YCM w/ BIshop Dr. Harold: Open Rebuke

true mentorship is sometimes rather annoying the process of getting better the process of perfection the process of change and becoming better is rather annoying why because when you get that Mentor when you get that person when you get that help many times it's come with what called open rebuke um what open rebuke is when someone say hey maybe in front of others maybe not but hey brother sister in real time while you're making an error corrects and it said it's better than secret love but see in this generation a lot of times some of our biggest problem as people and I consider myself a person who's still learning a learner is that we don't want to be told nothing when you look at Bible when you look throughout history everyone had in commment that they were able to be told something no matter how much power even Jesus was be was able to be told something and sometimes I would rather because people see you doing wrong and I would rather much rather somebody come to me in my face and say brother no now I get it it's annoying it's aggravated but someone to correct you in real time is real love not to talk about you behind your back not to tell you Way later but sometimes you need correction in real time I remember when I was coaching football a lot of times what looks like yelling is really just you openly rebuking you openly telling someone in real time game situation something that can change the course of their Victory or defeat so we have to say it in real time sometimes it's time sensitive what needs to be said to us so we have to be willing to listen to somebody we have to be willing to hear and obey no matter how grown we think we are because that is the difference between someone who's successful or not I'm open for because at the end of the day no one here under the sound of my voice no one watching this will ever be a person who's without flaw but where we fail is is that we're sinking we're crashing but everybody nobody around us tells us so we need to have thick enough skin and a humble enough spirit for Open reuke Lord help me to be humble I thank you God for the group of mentor until next time this your favorite Bishop doctor saying I Am What God Says I Am I can do what God says I can do I believe what God word say about me I'm a world changing through the blood of Jesus Christ the next time God bless you everything you need is in the description of this video be blessed
