert but I think sometimes too it's just the emotions that you have when you see something something Dynamic something interesting it just makes you happy so this is definitely there and so here she is with her husband and one of her daughters this is Princess Alexia right here who's pretty much wearing all her mother's hand me downs so she has a massim mono Duty jacket she has a mamino duty asymmetrical sleeve sweater and she has a bag that is from Mariana Raphael so I think she looks really really great here I love her hair too she's got this Rich auburn hair I love it love it so you can see a bit of the detail of Maxima's jacket which is probably a little much but at the same time too I feel like it it doesn't match the outfit at all in a lot of ways but again it's very Max so I just give this a massive thumbs up I think Alexia looks great too I'm not really trying to do too much on the younger Royals because she turned 18 I think was last year I think she's 19 this year and so I was just sort of trying to get giving them time to find their footing so we're not going to criticize them too much but I actually do absolutely love this so she would technically probably be on the best dress list as well so guys for the worst rested of the week this one's kind of hard just because I know what she's been through the last couple years and so it's like you don't want to criticize but at the same time too you also want to say bless her heart because this this ain't working and that is Sarah The Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson and this dress although she doesn't look you could say terrible in it I think it's a couple of sizes too small and doesn't really fit her like it kind of works and it kind of really doesn't I love the color I love the color but the chest area and this is hard because obviously she's been through breast cancer doesn't work in the dress you're getting this weird Rippling and it's just too tight in the stomach so this is a Safa dress and again I think this works better you see some pictures of it when it's kind of been shadowed and you you don't notice all this but this Rippling all right here in the bust area is just bad it's just bad and I don't know if she's not wearing the right undergarments I don't know it's hard and although she is in great shape you can tell but at the same time too it's too tight right here it's it's too tight right here so here's another look at it and again I think somewhat being in in a darker situation where things are kind of shadowed things aren't magnified quite as much but is yeah I think she should have ordered a size up now granted you guys you guys know and you guys I've heard some complaints that sometimes I order things that are too small that is true that is true thinking I will fit into them one day I totally get that but if you're going out on a red carpet I would make sure as best in my ability I choose the thing that fits me correctly because you're going to be under like so much scrutiny and lights and everything there's just so much to consider and it's just doesn't quite fit so anyways guys those are my picks for the best and worst dress of the week let me know who are your choices did I miss one I know some people won't like that I chose Camila for best dressed and some won't like that chose Queen Mary for worst dress but that is the fun of this is that I'm trying to to the best of my ability be true to what my thoughts are and that is all you can ask for so guys again thank
