are popping up all over alerting Shoppers to a dangerous leria outbreak linked to Deli meets the CDC has connected this outbreak to bores head products it started at the processing plant in Maryland and has found its way down to Southwest Florida CBS News obtained documents that show federal inspectors flagged dozens of violations at the facility in Virginia they include mold mildew and insects repeatedly found at that facility lnk news reporter Camila P perea explains what Publix is doing to curb the risk of section we're seeing signs at publes across Southwest Florida at the entrance at the deli section signs warning about a leria outbreak CDC says this outbreak is being linked to sliced deli meats and more specifically the Bo's head brand the outbreak is now blamed for at least 57 hospitalizations in 18 states and at least nine deaths now with one being in Florida before Wednesday it was reported there were only three deaths now the CDC says it's the largest leria outbreak since 2011 and because of that War's had recalled more than 7 million pounds of their Deli products public says Nationwide have put out signs like these reminding people of the outbreak the recalls but also what products are affected and what you might not see on their shelves and one Survivor now is speaking out about what it was like to have leria poisoning it was hell I've never been so sick in all my life and felt so separated from everybody it was like I was here in the world was out there it was strange the CDC says it can take up to 10 weeks for symptoms to show and that can include similar symptoms to food poisoning from nausea vomiting fever to muscle aches so borehead does say in the meantime do throw away any products that might have been recalled or returned them to get your money back but just do not eat them especially if they have a sell by date of October in Coler County camil Pera lnk news
