he everyone it's Fitz with your daily delivery hope you're doing well I'm quite good although I got to say this I'm just going to put it out there on the table full disclosure having Monday press conferences was weird we had Chris kimman ay Johnson up at the table and five other players you can see all those videos up at go powercat but it was Monday not Tuesday I've done Tuesday literally my entire career with one or two years exception with Ron Prince but I've blocked those out now we're doing Mondays I got I got to reust I'm old it's like moving the furniture I I don't know what to do but I will tell you this please subscribe to this YouTube channel if you're not already I'm G to stare at you for a second oh you couldn't see because the thing on my face yeah I was staring at you hit the thumbs up leave those comments on with the DD that was strange and what added to this Strang strange oity strangeness Stranges that's what I'm going for was the fact that the depth chart was released on Monday instead of Tuesday which is kind of cool and now we have a full look at it and here's my biggest takeaway from looking at this this is the deepest case dat team I've covered maybe ever and I just realized the other day this is year 30 P at full-time on this beat I look at this depth chart and I see maybe one or two players at the second level that I don't know enough about everyone one else on here jumps out of me just jumps out of me and that's keeping in mind that we're we're talking about 13 offensive positions that they list here 12 defensive and what eight seven special teams positions it's a lot of players now look I'll add this the kickers and punters yeah we got questions we got some newbies there that we're going to find out about but the kick returner punt returner we've got experienced guys with Dylan Edwards running back we got a great guy with DJ gens with Dylan Edwards you see Dylan Edwards really feels like after looking at the depth chart the guy that was the missing piece he adds that one more running back that they needed he adds that other layer of Flash and substance in the return game and he can play receiver too but the receivers are also deep it's crazy how Chris kimman has slowly step by step built this program's depth up to where it needs to be be you're going to get to see a lot of these guys on Saturday night's game against Tennessee Martin and if K State can pull away from a very good Martin team it's going to be a lot of these guys probably into the 3D because they want them out there and they have enough young guys that they got to get a glimpse of that this is a huge game next week they go to T Lane and even if they win that comfortably you only take a travel roster there you come home and start Big 12 play well yeah with the non-conference game against Arizona but you still don't want to lose that this is kind of their one main window to see this depth to see how it looks to put out some different combinations maybe along the offensive line in that second half with another quarterback to see what's going on but that's the other great question how long will they play their main guys including Avery Johnson I honestly don't know I think it's certainly through the first half and if Tennessee Martin hangs around into the third quarter yeah then too eventually you would think K State would pull away as I've mentioned in case it just has some players that can break a play even when things aren't going well I mean honestly if they struggle a little bit who knows Avery could tuck it and run Dylan could get free DJ could get free the receivers could get open it's going to be a fun fun brand of football it starts Monday night excuse me it starts Saturday night it's Monday night now and if you want tickets well there's only standing room only or you can go to the secondary Market but it's going to be a packed house at the bill 50,000 folks will be there I hope you are and if not the gamees on ESPN plus coverage all week long at Gold powercat make sure you're subscribing
