let's go to the tropics again lots to talk about here tropical storm Gordon out there no threat to land we are going to watch this area here offshore for potential development over the next 3 or 4 days 20% chance through early Monday morning 50% chance through the rest of the week but this is really on Tuesday these numbers have come up somewhat substantially over the past day or so let's see what extended futurecast thinks here's Sunday morning the lows starting to take shape down there off the coast of Charleston lifting to the north here by Monday night here's Tuesday Morning making a quote unquote landfall near Wilmington bringing Heavy Rain with it across the triangle throughout the day Tuesday of course the timing a little uncertain but it does look like there is an increasing chance of heavy rainfall from this system especially throughout the day on Tuesday
